Ça fait des mois maintenant que je SUBIS ces foutus désagréments et Adobe est incapable de résoudre le problème !A ce jour, je rencontre TOUJOURS le même problème et depuis quelques temps, ça empire puisque ça se produit 3 à 4 fois par jour !Pas d’identification de point commun à ce problème qui se produit n’importe quand, tous les jours, plusieurs fois par jour…Je suis sur windows 11, tout est mis à jour régulièrement. Sans antivirus, avec pare-feu Kaspersky.Je travaille sur vos applications et brutalement, la fenêtre « se connecter » apparait.Je lance une application adobe, la fenêtre « se connecter » apparait.J'ai des applis adobe ouvertes, je passe sur autre chose pendant un temps, et quand je reviens sur l'app, la fenêtre « se connecter » apparait.Je travaille sur des applications adobe, j’en ouvre une nouvelle, la fenêtre « se connecter » apparait.Je sors mon ordinateur de veille, la fenêtre « se connecter » apparait.Je

Posting here becasue I'm tired of Adobe doing nothing about it, refusing to warn users, and making the answer a nightmare to get.We have been reciveing calls claiming to be from Adobe in regaurds to a team member activating a trial of Substance 3D - after getting tossed around from support person to support person, it seems like the answer from Adobe is "yeah, thats probably a scam" - PROBABLY? Why in the word does it take 4 different support techs to look at a phone number and say its probably a scam? So I'm posting here in the hopes I can save one person the 45m I spent trying to work with support.If you get a voicemail from (408) 675-3202, it's a scam. Check that you don't have unusal activity on your account, and then disreard it.

I'm not sure if you can help me. I'm receiving emails saying that the Creative Cloud subscription is in my shopping basket. But I didn't put it there. At least not consciously. I don't need it, I have a subscription at work. Privately, I only use my own photo subscription with Photoshop, Lightroom and Express. It's not possible to remove it from my shopping basket. I'm just being asked to pay now to activate the subscription. How can I cancel it?

This is a redline for me. I've removed your products from my machine and only install them when I need them.You've pushed me to this, Adobe.  First, I need to be in control of the updates on my computer because your firm does sneaky stuff....like forcing maxon to download.  I don't want this product installed on my computers for reaons that I've mentioned in this forum MANY, MANY times!Second, I reload my machines quarterly to keep them performant and you've just made my life easier with auto updates. Your products will now be only installed on demand and removed daily.  Rescind your decision and allow users to control updating so you don't corrupt our files and our livelihoods!

My Portfolio draft disappeared after my school switched me to a Creative Cloud account, but I used the same email. I had previously signed in with Google, but when my university switched me to the Cloud account, it prompted me to type in my email and password. I put in the exact same email address as the one I logged in with for the "sign in with Google" option, but it takes me to a welcome screen and there is no trace of the personal website draft I have been working on for the last two weeks. Is there a way to find or restore my portfolio draft?

Hello,I pay for Creative Cloud including Adobe Portfolio. Recently, my Portfolio site lost the latest saved versions in the editor — several updated pages are gone, months of work missing.One of my sites was previously live on a custom domain mariabieniek.co (now expired), but the updated content is no longer visible in the Portfolio editor. I’ve checked all my sites under my Adobe account and the problem remains.This is a serious service failure, as I rely on Portfolio for business. I need Adobe to: 1 Escalate this case to the Portfolio Support / engineering team.2 Check server-side backups or the last published copy.3 Restore the missing data or provide an official explanation. Has anyone else experienced similar data loss with Adobe Portfolio? Hello, due to missing space on my initial drive i wanted to change the installation directory for the apps. and, oh wonder, it doesn't work. when i was reinstalling for example dreamweaver, it was still pu on my c: drive, instead of the set up golder on another harddrive. in the cloud settings the other drive is set, but the installation seems to (cursing removed) about that setting.   any ideas?    btw, those themes i was forced to select, have nothing to do with my question. why am i forced to select them at all. they don't make it ease to users to find this, in contrary.

I'm creating an Adobe Portfolio.I've never set up a web page of my own, although I did buy a URL.On the Contact form in Portfolio, I would like the Contact button when clicked to send the message to my email. Is that possible?If not, what workaround can I use?

Here is the "Contact" page of my site:https://jayaustindesigns.com/contact I'm using the Lukas theme with the color scheme switched to light. On my "Contact" page, the text input boxes are black with white text, which looks very odd on a light page.  Similarly, the "Submit" button is white with black text, which could be easy to miss on a light page.  Can I make these inputs be white with black text?  Can I make this button be black with white text?  These seem like things that should change when I select the light color scheme, but they do not. (FWIW, the same issue occurs with the Ludwig theme, as well.  These are the only two themes that default to a dark color scheme.) Please let me know if there is a way to have light text boxes and a dark submit buton with the Lukas theme.  Thanks!

Hello, for like past 6 years my subscription was paid by my school, yesterday that subscription ended and all my documents, my art, my work on cloud dissapeared. Today I decided to get new subscription to finish my work and acces my cloud documents - I choosed he "digital photography plan" as I needee most just PS now (I used to have he full CC plan before). But the problem is that I still don't see my cloud documents even with active subscription. I'm still in the 7 days free trial tho, so idk if that isn't the problem, doesn anybody know? I wonder if there is a way to get the documents back? Or if there is a way to contact Adobe in other way than the AI chatbot who is useless?

Hi there. I'm using a Mac, running 13.7.5. I use a variety of Adobe apps, predominantly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat, but also occasionally InDesign and Audition. Every day, or sometimes multiple times a day, Adobe Crash Processor launches, and proceeds to gobble up several GB of system memory.   It does not seem contingent on my actually using any Adobe app (aside from Creative Cloud running in the background). This might go without saying, but: when I do use the apps they aren't crashing, so I don't see any reason why the crash processor should be activating in the first place.  I can terminate the process with Activity Monitor, but it inevitably recurs. I've tried rebooting the computer and updating the apps to the latest versions, but this doesn't seem to have any effect. I could upgrade my OS to Sonoma or Sequoia, but if anyone has another solution that might forestall an entire OS upgrade I'd like to try that first. Any help anyone has wo

Using WIN-PC and Android-Smartphone for document exchange and sync. syncing works but I do not get any notification on my smartphone when docs are updated on PC. Verwende WIN-PC und Creative Cloud um PDF-Dokumente zu synchronisiern und aktualisieren. Die Synchronisation vom PC auf Smartphone funktioniert aber ich bekomme auf meinem Smartphone keine Benachrichtigung, dass eine Aktualisierung erfolgte.

HelloCan someone explain to me how to download all my files that I have in the creative cloud? The creative cloud application only allows me to download one at a time.I have more than 25GB in the cloud and it is impossible to download them one by one. Downloading manually would be a job of weeks.Can somebody help me? Is there a function to download everything at once?

I think this may be Adobe Creative Cloud related.  But I have recently installed Creative Cloud and various apps on my MacBook and noticed soon after that a folder called Red Giant appeared in Users/Shared folder (see screenshot) As far as I am aware I have not installed Red Giant apps - so guessing this must be Adobe CC related.  Does anyone know if that is the case, and what the point of the shared folder is? Many thanks?
