The refund was approved but I still haven’t received it in my bank account, and it's been five days now

Simplesmente desde o 24.x quando eu comecei a usar a creative cloud sempre tive um problema de preview com o meu premiere. Acontece sempre que eu coloco algum grafico / texto junto de um efeito dentro de uma camada de ajuste na timeline.Já tentei mudar de versão, já limpei cache varias vezes, ja redefini todas as configurações mas sempre apos um tempo o problema voltava, e simplesmente quando esse problema acontecia, minha placa de vídeo ia pra 99% de uso do nada, sendo que era so um efeito de desfoque em cima de um vídeo mp4 / mkv (2 formatos que mais uso) e um texto por cima do desfoque.Podem me ajudar a resolver? Ou é um bug mesmo?Obs.: Esse problema durante uns 6 meses foi resolvido quando eu voltei pro Windows 10 so que precisei voltar pro 11.Minhas espec.:Processador: Ryzen 7 5800xPlaca de Vídeo: RTX 4060 de 8gb VRAM da GalaxRAM: 32GB a 3000mhzArmazenamento principal: M2 512GB 

Premiere Pro V 14.7.0MAC OS Mojave 10.14.6 I've never had an issue with audio ducking - it's always worked great.  Now it does not adjust the music when it gets to a lower keyframe - even if I drag the keyframe to zero, it will still play music at a high level.   Is this a bug?  Or have I hit a setting somewhere to disable it?  Keyframes throughout are ignored.  All music and dialog are categorized properly.

After transcribing some video clips, the transcripts NEVER appear. I load the file and check the Transcript panel and it shows the status of another element, usually the sequence, and says No Transcript. I transcribe the same clip again….same result. The file I transcribed is reference in Source tab. It always defaults to this random RDJ-Open_Bed. I just upgraded to 25.6.5, too.  Premiere 25.6.5 is full of bugs!! This is just one of many. I’ve been a user for 20+ years. Adobe are pick pockets. Not sure why we continue to be ripped off by them for such unstable software?? 

The PPro UI allows editing keyframe handles to set custom easing curves in Effect Controls Panel. Currently, PPro scripting only allows Linear, Hold, and Bezier keyframes: During migration to UXP, please add API support for custom bezier interpolation on keyframes. This would enable developers to build more robust presets, plugins, and extensions to automate keyframe creation & light motion graphics in PPro. It would also allow devs to build custom easing panels, with easing presets, and a better curve editor. I made a mistake and dropped a bin folder directly into the sequence instead of selected all the clips inside the folder.  I began pulling my selects and about 3 hours in I noticed the clips were ordered from last shot to first shot.   Clip E, clip D, clip C, clip B, clip A. for example. I spent several hours pulling selects but the footage is not in the correct order. is there a way to select all the clips and reverse the order they are in?  So they will be clip A, clip B, Clip C, and so on.

In previous verisons of Premiere Pro, when a transition was applied to a track, eiether video or audio transition, it could then be quicly and easily altered: moved across to begin and end at a different point of the clip, or double clicked to change the length. Intuitive, simple, worked every time!Now, since sometime around v24, the graphical interface of transitions has changed. It looks fancy now... but it is totally useless for making regular and simple changes. I just took 11 attempts to actually be able to select an audio transition I wanted to change the length and position of. Every time I clicked it, on a different part of the transition, it would not select the transition. It instead selects the clip TRHOUGH the transition... and even when the transition is selected, then when I click to move it, invariably, the whole clip moves instead of the transition. Hi, I have a serious playback issue in Adobe Premiere Pro.The video in the Program Monitor becomes pixelated, blocky and glitchy during playback. However, the original video files play normally outside Premiere Pro.This issue also affects exports — the exported video sometimes contains the same pixelation/glitch artifacts.I already tried: clearing media cache, GPU acceleration on/off, updating drivers, changing renderer settings, lowering playback resolution, reinstalling Premiere Pro, and resetting preferences.My PC specs: Ryzen 5 7500F, A620 motherboard, 16GB DDR5 RAM, RTX 5060 GPU.I attached a screenshot. Any help would be appreciated.This issue only happens inside Premiere Pro. 

Premiere Pro doesn’t allow any adjustability towards the “Loudness Match” feature of the Essential Sounds panel. A -23.00 LUFS is great for broadcast, but for content creators, social media, or web-use is completely useless.Why is that not adjustable? YouTube recommends a -12.00 LUFS.

I've been using Premiere for more than 20 years now. I always have a problem with saving the workspaces there is no way of saving the workspaces and lock them in place it's always messy and always I have to adjust them and it's realy a nightmare because it has to be done every time I open the project, nothing sticks in it's place.

Why isn't the Expansion window active? I need to blur the edges of the mask, just like in version 25. Why did you remove such a useful feature? How can I soften the edges of the mask? Or is that no longer possible?

While using object selection mask , expansion option is in grey or disabled , WHY??? . For other masking tool it works fine . 

Depuis la mise à jour 25.2.3, des messages d'erreur de récupération de l'image surviennent en continue dans mon projet.  Rendu et export impossible. 

Issue:All interactive UI overlays in the Program Monitor are not displayed. Specifically:- No bounding box when a clip is selected in the timeline- No mask outline or handles when creating/editing masks (Opacity, Crop, etc.)- No text cursor when editing text- No text selection highlight when selecting textVideo plays normally and effects apply correctly, but no interactive UI is drawn over the Program Monitor making masking and text editing impossible.Steps already tried:- Toggled "Overlays" via wrench menu (enabled)- Switched between Editing Overlay / V1 Only / Custom Overlay presets- Reset workspace (Window > Workspaces > Reset to Saved Layout)- Full uninstall + clean reinstall of Premiere Pro- Updated NVIDIA Studio Driver- Double-clicked clip in Program Monitor- Tested on a brand new sequence (same issue)- Renderer dropdown is greyed out (cannot switch to Software Only)System:- OS: Windows 11- CPU: Intel i9-14900KF- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5070- RAM: 64GB DDR5- Premiere Pro version:26

Anyone else using NRAW in premiere?  Is there a video or resource showing best practice workflow?I’m working on a project that started in PP25, half my almost finished sequences used technical luts in a lumetri effect to go from nlog to rec709.  These are now totally borked.  I had one video where I renamed the nev files to R3D to avoid the ultra blue thing, is this still the thing to do?  I just watched a vid where it was suggested to work in a wide gamut space, but I don't know if I can retrofit this.  I dont mind working in rec709 for now, I’m not making art. I would love the easiest quickest way to get all my edit sequences consistent

Hi, im using premier pro version 2026 and I have a computer Dell Inspiron 15 Ryzen 7 increase VRAM- and when i try to export a video form premier, i tooks abot 40 minutes to do it. I´ve alredy done all the tricks but nothing has changed, how can i make it export faster my videos ?

If I have several clips from one camera and several clips from another camera Premiere Pro will only sync two at a time. Unlike Syncaila which will sync all of my clips. If Premiere Pro could sync multiple clips at once it would be a game changer.

Hello everyone.I just updated the software to the latest version available and DEAR GOD….I noticed over the years that the program wasn’t really 100% reliable but this time around is just crazy.I know I’m the only one, but up until now, for the last year maybe, I’ve been having tremendous issues with text.Every single time I create a layer of text, Premiere starts to drag itself down in ways I couldn't believe it was possible, and is even worse if you increase the duration of the layer manually, the whole program just blocks for a few seconds.In some cases, when I have to add a lot of text, it becomes a real issue because after a couple of modifications, Premiere just decides it will not work, and I have to close it and re open it again, sometimes even 3 times.But the worst part of all is when I’m not using text but, for some VERY random reason, the video just goes to black and Premiere doesn’t show ANYTHING in the timeline.I can hear everything, but it doesn’t show me the video feed a

Bonjour !Je rencontre un problème lors de mon montage sur Premiere Pro v26.2.2 : malgré le fait qu’il y ait une piste audio avec un dialogue, impossible de transcrire la piste audio, et de ce fait créer des sous-titres automatiques…J’ai tenté pleins de choses afin d’essayer de régler le soucis (vider le cache, checker les plugs-in, fermer et rouvrir l’application, passer la piste en mono au lieu de stéréo, mis à jour l’application, tenter sur un autre projet, mute et/ou supprimer les autres pistes audios…), mais à chaque fois que j’essaie de transcrire la séquence, la barre de progression de la transcription apparaît, et une fois complétée, elle laisse place au même message : “Aucun dialogue trouvé. Pour activer les services de transcriptions, votre audio doit contenir un dialogue verbal dont le son est activé”.Cela m’embête car je travaille sur des vidéos qui sont assez longues :/Suis-je la seule dans ce cas ? Hi Adobe team and community. I need some help. I have a slightly older computer and it doesn't support AVX2, which is necessary to open most Adobe apps, but I urgently need to use Adobe Premiere. I did some research and the Premiere Pro 2023 v23.6.x version doesn't require AVX2. I contacted support and they don't have a download link for that version. Could someone who has it please send it to me?

I recently installed Premiere Pro CC to an external SSD for a new Mac Mini M4. I also run PPCC on my MacBook Pro 16 M1. On my Mac Mini, when I import clips, the beginning timecode (I use frames BTW) is set to the date/time the clip was shot rather than 0 (which is what I prefer). I have never had this problem on my MacBook. When I open clips there, the beginning frame is set to 0. I can set the beginning to 0 by importing the clip and right clicking on the file in the project panel and selecting Modify clip and changing it there. I hate to sound lazy but this is MUCH more cumbersome than it used to be. What setting(s) am I missing? I have poked all around PP in anything that looks like it might be related to timecodes but I haven't found anything. Anyone else have this issue?
