I'm at the 30 day renewal timeframe, and there is no "change plan" button.  On top of that, I tried talking to support twice so far, and both times the agent literally disconnected rather than actually remove the licenses. 

Hi - my client is the parent organisation for multiple separate business entities and they maintain a single M365 tenant to host these entities.Two of these have their own separate Adobe subscriptions (different org name/contract number/admin console etc).They currently just use Adobe IDs.Is it going to be possible to establish Entra federation (SSO etc) for both these entities and keep them separate?Rgds,Will

Hello, I'm attempting to run AdobeUninstaller.exe silently, but whenever I use ".\AdobeUninstaller --help" in CMD, it just resets the script. I've tried options like /Silent, /S, and /quiet, but none seem to work. Has anyone successfully managed to run this silently? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you 🙂 Kind Regards,LFL

I am very frustrated since quite often, when I send out agreements to be signed, the addressees don't receive the email from Adobe Sign AND I never get a message from Adobe Sign that it was not delivered. This has forced me to use gmail accounts and the like to get through to these people. This is of course not ideal, since one of the main reasons to use digital signatures through these kinds of services is to have traceability. Does anyone have advice? (Accept for asking them to whitlist adobes domain, since that is not something a "normal" user can do in their IT-environment.) Can I send the link to them myself in some way? Best regards,Julia

I have recently been having the same issues across Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop: my CC Libraries window is unresponsive. I use this feature a lot to have my company color swatches constantly on hand no matter the platform and to share with vendors and other coworkers but recently its been unusable.Issues:It's the only window to freeze (everything else works in the program),Sometimes when it does work, if I click one color it actually uses another color that I did not clickClosing and reopening the window and/or the program itself does not help.This started in December 2020. I have since updated all of my programs twice but that doesn't seem to have helped. The issue still continues.

Hello, I am trying to follow this procedure to add a directory for Entra ID SSO to the Adobe Console under Settings > Identity settings > Create directory.https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/sso-setup-azure.htmlHowever I am not able to click the "Create directory" button as it is grey and can't click it. Is there a step I am missing? Thanks! 

I'd like to be able to pull reports for my users showing thier actuall usage or login time to determine if they are using the license assigned to them to help manage the assignments better. I used the Admin Support chat feature to confirm this is not an option at this time. Is there a plan to add it as a reporting option?

How can I get the Enterprise Term License Agreement for Adobe All Apps "Offline" - 1 year?So that it's available offline for the entire year, not just for 99 days.

I like to see some "read only" admin roles for some users. I'd like the ability to grant global read only admin roles to our Helpdesk group and specific department level read only rights for department liasons. We are not ready to grant admin roles that allow changes to be made to these groups of folks yet, but aour licensing admin is constantly getting requests for information reagrding licensing for this department or this user, etc..Having a "read Only" admin role would be very helpful in our organization.Thank you.

Hello!  I'm not sure of the best place to share this, so I'll try here since it didn't seem to fit any other feature request forms provided by Adobe. In the administrative console, there is an area under Storage that lists Active and Inactive Users.  The Inactive Users tab has an interface that would be much improved by making these simple changes: (1) Ability to filter or search this list (e.g., by username and folder size would be so helpful)(2) Ability to see how many pages of inactive user data there are in the entire account(3) Ability to pull and download a report of ALL inactive users (a list)(4) Ability to bulk share selected files with one account for asset transfer If these features are available somewhere in the console and I'm missing them, please do let me know.  Thank you.

What is the best way to change a licensed user's email address and preserve all docs etc under that user?

hi,I just finished college, but I’ve lost access to my Photoshop account and files. It’s frustrating because I didn’t get a chance to save all my drawings to my laptop. My email has been deactivated, and the IT department mentioned they’re working on it, but I wonder if there’s any way to retrieve my files without their help. I’m concerned about how long the files will be kept, so I really want to explore every possible option.Does anyone know if there is anything I can do?

Looking for ways that from the admin console to be able to generate a usage report on the apps that licensed users are using and for how long. That way if an license is not activately being used it can be reallocated to a user who does require the license. The reason being is that we are find that members are coming in and asking to get an adobe license when other accounts that are licensed are not using them for anything longer then a day before not being used again for Months.

I have Adobe Creative Cloud installed on several PCs. On two of them, every time I restart the PC or log in with a different Windows user, I have to sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud again. This has been happening since around April. All software is up to date. Why is this happening?

My company recently lost our Adobe administrators.  We don't have anyone who can login and administer on our behalf. How do we get the admin role moved over to a new user?

HiIn regards to How to deactivate the Trial Apps in Creative Cloud „Apps“ then please make an option to disable showing the trial programs,As an Enterprise organisation we can not allow our users to install trial programs themselves.They should only install and update the programs they have a license to.So, we badly need an option to disable the trial programs, when we want users to maintain their own licensed programs.The selfservice package, would allow me to only have 1 package for all our Adobe users, they would install and update programs they have license to, but the trial option ruins that idea, and I'm back to maintain separate package for each program.Best regardsHenrik Jensen

 Why was my subscription amount multiplied by three for a year for a single license? Of course, I am part of a school and I had an admin account at a school, but I only used the license for myself. Ado had informed me that it was better to have a school admin account to prove my good faith. I went from $500 a year to $1250, can someone explain this joke to me?
