Hello, I’m currently having an issue with the playback and the preview since it displays inverted colors. I already did basic troubleshooting (reinstalling, changing the project setting renderer, etc.) but still not working. For reference, I just updated the app to the newest version and I’m currently using a company restricted Citrix Workspace with the following specs:RAM: 64GBStorage: 512GBProcessor: AMD EPYC 9754 128No graphics CardWindows 11 EnterpriseNOTE: I have been using Premiere Pro in Citrix for 3 years now and this is the first time this happened. Any assistance would highly be appreciated.

End Roll Credits issueEnd roll credits speed is effected by changing the length of the text box layer. THis is workign as expected.However, Ease in, and Ease out are not causing any change.The text box layer is 30 seconds long and ease in is 3 seconds and ease out is 3 secondsThe test is only 14 lines long with 128 wordsPre roll and Post roll also have no effect.Is there any setting that can prevent these effects from working as expected.? Adobe Phone tech support had customer uninstall and reinstall Premiere Por and then reset all Preferecnes but neither action fixed the issue.

Hi there, I udated recently my mac to Tahoe 26.5, and had issues with premier. I had to delete all the apps and instal them again. Still, when I opened one of my projects, one of the images ‘ image strip with extension tiff’, does not show on the timeline, instead I have a red bar. I already rendered in and out and deleted the files, but it did not solve the issue. Any tip? Many thanks

Please help!! I've tried all of these settings and none of them have helped me solve this problem. I'm editing on a Mac and I downloaded VLC as my main Video Player. My project color settings are set to 2.2 Web. The export preview in Premiere is correct and the color when I view in VLC is correct, but when I go to post on Youtube/Socials my colors revert to being washed out and the shadows brightened basically only showing in that 1.96 color profile when I upload. Someone please help!!

When I set my in and out point in a zoomed out timeline with clips on only one track, the out point consistently gets set 1 frame in to the next clip, so I get 1 frame from the next clip in the end of the exported video.

So, my previous, very old system unit was an Intel Core i7-4790, 16GB DDR3 RAM, 1TB Samsung 870 SSD, and GTX 1060 6GB. The usual exporting time for a 6–7 minute video was around 7 minutes.Recently, I upgraded to a new system. My current PC specs are Ryzen 7 5700X, 32GB DDR4 RAM, GTX 1060 6GB, and a 1TB Samsung 870 SSD.However, when editing the same type of 6–7 minute videos, the exporting is much slower. On my new system, the export takes around 15–17 minutes, compared to only around 7 minutes on my old i7-4790 system. I don't know what's causing this or what I should do.The videos I'm editing don't have any heavy effects, and my GPU drivers are also up to date.The CUDA settings i believe is enabled and hardware encoding as well.What should I do? Is there a setting I might be missing? Or what hardware should i upgrade?Thank you! 

Hi, does anyone know of a secure way to convert an SRT file to VTT for captions? I am working with proprietary information on a video and I don't see a way to export a VTT file in premier. Using a VTT file is required on the sharing platform, an SRT will not work. Thanks!

Help. I need to export some promos for broadcast and they require stereo audio on tracks 1&2 and mono audio on tracks 3&4. My timeline consists of two stereo tracks, voices on 1 and music & sfx on 2.This seems like it should be easier then it is. What am I missing? Thanks! 

In Premiere Pro, I used Wave Warp on a still image of a face to animate it, so it looks like it’s nodding. I was working in ½ playback resolution. When I export the video, the Wave Warp does not look the way it does when I am editing. Wave Warp makes the face looks like it’s twitching, and it blurs the movement of the face. I also tried nesting the clip but that didn’t work. Is there any way I can get the Wave Warp effect to export like the way it looks when I use ½ playback resolution?

Issue: When making a custom effects preset which includes multiple effects and their settings, the effects are applied but their settings are not. Steps to Reproduce: In my case, I’m working with an audio only file/ track. I’m trying to put a dynamics effect and a parametric equalizer effect with custom settings for each into one effects preset. so I’ll apply both effects to an audio track and adjust their settings to my needs. I’ll then ctrl click the root level of each effect in the effect controls panel and follow that with a right click and save preset. I’ll leave at default type of ‘scale’ and click ok. When dragging the effect preset onto another audio only track, the effects apply but their settings don’t. they are just default and empty. Expected Result: The effects should apply AND retain their custom settings. I've already updated Premiere four times, and it's still version 26.3.2. Why are they updating the same version four times? At least change the build number. Or do 26.3.3. What's the difference between the four updates? What bugs were fixed?

I'm wondering if there's a way to correctly replace seceral clips of footage in the timeline using the same timecodes in the replacement media as the current media in the timeline. Here's my scenario: I have an intro animation.  I have chopped little sections of this animation up and sped those sections up so that that key points in the animation hit the beat of the music correctly.  Probably 20 little sections total between normally timed, and sped up sections, and now the animation lines up with the music.  Great! I have the exact same animation file, except it's in Spanish and I need to replace all the English animation clips with the Spanish ones, but keep all the timing adjustments.  Right clicking the animation and selecting "Replace with" bin or source clip doesn't work as it just replaces each section with the clip starting over at the beginning and "match frame" would be what I expect to work, but it usually gives me an error about not enough medi

I'm looking for more functionality from the Behringer X-Touch control surface and hope it is possible to bind inputs from the control surface encoder knobs at the top of the fader bank to x, y, and z values for a selected property in the effects control panel. It is easy enough to map a single encoder to change a selected value, but I'd like to, for example, press the EQ button under Encoder Assign (red box, upper right), which will pre-select the first property in the Premiere Pro Effects Panel, unless a property is already selected; also, set the first three encoders on the X-Touch (8 encoders, yellow box) are bound to the x, (y, and z if there) values, and the fourth encoder is set up to navigate up and down the effects panel, choosing properties with x,y,z numeric values or a selection list. For fields with a selection list, if the x value encoder doesn't work, then the fifth encoder could be employed, leaving 6, 7 and 8 for future use.   If other Encoder A

I produce podcasts and have multiple speakers with separate audio tracks. I want to use the Transcript panel especially now with the additional capabilities with the text based editor but I’m still having an issue where I can only see the transcript for one track at a time. Basically the top unmuted track. I know this has been an issue for a while and there have been workarounds and threads that are similar but I still haven’t seen a solution to this. I feel like there must be a checkbox or something that I’m missing.I do know that if I generate a static transcription I can see multiple tracks transcribed but then I won’t get the features that come with a dynamic transcript panel

I am using Premiere Pro 22.6.2 (Build 2). I have Premiere transcribe a sequence and check the box for it to recognize different speakers. All good. But when I click on the speaker in the transcription window, it does not allow me to change to another speaker. And when I choose to edit the speaker name, the same does not save. I used to be able to do this and it's a great feature. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix?

Genuinely, I am baffled.How Adobe can charge over $100 per month for software like Premiere Pro; that can’t handle simple things like title generations or MOGRT properties - yet Da Vinci Resolve is FREE and handles animation beautifully. I want to stay loyal as an Adobe user of over 15 years, but at this point we’re all being screwed over. I can’t pretend it’s alright anymore. I’ve stopped recommending Adobe, and as of next month we will be removing all Adobe subscriptions from our offices and moving onto better options. We are expecting to double our speed of workflow, purely by abandoning Adobe products. We’re paying premium prices for half-par software, that is WORSE than FREE amateur created softwares.It’s time everybody woke up to this blatant rip-off called Adobe.
