Estimado equipo de atención al cliente de Adobe, Me dirijo a ustedes para presentar una reclamación por cobros indebidos en mi cuenta asociada al correo <email removed by mod> El día 21 agosto cancelé mi suscripción a Adobe Acrobat, sin embargo, he comprobado que se me han seguido realizando cargos mensuales de 6,48 € correspondientes a los meses de agosto, septiembre y octubre de 2025. Quisiera destacar que no he vuelto a utilizar la aplicación desde la fecha de cancelación y que, aparentemente, la suscripción se reactivó automáticamente el mismo día sin mi autorización. Solicito, por tanto: El reembolso de los importes cobrados indebidamente (6,48 € × 3 meses = 19,44 €). Adjunto capturas de pantalla o comprobantes de los cargos y de la cancelación si lo requieren.Agradezco su pronta atención y una respuesta a la mayor brevedad posible. Atentamente, Maria Harper.

Hello Adobe Support Team, I am seeking your help as I cancelled my monthly subscription yesterday on 11th-Oct as it was going to be renewed today on 12th-Oct. Then today I just got a message from my bank that Adobe susbcription got charged and I see my a bill on my account although I did a success cancellation yesterday! So how does this happen and why there is no a direct support link to open a ticket for registered accounts?!

Hello! I'm trying to cancel my CC Files Storage 1TB Plan. I go through the correct procedure, but just before completion, I get the message 'Unable To Load Data.' I've tried relaoding, using different browsers, using different devices, turning-off anti-virus/sheild, but nothing gives. It's been 48hrs of trying. Any thoughts?

hello. I responded to an older post here yesterday about this topic but trying to go there now just unhelpfully redirects to the "Download and Install Community Guide," so I am starting afresh. I allowed my subscription to lapse to try to save money but none of the other less expensive apps out there do what I need them to, so now I am trying to restart my subscription. However, every time I try to do so, it tells me "this purchase is not supported you already own creative cloud pro."  A suggestion I saw said it might be because the credit card is no longer valid, and that is true. However, it also does not give me the button to press to put in a new card. thank you for your time.  

Hello, My brother has a plan for quite some time now. The payment method is not his, but my creditcard, because he didn't have any. For months I have been trying to get him to change the payment method or cancel the plan, but he doesn't do it. I don't have his account details, so I can't do it myself nor does he want to give it to me. I have the creditcard info: can someone help me change the payment method?

I have an adobe account that is paid for a full year, paid in June. but today when I tried to start premiere it just says "You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator." and when I log in to the adobe website and try to start a chat it just says "Please contact your administrator for help.A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products. Reach out to your administrator or IT contact for help." and when I try to log in as admin it just says "We're sorryYou don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator." PLEASE HELP

Hi everyone.I'll try to explain myself as best as I can since English isn't my native language and this isn't an easy topic. In the evening of Saturday 8th I was using Adobe Color for a task and, since I wanted to save the palette in my library, I logged in, but before doing that Adobe asked me to add a secondary email, which I did.(I'm telling this because maybe it has to do with what happened next).After some time, I went to open Illustrator and a pop up told me that I had to buy it in order to use it. Which is odd, since on the 9th of October I activated my student annual subscription to the Creative Cloud. Needless to say, I slightly panicked. I have now a almost-year-long free trial (see screenshot for reference) and did everything I could to try and fix the problem on my hand of the things. I signed up for a monthly (not annually, billed monthly) photoshop plan an hour ago and decided to cancel until I make a final decision to keep the subscription.And Adobe says:Free trial — 0 days leftEnd your free trial:You still have 0 remaining days in your free trial. Once you cancel, you will lose access to the apps in your free trial.How is that ?
