FOR 2 MONTHS NOW I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING CANCELLATION OF OUR ACCOUNT BUT ADOBE IS STILL CHARGING US. I AM BEYOND FURIOUS BECAUSE THEY HAVE PURPOSEFULLY TAKEN AWAY THE MANAGE ACCOUNT BUTTON. I SPOKE TO AN AGENT AND THEY SAID THEY WERE HAVING TECHINICAL ISSUES. NO IT JUST LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE TRYING TO GET AWAY FROM ALLOWING ME TO CANCEL. WHERES THE SUPPORT , WHERES OUR MONEY REFUND AND WHERE IS THE CANCELLATION?

Hi,I have 5 users that have Acrobat Pro version 24.002.20687 with Windows 11.  If they close out of a PDF file that was opened in Acrobat Pro, they have to wait about 10 minutes before trying to open up another PDF file.   If they try to open up a PDF sooner, nothing happens - Acrobat doesn't try to open, no error messages.  I tried running a repair install and manually updating Acrobat on each of the users' machiines.   The issue started about a week ago.  To open up another PDF file we have to wait about 10 minutes or have to go into task manager and End Process for any Adobe processes that are running.  Has anyone ran into this previously or know of a fix?Thanks, Josh

Why is it so difficult to cancel your subscription. Someone should report Adobe because this isn't normal. It is made far to difficult so people give up. Utterly ridiculous.

Nous venons d'acquérir des licences pour les utilisateurs de notre société.L'un d'entre eux cependant se voit refuser la validation, alors que son email pro a bien été saisit au niveau de l'admin console et que sa licence a bien été réservée.Après avoir reçu l'email d'enrollement, puis celui avec le code à 6 chiffres, immédiatement après il tombe sur un message : "You are ineligible to use this product or service due to the Service Eligibility Requirements" avant même qu'il puisse saisir ses information personnelles (nom, prénom, date de naissance, mot de passe).Après avoir supprimé son entrée dans l'admin console, puis l'avoir de nouveau recréé, le problème subsiste.Il est également présent si il se connecte directement sur account.adobe.com. Il reçoit alors un "Your access has been denied" après avoir entré son e-mail pro.Que faire pour résoudre ce problème ?

I have done everything. My internet works perfectly on all other devices.I have uninstalled and reinstalled adobe bridge and photoshop while logged into my adobe account USING MY SUBSCRIPTION!!!! but when the apps open it gives me the same error again and again and only sending me to windows solutions but i use a mac. I have changed the clock I have tried to sign in and outi have restarted my computerMy account works perfectly on other devices. PLEASE HELP

Here's how our workflow functions at the moment: each account is used on two devices, and the same program (e.g., InDesign) is often accessed simultaneously. This could be on an iPad and a laptop, or a laptop and a desktop PC, depending on the situation.As we consider switching to a Team account, I have a few questions:Will this workflow remain the same with a Team account?Can I still access two instances of the same software at the same time on different devices?Could someone please confirm how this would work?Thank you!

Our daily newspaper uses InDesign for layout and we have the creative Cloud All Access with all the apps. Is there a way to install JUST InDesign on my lapto for travel use with out installing the CC? Our CC is large and as we all know the CC installs all the files in it on each device that has access to the CC which bricks my MacBook Pro. I have an upcoming trip and just want to have InDesign and use the web version of CC. Is that possible? Or is it possible to shut off automatic CC file syncing / downloads? Help please 

I have been paying for my subscription for years now and I still cannot install the app on one of my computers cause I get error 205. I have done everything possible including: 1. disabling antivirus and firewalls 2. deleting all instances of the installer including everywhere on the drives and windows registery 3. using Adobe's own cleaner tool 4. using microsoft forced uninstaller .....   Nothing works. Sad that Adobe doesn't care enough to fix this issue.  I'm not the only one looking for an offline installer due to issues with CreativeCloud's installer.  

Hello,As more people are pushed toward the Creative Cloud model managing the licenses are become more difficult. Adobe currently does not offer any way to track the actual usage of licenses. I see that a user has accepted an invite but nothing after that. Would like a way to see when users have last logged in. Do not want to be paying for a license that hasn't been used in 6-12 months. I know that there was a recent thread with a similar topic, but my issue is unresolved and doesn't have the same solution.I am 100% certain that I want to cancel my Enterprise plan with my college Institution and I am willing to pay the cancellation fee, but I cannot find any way to cancel it. Like other students, I do not have the option to manage my plans (despite seeing the option to cancel a long time ago, some time last year).I have contacted my college's IT and they say that they will only resolve hardware problems, not software. I recently purchased the Creative Cloud for students but cannot access any apps. Whenever I try to open any of the apps, it says my license is expired. I tried to get help from Adobe, but it keeps telling me to talk to IT.  I purchased Creative Cloud yesterday so I'm unsure if I have to wait longer until I can use it or if I have to contact someone.

The aability to Auto-Assign a licence was a great addition to the admin area. However, it would be great to compliment this with Users being able to Unassign, or give back a licence.Another useful addition to AutoAssign, ot make licence managment easier, would be the ability for a user to Choose which licence to take, for example if you have Seats in InDesign and Creaive Cloud, someone could assign themselves an Indesign licence rather than a Creative Cloud one. 

hello, i´m the owner of this account since 9 years but i cannot login into this adminconsolce they are saying i have not the permission but nobody else then me is using this account and had bought it. ths second problem is i need to install an old after effects version but i cannot see older versions in my creative cloud. not with the three points option not somewhaere else. this is really annoying we have to work and not searching everytime is this cloud f*** app for hours to get some versions or something else.I really have to say this adobe managment thing is so annyoing and frustrating we are losing so much time with this app stuff thing!!!!! But i know adobe is abig concern and only have a look on his shareholders and not the small customers and do not listingin  to them. But yeah i´m really frustrating sorry but maybe somebody could help me with these problems

Inquired about the Adobe Express 'Free QR-GENERATOR' application. Adobe advertises it as a free application (which was still working a few weeks ago on the web browser), but now when trying to use it, it redirects to the Adobe portal with a license request where the user is asked to obtain a Photoshop or Creative Cloud All Apps license. Shouldn't this program be free for business use as well? What could be causing this license request?
