Hi, hope everyone is having a good day. I’m a college student, I bought one of those Adobe Creative Cloud cards that gives you access to a lot of their things (just started it today, and it expires next year). I already put the code, redeemed it and everything seemed fine. I downloaded the Adobe Creative Cloud, and when I tried to install one of the programs (say, Illustrator that would be my most needed thing right now, Premiere, After Effect and so on) it just says “Free Trial”. I already signed out and signed in from the desktop and the app, but still it still says the same thing. I don’t know if there is something else or if there is another thing I have to do so forgive me if this question sounds dumb, but I genuinely don’t know what to do anymore. Can somebody help me?

Got sucked into trying the 7 day free service. Scan documents App didn't even work properly, so ended up using built in camera feature, which handled photo to documents perfectly. Then I just saw the bill for a year long subscription! I assumed this was some dodgy scam company using these sort of tactics! But appears to be adobe itself. Thought they were better than this, will need to put warnings on all my socials. Don't use this scan software trial. I'm now stick with a year long subscription to an app that is not any good! Does anyone know how to get a refund, even a partial refund?
I received an unexpected payment from Adobe, and I hadn't been charged for a long time because I canceled the payments. But today I was charged out of the blue, and I don't know which account it was charged to because I didn't receive any payment confirmation code from Adobe. It was just this random charge. I've already canceled all the plans and I want a refund.
Hello, I'd like to cancel the Adobe subscription, could anyone help me how can I do it. I don't understand why does it say that if I cancel I would be charged by a great amount of money.

I have an adobe acrobat account. A payment failed for the AI assistant. I never chose to have this, I don’t want it. But they’re attempting to charge my (empty) bank account. I went to cancel this plan I never consented to. It said I had to change my payment method. I only have one payment method. It all links back to my empty account. I went to go and delete my account, but it doesn’t let me unless I cancel the plan. But I’m not allowed to cancel my plan unless I change my payment method. They’re making it impossible to delete my account, and I can’t even contact them. What do I do? I don’t want them to take money for something I never consented to, and I don’t want to have to pay to delete my account.
Why cant I update aplplications in the Cloud?

So i'm a student and I've been using student account and the creative cloud subscription for almost a year, yesterday i got a notice that the subscription will rise to IDR 313.000 from IDR 130.000.It's way to expensive for me, is it possible to negotiate with adobe or is there any plan that is lower than that? I need the essential apps like ai, ps, ae, lrc, pr, and indesign :(
Have you tried to contact a human at adobe, even when following the direction and leading into websites address emails that are not right…have you attempted the chat function and even called the help desk. I will spare you the horror of the absolute filth this company has for customer service. When asking a question about a service issue I was told to check out … get ready … adobe.com. Wow what insight and so much thought. Even asking several detailed questions the customer agent continued to ignore my need and never truly assisted me. I was informed I would get an email of the details … my email was that link. I kid you not. I also decided to do the chat option, and what I received was read the website. Absolute garage of the company and I am so upset and still loss of words. The actual issue I encountered: I had recently made so stock sound purchases (some older some newer, but I had licensing). Hi team, I have been charged for 2 months service fee after the trial, i subscribed the trial in the beginning of Jan and forgot to cancel it, and i literally haven't been using it as you can see that i didn't even log into the account. Today when i tried to cancel the subscription, i was told that not only there's no refund, but also i will be charged for an early cancellation fee of CAD $129.95! And it's the first time i realized it's a yearly plan that charged by month, clearly their terms were not clear enough and no warning about the cancellation fee. It's like robbing money from your pocket, this is hard to accept, and i found nowhere custormer support that i can make a call or send an email to, what kind of company Adobe is??? Really astonished and disappointed.

After I received confirmation email that my subscription has been cancelled on 11th of April I got charged 5.14EUR on 15th of April and Adobe tried charging an additional 23.99USD on same day, 15th of April, but luckily for me I didn’t have enough funds that day.

I no longer need this subscription, as I now have access through my company’s enterprise plan.Recently, when I attempted to cancel, I was offered a promotion (1 free month followed by €19.33/month). At no point was it clearly explained that accepting this would create a new annual commitment.I was then unexpectedly charged €41.33, without clear prior explanation.Now, when I try to cancel, I am being asked to pay a €227.30 cancellation fee, with the message stating that this is based on the original contract. This is confusing and contradictory, given the supposed change in terms.I believe this situation lacks transparency and I did not give informed consent to a new annual commitment.I would like:Immediate cancellation without penalty Refund of the €41.33 chargeCould someone from Adobe support please
They don't make their plans clear and as conniving as they are they put the most important details in small writing.(Real geniuses). Made me fork out 90 because of an accidental sign up to a yearly plan which I cancelled after a month yet still ended up paying this ridiculous fee. I got it for a levels and all it's helped me with is preparing for the ridiculous uni prices (this might be where they take note from).All I’m asking is that I did make a mistake but a 90 fee seems a bit extreme especially as you advertise for students then screw them over when they change their mind.
