Can't merge the selected moved object layer with the main layerGadi

The application worked normally until today. If I open a file in Camera RAW, the program freezes after about 30 seconds. No report runs, it just freezes. Then I have to restart the computer, but then the same thing happens again. I tried it mabye 20 times. I also tried to uninstall PS and install new one. Nothing. I have all Windows, graphics adapter and Photoshop updates installed... I haven't made any changes to the computer at all, nor have I installed any applications.

The right-side adjustment panel renders entirely white and all control labels are missing.Because of this, Camera Raw is unusable. Critically, the issue prevents disabling GPU acceleration via Camera Raw settings,because ALL Camera Raw windows render white, including the Preferences / Performance panel. Environment:- Photoshop 2026- Adobe Camera Raw 14.5- macOS Tahoe 26.2- Hardware: Apple Silicon M3- GPU acceleration enabled Steps to reproduce:Launch Photoshop 2026Open a RAW file (Sony ARW) OR open a 16-bit HDR imageCamera Raw opens automatically OR via Filter > Camera Raw FilterObserve the Camera Raw interface Expected result:Camera Raw UI renders normally with visible adjustment panels, labels, and controls. Actual result:- Adjustment panel is completely white- All labels and UI text are missing- Histogram renders correctly- Camera Raw settings cannot be accessed visually- GPU acceleration cannot be disabled via UI due to the rendering failure Notes:-

I am using Photoshop 7. Yes, I know it is very old. However it has been working fine after the technician installed it on my new Asus windows 11 computer. Yesterday, I began getting the error message "could not complete your request because of program error", whenever I tried to save, or save as my work. I tried hiding my layers, flattening my layers and increasing photoshops cache to 6. Does anyone know of any possible fixes for this, other than reinstalling the program? I don't know if I could reinstall it myself, I would probably have to pay the technician who installed it the first time to do it again. Thank you.

I've used a Wacom Intuos Pro for several years with photoshop without problems. However, within this week, I am no longer able to zoom using the touch ring rotator. Is anyone else experiencing this or similar problems? I am using the latest photoshop update and the latest Wacom drivers.

Something disappears when I export / when I merge the layers, it looks different, I think it might be the threshold not working when I export / merge layers?

Photoshop keeps showing this popup:"We created a new layer with your edits to help you make changes without affecting the original content."after i clicked "Do not show again" a couple dosen times (every time it shows up).  Steps to reproduce: use Remove tool on Generative Fill layer. This creates a new layer and this message pops up. After a click do not show again it stops showing for some time and then begins to show again a little while later. Expected behaviuor: "do not show again" means i wont see it again. Macos Sonoma 14.8.1Photoshop 27.2

Has anyony been having problems with the "Script" function in Photoshop 2026 ( Won't load layers ) over the past 24 hours ? 1-11-2025 

I am encountering a bug with the Remove Background feature in Photoshop version 27.2.0.When I perform this action, the result is exactly as shown in the video. The same issue occurs even when I use Select Subject. This happens despite the image being very simple to process, featuring a plain white background with the subject clearly standing out.Is anyone else facing this issue? Any advice on how to resolve it would be appreciated.

Hi,thought I would use camera Raw to remove blue influence of cloth on black parts of a model Lanc, as done a few weeks ago successfully. I mask the lower portions, find that the Colour mixer blue slider is denied me, (very annoyed such is denied to users after masking...why ?) yet seem to remember using it a few weeks ago, so use saturation with hue already on blue, perhaps it knows my intention ?drag fully left, blue goes, open the file into Pshop, realise I hadnt appled clarity, reopen it in ACR, but mask is gone, it doesnt remember mask, but prop tips have lost their yellow now. Need to start all over again. Cancel and open the original jpg, but it also is less blue  to the areas and with grey prop tips. OH NO !!!!Unable now to access the original jpg. there is no xmp file visible in folder to delete. to stop ACR denying me my prop tips.yet it forgets the masks,it is remewmbering the changes.so what does one do to get back to the  ORIGINAL jpg. ? What is go

I used to be able to flip my whole canvas in place on where I'm rendering BUTJust updated to the latest Photoshop.And now when I'm zoomed in and I flip the canvas,Its not in place anymore and completely flips to the other opposite side!!! Its very annoying since I rely heavily on flipping to check proportions for my work!please can someone help or fix this??

Hi, adding in noise to get a comocolour line to be matching original, all nosie options are far too crystaline and bitty.see storyboard attached. Just where does one apply the softness of the noise ?I had to remove a yellow card, then draw in a grey line for the now part removed aerial wire, it needs noise to match the original, I try all noise options, it needs mild coloured noise, but all are far too false, compared to the original.I have never ever got on with the add noise, far too crude,  yet adding solid colour to an image needs noise adding, now with Pshop 2025 I thought there would be better noise, but its no different than 30 yrs ago, yet its a fundamental need. Noise is never as 'bitty' and pixel defined as the noise tool gives.Cannot blur the image as the line would get destroyed. Add noise needs a noise softness slider, where is it ? Merlin

Since 3 months ago i've been receiving this message when trying to use Camera Raw, i did everything that i found online. updated my C++, reinstaled Both camera raw and Photoshop. Tryed older versions... and still I CANT USE CAMERA (and my pc is great)i need to work PLEASE DEVS Solve this

Hey all, Photoshop 2026 version 27.2 New PCWindows 11 10.0.26200Ryzen 9 9950X3DX870 Mobo64GB RamRTX 5090 Onboard video disabled in BIOS.  Often, but not everytime, when I use the remove tool brush, or Remove Background, I will get a BSOD with VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL. I have only received this error when using Photoshop.  Video drivers, both gaming and studio are all up to date. Bios is up to date. WhoCrashed just shows a directx graphics kernel error, but I'm also reading that might be a false posititive since that might just have been what was in memory at the time of the error. Not seeing anything in Event Viewer at that same timestamp.  Would love any pointers on where to look next, or anyone who has had this issue and successfully solved it. Thank you! 

I am an CS engineer, graphic artist and photographer. I have over 150k edited images and have taken ~a million photographs. I have used PS since the beginning. Modern PS and Bridge are terrible. I have been using computers since the 70s and my opinion is Adobe took the number 1 software product that existed, and has destroyed it and turned it into something people that made the company loathe to use.  I used to use the entire suite, but transitioned off of that a long time ago and never looked back. I only still have PS because of  some of my work requires it. I no longer use it for my personal work. Bridge was an amazing product, and then the worst product launch in my entire life: The completely re-done new Bridge that only let you open 1 folder. ONE! What a f'n joke! It's still not fixed, it's a half baked terrible solution. Hallo zusammen,  ich nutze Photoshop in der neustes Version unter Windows (alles geupdatet). Die Creative Cloud ist auf dem neusten Stand und ich habe mich bereits mehrfach komplett neu angemeldet und auch alles neu gestartet mit dem gleichen Problem.   Ich möchte auf einem Foto die Augenrichtung drehen. Es ging immer problemlos via Smart Portrait und dann Augenrichtung. Nun bricht er die Bearbeitung nach ca. 30 Prozent ab mit dem Hinweis "dieser Filter wurde aufgrund eines Fehlers vorübergehend deaktiviert". Passe ich dann danach die Position der Augenrichtung an, dann macht er nur absoluten [cursing removed] der nicht zu gebrauchen ist.    Kann mir hier vielleicht jemand einen Rat geben, wie ich das Problem lösen kann? Ich habe auch das Premium KI Upgrade. When I try to do anyting in Photoshop Web version, I get an Unknown Error,.  Be it even uploading a Nikon NEF file to edit or even trying the Harmonize feature.  Screnshot attached. I've tried the same on a Windows 11 PC and Edge without issues.  Are these issues because Photoshop Web is still in beta for Safari? Please don't suggest using Chrome (I don't trust Google), Firefox or MicroSlop Edge for the Mac.

I just want to make a horizontal A4 document, and it used to just be a click away. Where did it go? For that fact, where is A5? Letters? Any mobile formats? Why am I given these Microsoft Office looking templates when I want a blank canvas with simple templates? Version: Photoshop 2026
