Todo comenzó porque no podía abrir Illustrator ni Photoshop, y me dí cuenta que no terminaba de cargar el Creative Cloud, marcando "Creative Cloud está tardando en cargar mas de lo habitual. Vuelve a iniciar Creative Cloud o reiniciar el Ordenador y vuelve a intentarlo". Demás está decir que no ha funcionado nada de lo que sale en las paginas de ayuda, he borrado todo con el Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool y vuelto a instalar y nada, sigue apareciendo lo mismo, no sé qué hacer ya.Muchas gracias de antemano.

Hard drive died. Replaced it. Now I cannot deactivate it so I can reinstall on new computer. Please help.

Elements 12 was working one day and not the next. Now I am unable to access either program, Elements or Premier Elements. I have uninstalled the programs and re installed them, however it has not made any difference. When I try to open Elements, the Organizer/photo editor page comes up. It will not go any further. It comes up with an add to upgrade to the 2024 version. I thought when I bought the program years ago, that I would have it forever, unless the software became incompatible with window updates.I have the program on discs, it was not downloaded, so there should not be any time restrictions on the program.Can someone please help.Thanks Rosemarie 

I have Adobe Creative Cloud installed on my Dell laptop but would like to install it on my new Macbook Air. I can sign into Adobe on my macbook and download the installer (for Creative Cloud or any app) but when I enter my log-in information, the log-in screen just shakes and doesn't let me proceed. Like it doesn't accept my username and password. I've changed/updated my password and signed out of all devices, but still no. Thoughts?

Cependant, je paye mon abonnement et utilise lightroom depuis plus de un an sans problème. J'ai essayé de déconnecté/reconnecté, réinstaller le logiciel... Le support Adobe sur twitter ne trouve pas la solution également .Est ce que quelqu'un a déjà vécu cet expérience et pourrait m'éclairer,Merci d'avance

Hello,I want to install my creative cloud apps in a other folder. Therefore I changed the settings for the app-directory in the creativ could manager to drive 😧 but creativ could manager says during installation "not enought space on drive C".How can I install my cc apps on drive D ?!?Dirk

hi,I have been trying to install some of the adobe programs like Ai, PS and Id but i can't :c The page says that it is not compatible with my version of Windows, but I have Windows version 22h2, I am supposed to be able to install it but it still won't let me. I also don't want to update my windows 10 to version 11. Hi everyone, I cracked Pemiere Pro 5 years ago when I was just an amateur videographer and now that I'm going professional, I took out a subscription to it. Unfortunately I don't know why and I can't find the answer anywhere, but it is impossible for me to uninstall the old software (Version 2019), nor to download the latest version which was sent to me after taking out the subscription . I feel super bothered because I have clients waiting for their video, and I also find myself paying a subscription from which I get no benefit. It's the same with my 2019 version of After Effects which refuses to uninstall... I hope someone has a solution to this problem because I'm going in circles and time is running out T-T THANKS !  

Hey! I'm trying to install Creative Cloud programs, but it always gives me "error 303". On the Adobe website the only recommendation is to try the installation again, but I've done this several times and the error keeps happening. The only program that installed without problems was InDesign. I would be grateful if you can help me. Thanks!

Bonjour, je viens d'acquérir une nouvelle station demontage et depuis quelques jours j'essaye en vain d'installer Premiere Pro et Photoshop. Ce qui est étonnant c'est que j'arrive à installer d'autres applications, mais avec Premiere Pro et Photoshop, ça plante à chaque fois.J'ai pu installer Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop Express, Media Encoder, Premiere Rush et Acrobat. Mais les deux dont j'ai vraiment besoin, non...Est-ce que quelqu'un aurait une idée ? Merci d'avance. Thierry

Liebe Mitmenschen, wollte gerade meine "Uraltvariante" premiere elements 12 auf meinem neuen Computer installieren. Funktioniert rein technisch auch, scheitert aber an adobe selbst, da hier diese Variante nicht mehr "registriert" wird. Eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin vom Support bot mir ein neues "günstiges" Abo an. Hat jemand von euch eine Idee? Danke im Voraus.Jörg

Hi all - I am having an issue getting my Creative Cloud to sync. I have gone through all the trouble shooting items recommended - uninstalling, reinstalling, using the cleaner tool etc also doing the basics, like restarting the app, the computer as well - I get errors along each of these routes. I have seen some threads here from 2 years ago - mainly for windows. Is there any update and if this might be a bug? I am on Adobe Creative Cloud 6.3Mac OS Ventura 13.6.9 See screenshots - thank you so much for your help!

To continue you'll have to upgrade."I am almost certain that this is not a hardware issue as I have recently just built this PC, which seems to pass all the system requirements. Additionally, I have updated my windows OS to windows 11 23H2 x64. I am not sure why It is claiming that it cannot run. Here are my hardware specs:   

Hi, I have a customer who needs to factory reset his laptop and has purchased an Adobe License. The Machine was possibly infected by Malware as it has become sluggish. Can he still use the same license on the same machine if he does a factory reset or reinstall of Windows? Should he make the request with this license?
