I have in this account a company profile wicha has a PRO subscription, but when I use de Adobe app it seems it has any subscription at all, it offers me to start a free trial even though I´m logged in the desktop app with my acount 

HiI run Adobe Acrobat 2024 Track 24.001.30383 installed using ENABLE_READER_MODE=1When the customer tries to view PDFs from a company in Korea they get the prompt:“A font package is required to display this document correctly. After installation, you will need to close and reopen the document to view the contents correctly.”When clicking “Install” nothing seems to happen..If i install the same version without “ENABLE_READER_MODE=1” the file opens successfully.I believe the missing font is Gulim and Gulim,BoldSince this is a farm of RDS servers I don’t want the Acrobat version and I can’t get any language pack to install manually.I noticed that the font “ZWAdobeF Regular” is installed with the full version but that seem unrelated. Is there a language pack for 2024?    

Hi I have some detailed maps and graphics in my document which I have already added alt text to using the Add alternative text tool. But when I do the accessibility check all the same images get an error for “other elements alternative text - failed”. This has happened on multiple documents I’ve been given to make accessible, and I just can’t figure out why. I can also see the alt text in the object properties box for the figure tag.Anyone come across this before?I’m using Acrobat version 26.1 on a Windows 11 PC 

I purchased a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 last week. I need to edit text elements in a PDF document.The text elements are in Market Sans - Regular font.When I rewrite the relevant line of text, Adobe's Helvetica font (I use a Mac) is automatically used.Even if I specify in the preferences that Market Sans - Regular should be used. I can't select any other font from the list. The program only accepts Helvetica. This happens with all PDF files I want to edit, even with an empty document. I've already reinstalled the program twice from the website. Can anyone help me? It can't be that I can't use the simplest function of Acrobat Pro.

I have noticed that although AI lags search and other functions within Acrobat (which in itself is annoying), I have noticed that if I have a document open in Acrobat, then go to my desktop and try and move an explorer window, Browser window or whatever, there is about a quarter second lag from when I click to move the window and the window actually moving. When I quit Acrobat, no lag. This was repeatable. BTW, been using Adobe products since the 90s. My machine:Windows 11 Pro64GB RamUltra 9 285 CPU16TB HHD space

Hello!I really appreciate if anyone can help me with this issue.Since the 2026 version of Acrobat for Mac, the font list while editing a file shows empty.macOS Tahoe 26.6.2, Acrobat 26.002.21869. I performed a clean install, deleting all the Adobe and Acrobat folders, preferences files, etc.I reseted the Fonts, using Font Book.I added other user to my Mac, and under this user, the font list works as expected.I changed the UI to the old version, and it works as well.Fonts work well on every other installed app.So, I know that I have an issue with MY USER. Problem is that I don’t want to delete everything and start from scratch. I’m sure that I have a corrupted setting or file under my user that’s preventing Acrobat to list the installed fonts. Hopefully someone here could have an idea of what can I do. Thank you again for your time.  

Recently when using Acrobat with Windows 11 I could not open some of the .pdf files in a shared OneDrive folder. The error message is uninformative. Browsers can do this OK. After weeks of everything working well I can not now extract pdf pages from a large pdf and save them directly to a shared OneDrive folder.  It is however possible to extract them first to a local folder and then copy them using Windows to the OneDrive folder!These problems are independent of hardware. The same problems arise with a laptop at work and a desktop at home.  

We are having an issue with multiple users on multiple machines accross our organisation.As we are unable to determine what triggers this issue nor able to reproduce, i come for advice.  Observations :- Computer freezes/crashes. Windows eventlog shows resource exhaustion events. In these events Acrobat.exe uses 58 to 60 gb of memory. This amount makes sense as devices have 500gb harddrives and 16gb of ram.- Only happens for Acrobat standard users, not reader users. - This happens for multiple users on multiple machines. One user had the issue, got a freshly installed machine, had the issue again, got a freshly installed machine again, had the issue still.- Versions on which this occurs : 2024.005.20392 , 2024.005.20399- Users are on hp hardware (elitebook 650 g9 & g10). Windows 11 enterprise 22h2 version 22621.4751- Users report this happening when they are working on VPN. Happens 20-30 minutes after system boot.- Hard reboot seems to solve this issue. I am paying for Acrobat to use Reader. Adobe I am disgusted and unhappy that you have made reading a simple pdf a time consuming, frustrating nuisance. Opening a pdf, intercepted with a login, entering an email address, waiting for a text message with a code, then typing in a password, is utterly unnecessary.  We don't even have to do that much to get into our Aus Tax Office account. I'm actively looking for an alternative, I don't have as much time to waste as you think I do.

Acrobat create a document based on someone else’s document.  Why do you allow this?

Hi, I’m preparing my documents for an NBI online appointment, and I noticed that my scanned ID looks a bit blurry when viewed in Adobe Acrobat. Since these documents are used for verification, I want to make sure everything is clear and acceptable.I scanned it using my phone, but the text and photo still don’t look sharp enough after opening the file. I also checked some details about NBI clearance requirements but still want to know if Acrobat has any option to improve scan quality.Are there any recommended settings (resolution, format, etc.) to make documents more readable for verification?Thanks! [link removed by moderator]

This is an identical problem my colleague posted back in June 2022 regarding Adobe on Windows but now also happening on macOS:  It is a known bug inside Adobe Acrobat that was acknowledged and fixed by Adobe but only on Windows. This time we have also tried reaching out to Adobe contacts who managed to help us before but without any success. We're currently in a pre-release stage with macOS token driver for our smart cards and this issue has resurfaced. When trying to sign a pdf document with RSA key associated with a certificate whose signature algorithm is ECC Adobe returns the following error: “Error encountered while signing: The credential selected for signing is invalid” Certificate in question is signed with a SHA384 ECDSA signature (sha384ECDSA). After reviewing token driver logs we concluded that Adobe is requesting a X962 ECDSA signature with a RSA key which of course is not valid and is discarded from our token driver. Considering all our smart cards containing RSA certifica

I have recently switched from NitroPDF to Adobe Acrobat DC and I'm starting to question why. So much more difficult than Nitro and Soda PDF, and more expensive! I am trying to add an image to pdf, using the Add Image>Select>open method, to which Adobe responds with a box that says "opening image file as Adobe pdf" (God only knows why !)I then get an error box - "Unknown error" and it then says "the selected image could not be converted and placed in the document"I have tried this with .jpg and .png imagesWhy is this not working?

Hello All,I'm currently running into an issue with Acrobat DC's Fill and Sign feature for signing a document where any time I use fill and sign and type in ACC it crashes the entire program. I've tried running repairs on the program and uninstalling and reinstalling and it continues to do this. I'm trying to type in ACC because it is part of my job title but can't because it crashes after the second c is typed. It does not do this with any other AC combination, only ACC. It also doesn't matter if the letters are uppercase or lower case. It seems the letter combination itself is causing the crash. Has anyone come across an issue like this or know of a solution?

I’m completely lost.   I am working on a form that has several check boxes that I want to generate text based on whether the box is checked or not.  Example:A field named “form required” has a check box.  The text I want to generate is: If the check box for “form required” is blank (false), the text output is:   “\nForm Required: No”If the check box for “form required” is checked (true), the text output is:  “\nForm Required: Yes” How can I do this in Javascript?   How do I get the value to update dynamically? This code does not work:if(this.getField(“form required”).value)  event.value=”Form Required: Yes”;else  event.value=”Form Required: No”; And I’m not sure how isboxchecked works either.   Please advise.  Thank you.   

When creating PDFs from Word and Outlook, I frequently get the error message shown at the bottom of this post.  The error message comes in the form of a text file (instead of the PDF) that's created when I try to convert.    I learned a while back that this can be avoided by going to Windows Printing Preferences and unchecking the box that says "Rely on system fonts only: do not use document fonts."  However, the software periodically changes it back to having that box checked (resulting in error messages again).  Today, the software wouldn't stop generating error messages on the document I tried to convert until I closed out Word.  My questions are: 1) Why would anyone want this box checked?  2) If Aptos is not a common font, why would this not be included in System Fonts?3) Why does my preference get changed back periodically?  Is there a way to make this stick?4) Why would a company as sophisiticated as Adobe default to somethin

I have been noticing this issue over the past few days and I’m not sure what is causing it.We have a networked Canon ImageRunner printer that I print PDFs to. Lately, when I click the page setup button to select the correct paper size and orientation, Acrobat has been “hiding” -- basically it moves to the background and forces the desktop as my active app. I have to alt-tab back to Acrobat, where the page setup dialog box is open and waiting for me.I would expect it to just open the page setup box and NOT move to the background.I did just realize today that, if I do anything else first, such as click the Properties button next to the printer name drop-down, then cancel out of that and then click the page setup button, it behaves normally. But, if I click the page setup button first, before anything else, this odd behavior happens.Just started noticing it this week. Nothing has changed with our printers or network setups or anything.Anyone else having this issue? [Edited typo]

I have Acrobat Standard DC and I was wondering what the difference between these two bookmark icons is 

I work at a professional printer and we use the Adobe Creative Cloud for our file creation. Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator being our main programs for file creation and Acrobat Pro to manage our final pdf files. Acrobat Pro has a difficult time simply opening and displaying our final pdf files. Sometimes the monitor flickers like a strobe light. Other times the image only display about an inch then just stops. Sometimes the pdf completely draws out, only to redraw and then fail to fully display. We have to constantly quit and relaunch the program just to get the program to open and display our pdf files. It shouldn’t feel like we have to trick the program or that it is an accomplishment just to get a pdf file to open. We have tried all of the display settings in the preference panel, but nothing helps. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. –Chris

This is a footer, but Adobe Acrobat Pro does not recognize it as such.Furthermore, I can only use the "remove header and footer" function, whereas the header needs to remain.If I do execute this function, it only removes the page number (in addition to the header). The page number that appears between the main text and the text I want to remove.If I use the "Search and Redact Tool" and enter the sentence I want to remove, the window shows that 260 sentences containing this text have been found. This number is correct.The problem, however, is that I cannot remove these sentences yet.In cases where multiple instances are found, the last word preceding that text in the main text is also listed. For example, the result for the image might show "for example xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx......" instead of "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx...".If I select everything to delete, a lot of text that needs to remain disa
