Hi @Anshul_Nautiyal, can you please help me find an authorized Adobe reseller that is secure? I am looking through an Adobe link, but it is not working.

 Ich habe Anfang August das Foto-Abo von monatlicher Zahlung auf jährliche Zahlung umgestellt, um den günstigeren Preis beizubehalten. Im Selbenb zuge habe ich noch einen Pre-Paid-Gutschein für das Foto-Abo 20GB eingelöst. Die Einlösung war erfolgreich - wurde per Mail bestätigt. Nach einigen Tagen stellte ich eine Abbuchung in Höhe von 141 € von Adobe fest. Nach einem super ätzendem ewig langen hin und her im Chat-Bot (der aus meiner Sicht alles andere als Intelligent ist), wurde ich endlich an einen Mitarbeiter verwiesen. Dieser musste den Fall ins Back-End weiterleiten. Nach etwa einer Woche erhielt ich eine Antwort per Mail, dass seitens Adobe keine Abbuchung veranlasst wurde und ich die Lastschrift bitte umgehend zurückziehen solle. Gesagt - getan! Und siehe da, seit heute ist der Zugang zu meinem Abo deaktiviert. Kein Abo vorhanden. Im Chatbot dreht man sich im Kreis, die dämliche KI verbindet nur zu einem Mitarbeiter, wenn man ein aktives Abo hat. Klasse! Das

我的帳號付款問題，因為我現在及以後都會定居在香港。無法使用台灣的付款方式，想要轉換地區的付款方法，以及尋求解決帳單的問題。線上的虛擬客服一直鬼打牆要我來這邊，沒有辦法找到真的協助，完全沒有解決到實際的問題，讓我十分之苦惱和困擾。我完全找不到人幫忙，也沒有email聯絡。求助無門

I have been getting deductions on my card even after the deletion of my account. Please stop this. I will not tolerate it. Why is my card still being debited every month? Even after I deleted the account. Please Let this be the last time.

hello, i know this is not adobe support but i need a reply cuz i have this question, I activated a free Adobe trial for photoshop using the email address [Removed], and I canceled the plan within the required period (7-14 days), and also i got refund as indicated in the terms of use. However, I received a payment on my credit card that I did not authorize, and my account does not show an active plan. I kindly ask to some moderator of adobe to review the situation and process a refund.   Thank you so much for who gonna help me.

I only use my Adobe account on my iMac and MacBook (both mine), but lately I keep getting warnings about “account sharing” and being told to change my password. Support says I can’t be logged in on two devices with an Individual plan. Anyone else dealing with this?

I have my cancellation email from July and I just checked and I've still been being charged, and when I go to cancel again it's saying I'm going to have to pay over 300 dollars? My plan was cancelled I have screen shots of the cancellation 

 Hope you are doing well.I have 2 accounts 1 for my work and the other for my personal use. One had the 399 mostly plan and the other 832 pesos monthly plan. Since the beginning I have 4 charges 399+399+832+832 in my credit card I need the service but I don't want a double charges, I have with the service more than a year. So in only one year the double charge is 14,772 pesos or 777 usd. Can you contact me with someone can help me with the refund. Best

Moin! Heute beim Start von Ps ploppt ein Fenster auf mit der Meldung "Es liegt ein Problem mit deinen Zahlungsdetails vor. Aktualisiere deine Zahlungsinformationen." Bei Prüfung meiner Zahlungen sehe ich, dass Adobe meine Zahlung (per PayPal) vom 1. August abgelehnt hat. Über die Google-Suche zur Behebung des Problems komme ich zu helpx.adobe.com/de/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html und "Fehlgeschlagene oder versäumte Zahlung erneut versuchen". Dort heißt es:   Melde dich bei account.adobe.com/de/plans an. Wähle Abrechnung und Zahlung bearbeiten.   Auf der Seite mit den Plans gibt es aber kein "Abrechnung und Zahlung bearbeiten". Stattdessen steht da: "Keine kostenpflichtigen Abos vorhanden". Nach dem Öffnen von Ps steht oben "Abrechnungsproblem | Jetzt aktualisieren". Wenn ich da drauf klicke, öffnet sich ein Fenster, in dem korrekt angegeben ist: "Dein Abo: Lr Ps Foto-Abo (20 GB)  Abo Jährlich – Monatliche Zahlung" D

Hello, I purchased adobe pro 2024 through my Lenovo laptop purchase. I have it downloaded and installed. Adobe is sending me message limiting me to 1 word to pdf conversions  month saying to upgrade to pro. inhave pro!! whag the heck is going on, I'm trying to submit a job resume and can't convert my cover letter. And no support email straight to Adobe. SOS!!! I spent $160 for Adobe pro 24 and it saying I'm limited to 1 word conversion a month? What did I pay for???  thanks, 

Hi Adobe Community,About a month ago, I received an email from Adobe letting me know that my 100GB Pro plan (at a promotional price) would be increasing from $58.29/month to $63.99/month. I understood and accepted this change. I've attached a screenshot as well. However, my most recent payment was $113.49/month, which is above the updated price I was notified about. I haven’t made any changes to my plan, so I don’t understand why I was billed almost double.I’d like to request a refund for the difference between the $63.99 price I was told and the $113.49 I was charged.Can someone please look into this and advise on the next steps as I can't see anywhere to contact Adobe support about this. Thanks, Ben

Hi Adobe team! I was charged for an autorenewal fee for a yearly Creative Cloud subscription but I did not want to renew it. I wasn't informed about the upcoming autorenewal and wasn't informed about the price increase either. The subscription was cancelled the same day the charge was made. As per Adobe's refund policies, I would like to request a refund for the charge, seeing as the subscription was cancelled within the first 14 days of the plan.Thank you so much. 

Hoy quise comprar el Premiere Pro, entre a la pagina de Adobe por primera vez, no tenia una cuenta, pero le di a comprar el premiere pro, no me dejaba usar mi tarjeta asi que intente con Paypal, y tampoco me permitia usar paypal, Pero luego de unos minutos me llegó un correo de mi banco diciendo que adobe me cobro los 34 dolares, pero no me dio el premiere pro, me gustaria que me regresen el dinero o que me den el programa de premiere pro. Alguien sabe como puedo arreglar este problema?Ya me puse en contacto con el banco y me han hecho saber que es problema de Adobe, no del banco.

I recently changed my Adobe Creative Cloud Plan to Photography plan and due to no further need of the Photography Plan, I cancelled it. I haven't received the refund for the Adobe Creative Cloud and the refund for the Photography plan. Earlier credit notes were there in the billing and invoice history but now the credit notes are not visible in the invoice and billing history section.  I need refund of my payment and urgent actions for the same.    For any query or mails contact me on this email - [email removed from this public forum]

I recently redeemed a redemption code for 1 month usage of creative cloud and after two days it asks me to purchase a new plan. I am unable to look-up my redemption history, moreover how come the plan got disabled itself.

Hola, buen día.Acabo de recibir un cargo hoy 6 de agosto de 2025 por $332.49 MXN correspondiente a IllustratorLo que pasa es que el pago se realizó automáticamente apenas tuve saldo en la tarjeta, pero casi de inmediato cancelé el plan (menos de una hora después del cobro).Quisiera solicitar por favor el reembolso completo de este cargo, ya que no voy a usar el servicio durante el mes facturado y la cancelación fue hecha enseguida.Entiendo que normalmente el cargo cubre un mes, pero dado que cancelé al instante y no he utilizado el servicio, agradecería mucho que puedan apoyarme con este reembolso como excepción.Muchas gracias por su ayuda.

After upgrading to a new yearly plan on 11th July 2025, I was surprised to be charged £14.99 on 4th August based on my previous plan. This charge (£14.99) is not acceptable, and I wish there were a way to contact Adobe for a refund. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello there!I feel like I'm trapped. I live in Serbia and can't pay for Photoshop because the Adobe website automatically redirects me to a page with the message “The purchase could not be completed because transactions in your region (RU) are currently restricted.” I know this isn't true, but I can't contact technical support or anyone else, so I hope someone here can help me.This system is literally forcing me to use a pirated version of the program because I can't pay due to the poorly functioning website. Could you help me somehow?
