I am writing to urgently address an issue where I have been charged two months in a row for an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription that I cannot cancel. However, when I log into my Adobe account, it clearly shows no active subscription or plan linked to my profile. Despite this, my credit card has been charged twice. I have attempted to cancel the subscription through the website, but it’s impossible, and the chatbot has been unhelpful in resolving this issue. I have no idea how to fix this or stop paying for a service i do not use. Any help would be appreciated.

I had recently signed up for trial adobe PDF editor which I didn't use. When I saw the bill after trial period,  I tried to cancel the plan from my adobe account but there was no plan shown.  According to the agreements and help instructiuons, I should be able to cancel it within the account. Since there was no plan displayed in my account, why do I keep getting reminders to make payment? I had replied to the sender when I first saw adobe's email, but was informed by system that the adobe's mailbox is full. Any kind soul can advise. TIA

Hello, today at 4:00 PM I was charged 1,777,778 VND for the Adobe Scan Premium 1-year subscription (payment through ShopeePay linked with my bank). I forgot to cancel the free trial and I do not want to use this subscription. Could you please help me with a refund?

Hello everyone, I have a problem? How do I communicate directly with Adobe employees? I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION, I subscribed to the 7-day free trial, but once subscribed I could not cancel the subscription, since on the Adobe page in the PLANS AND PRICES section nothing appeared, it said it is not possible to load the data. Please I want to cancel the subscription, it's been 3 months, trying to contact Adobe I hope they respond to me THANK YOU, I WILL SEND YOU A TRIAL.

Hi, my account has been charged with two payments ffrom Adobe.com Saggart Dublin yesterday the 02.10.2025. I haven't used Adobe or for that reason bought anything from you. How can I address this? They are for £21.98 and £23.99.

I would be very helpful to have a button 'refund' in the Invoice section. Or it would be helpful to have an AI chat that actually helps me to find the right page.  However, I would like to request a refund through this chat. Thanks in advance. 

I just paid 18k to the Adobe Student Plan, and guess what..The payment was past due, tho, and when I opened the website, it showed that the billing info wasn't accurate. After many tries, when it finally became successful, I got a confirmation message as well. but there is no update from the website. I'm concerned about the payment update because your silly website won't allow me to check my plan details or change them. + On sms/ text message, I received a message saying that there was an autopay mandate. This confused me because I didn't sign up for any autopay mandate- my billing method has always been annual, total payment at once. I hope someone from Adobe takes action and helps me out.

I am from Algeria and Lightroom Mobile Premium does not support payment in my country's currency, so I gave my friend in France an account. He opened emails with him and paid me a premium month. Then after he closed the account and I reopened it, I didn't find it as premium. Then he reopened it and didn't find it as premium. But €7.99 was taken from his account... What is the solution now? I have a screenshot of the payment but I didn't receive an email notification...

hola, yo acabo de probar el plan estudiante gratuito y tmbn se me cobro y al siguiente día cancele la suscripción asustado, necesito el reembolso pq prácticamente de los 14 días de prueba gratuita cancelé el 2 día entonces ya van 2 días de 5 máximos para esperar el reembolso y no me llega ni notificación ni nada, necesito ayuda necesito el dinero, porfavor. 

I want to cancel my subscription but I cannot finish the action due to I have forgotten my password (I am asked to input PW amid cancellation), and I no longer have access to the email address associated with the account. And I also cannt change my email due to I for get the PW. I cannot recieve anything. Does anyone know how to deal with this stuff or any assistant can help?

I'm from Sri Lanka, and I'm unable to find my country in the location list. Since India is the closest country to Sri Lanka that is available on the Adobe region list, I was wondering whether I could select my country/region as India.

I had to switch phones recently, and I logged in Lightroom on my new phone and tried to Restore Purchase, but it kept telling me that I don't have any previous purchases. I went to the Galaxy Store where I saw that I had an ongoing subscription, and I decided to deactivate it and start from scratch. Sadly now, I get an error message telling me that "Couldn't complete purchase. Already purchased. Error code: IS9224/6050/VbZkMJABQe" Another message I get is "Unable to process purchase. The Galaxy Store was unable to process your purchase at the moment" Can anyone help?

I was subscribed to the Adobe Photography package for over a year, which cost less than it does now and it included Express. But now, despite the higher package price, Express now requires it's own subscription? That's unacceptable.

Hello everyone! I am looking for any insights of why visits in google analytics would be lower than the reported visits from our X site (using adobe analytics) sent to the a Y site (using google analytics) - using X and Y to differ the sites.  For example - our site has reported thousands of visits clicking on CTAs leading to that site (-3% difference compared to the visitor dimension).  However, this number has only been about 600 in total per what the team has seen on their end. Now, I know comparing data in different platforms are not the best practice as this can vary depending on how visits/sessions/etc are defined in either platform. Has anyone dealt with this before and come to a potential root cause? Best, 

i just realized i am getting charged $25 on the first of the month but also $33 on the last day a month for my premiere pro subscription. It says i just have the premiere pro subscription, but when looking at my billing hitory it shows the same two charges every single month under the same one. What is going on here, i need this fixed asap. I cancelled my subscription, hoping that would show me i have an extra one or something, but it says that was my adobe plan? why am i being charged twice then??

I signed up for a 7 day free trial.  I used a "trial" for (5) days and canceled on 8/20/25.  I received an email "This email confirms that you canceled  on 20-August 2025.  On 8/22/25 I received a charge on our credit card, and again 9/22/25.  Who do I contact to stop this charge and receive a credit?  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hallo Community,ich habe ein Problem. Ich habe heute ein Probe-Abo für Adobe abgeschlossen und möchte es nun wieder kündigen. Leider kann ich dies nicht tun. Jedes Mal wenn ich es versuche, kommt eine Fehlermeldung und die Aufforderung es erneut zu versuchen. Allerdings funktioniert auch das nicht.ich hoffe ihr könnt mir bei meinem Problem helfen.Danke.
