Hi everyone,Since July 2024, the company I work for has been charged 4-5% more than the contracted amount for our Adobe subscription. There is no fixed overcharge and each month the amount changes between 4-5%. I contacted Adobe support twice, and they confirmed that they have only charged the exact invoice amount. However, our bank also stated that they have not applied any extra fees or exchange rate adjustments.Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

Who else has been experiencing too many issues with their Adobe programs? From Photoshop to Illustrator, premier and creative cloud. Every program we use as a team has crashed, frozen, glitched, or disconnected itself.   Adobe what is happening? I have used this service for over a decade and have never experienced so many issues that ultimately affected my workflow and our overall business. Adobe please help us out here from being crippled by these issues.

Hi, I just had a chat with the support team; they said they would contact me in 24 hours, but how can I see the case? I can't seem to find my open cases 

I'm having an issue where myself nor anyone in my school district is able to log into Photoshop Express, Lightroom, or any other Adobe app though Google.  We can log in with a web browser but when we go to log in on our iPads it says "An error occurred while logging in.  Please try again after some time."  Any help that can be given would be greatly appreciated

Background:We were forced with all of our accounts to move to a different Organization as something was wrong with the old Organization and Adobe was not able to correct this.Adobe assured us that moving users to a new Organization would also move all the data to the new environment. But that didn't work.Every user had to export files an libraries and import them in the new Organization.Unfortunately there is no possibility to export Adobe Acrobat Agreements. Users also get messages that they are logged in to the new Organization and that the Adobe Sign license is for the old Organization.The users are also unable to create new e-sign documents. So we're a kind of stuck. We are urgently looking for a solution for the Acrobat running and historical agreements and e-signing. Preferably while retaining existing agreements. 

Hello Folks,We're getting some issues with licenses not assigning to the user.In fact, on the Admin Console, we see the user is assigned an Adobe Pro license, but when he logs in on his device, the Adobe Pro is locked, and only available via a Free Trial.Is there something we're missing ?

I have some questions about Creative Cloud for Teams.I need to use Illustrator and Indesign, and my colleague uses After Effects and Premiere. By purchasing 1 license, can we both install CC on our devices and use it at the same time?  Can we share the same e-mail address in order to use CC in each device? 

I would like a contact number to talk to an attendant about renewing a plan, but the numbers no longer work in Brazil. How can this be? Was it just me who noticed that? I don't see people complaining about this lack of consideration. If I can't get in touch I can't close the purchase because if something happens I won't have anyone to call. I don't want to talk to a dumb machine that can't help me, I need athinking human being.  If there is a human being there, please get in touch, please. Microsoft SharePoint has a very limited functionalities and data points available for its embedded analytics. Hence, I am exploring the possiblility of integrating Adobe Customer Journey Analytics into Microsoft SharePoint websites to gather more relevant data. Is it feasible? If yes, how can it be integrated? Will the existing analytics script interfere with the Adobe CJA when pulling site metrics?

If we download any assets as zip file in AEM using either AEM out of the box download asset feature or calling ' /content/dam/collections/public/I/IeX-vp9Jj2OvVBSyd58l/nameofcollection.downloadbinaries.json', using JS, they are stored in var/dam/download. we observed that they are automatically removed from var/dam/download in 24 hours. Please help us find documentation about the same that any zip files created under var/dam/download will be automatically deleted by AEM it self or do we need to specifically write a servlet or scheduler to delete it after given time to maintain the performance and not to load AEM. Also, If yes, will it automatically delete in both AEM author and publisher?We are using AEM as Cloud. 

Adobe, can you please add option to the management console to have monthly Adobe invoices delivered automatically throuh email as soon as they get created?I need to add our Finance email address there so I don't need to manually login/download/rename/upload invoices to our shared folders each month, and it really makes no sense to add finance folks to be our account administrators so they would be able to download invoices or recieve them through emails.

Hey everyone, Has anyone gone through the process of registering Adobe as a supplier for invoice payments?Our company recently updated its finance policy, so instead of paying by credit card, we now have to process payments via invoice. To do that, we need to formally register Adobe in our system, which means providing some standard documents—things like their business registration, a bank letter confirming the receiving account, a supplier registration form, and a signed Supplier Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.(I know that last one is a bit unusual, but yeah, it’s part of our internal requirements) I just reached out to their sales team and am waiting for a response. Since Adobe is a large company, I imagine their process might take some time, but we have a deadline to complete the payment, so I need to manage expectations with my manager on how long this might take. For anyone who's been through this before, how long did it take for Adobe to provide the documents?

There is an issue. the switch to download older versions has been removed for legacy apps. I have lost the ability to install Fireworks CS6 and belive it or not InDesign has vanished! 

HelloOur users who have Creative Cloud products can manage the updates of their products.  This was fine till last week.  From this week, there is no longer an option to manage updates, it's gone and furthermore if they click on an update it requires admin rights.  Something has gone very wrong this week with an update of CC.

I realize this is an old thread, but I wanted to follow up on this post with a further question. Is there a way to create just 1 msi file that would install the Adobe Creative Cloud app?  Here's the issue I am running into: when I create the package that I want, it is a zip file, that once extracted has numerous directories and subdirectories that apparently the msi file depends on; however, I am looking to deploy this via enterprise-level deployment software and I can only upload an .msi file -- there is no way to include several other folders, etc. along with it. How would I accomplish this--this has got to be common as the prior 2 insitituions/companies I have worked for had deployed creative cloud to 100's of workstations, accounts, etc. 

Hi, we have just created a team account with 5 licenses and I have added a user to it who already has an Individual Adobe Pro account.Does she have to cancel her individual account? Or was it automatically adopted?Because ideally we don't get charged for both accounts.

A user (Adobe ID = e-mail address) has been deleted in a team account. This user has been set up in a new team account and has been assigned a license. Unfortunately, the activation of the software fails. How can the old team account be changed when logging in or activating the software?
