Hallo Community Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) (25.001.20813):Im Modus "PDF bearbeiten" und rechter Mausklick "Bearbeiten mit" öffne ich Photoshop und modifiziere Dinge am Bild. Nach Speichern in Photoshop 2026 erscheint anschließend in Adobe Acrobat eine Fehlermeldung. Inhalt: Er könne das angegebene Bildbearbeitungsprogramm nicht starten... (siehe Bild). Stimmt nicht, denn er öffnet das korrete Programm – allerdings speichert er keine Änderungen mehr am Bild und somit nicht im PDF in Acrobat. Gleiches Problem mit Illustrator.Habe über Einstellung und Suchen den Cache geleert.Desweiteren auch Acrobat deinstalliert und wieder neu installiert.Der Fehler bleibt. Wer hat kann helfen?Vielen Dank

Hello, I have an issue with the latest update. I work daily with PDFs, and I often copy images from a PDF and paste them into InDesign. I've never had any problems before, the copied image always retained its transparency. However, starting today, this is no longer the case. When I paste an image from Acrobat into InDesign, it now has a white background.How can I fix this? I haven’t changed any settings.I’m working on macOS, and both my system and programs are fully updated.Thank you

I am attaching a PDF form I created here that is showing odd tab order results. At the end of the first page (in field #38), hitting the tab takes you to field #14 further up on that page rather than to the 1st field on page 2.  Therefore, if you use the tab to proceed between fields instead of your mouse, you will forever be stuck on the first page. The tab order works correctly betwen page 2 and page 3. Any ideas as to why things are funky at the bottom of page 1?  Or what I can do about it?

hi,im using Windows 10 home and the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on my Thinkpad X1 carbon. Since i bought this laptop, the icons of pdf files on desktop have turned into black squares (see picture). This problem is solved temporarily by refreshing the desktop, but it happens again when I restart the laptop. Can anyone fix it? Thanks

The error only occurs when combining PNGs. Converting to PDF also does not work natively within the app, although if I change the extension outside of the app it combines fine. I turned off all security options I could, the app is up to date, repair does not resolve the issue, Fast Web has been turned off, and the file doesn't seems corrupt as anything PNG doesn't work while converting it into other files types do. Unfortunate there is a lot of bulk files of this type that needs to be converted so changing them all individually is not a convenient option. Is there anything else for me to try?

Considering buying Studio. I see that AI Assistant is included but I'm not clear if I need to buy AI credits in addition to paying for the Studio license. Does anyone know the answer to this? thank you

I cannot convert pdf to docx. This is not a file issue since the same file is converted in the online Adobe tool.  This is the message I get:   Also, I have checked for updates and I get the message that my Adobe is updated to the latest version.  Please advise how to resolve the problem. I cannot depend on the online tool  Thanks.  

Ich nutze die CC STE unter Windows 11. Alle Desktop Versionen (Photoshop, InDesign) laufen, nur Acrobat läuft nicht: Nach Start bleibt er ca. 5 Sekunden geöffnet. Im Hintergrund öffnet sich extrem kurz ein Fenster, danach ist Acrobat geschlossen.  Kein Crash-Hinweisfenster, nichts. Es gibt keine Fehlermeldung. Passiert genauso, wenn ich eine Acrobat-Datei öffen: Ich sehe die kurz, dann bricht Acrobat zusammen. Mehrfach deinstalliert / neu installiert. Keine Veränderung.Die Abänderung auf die alte Ansicht, wie hier im Forum empfohlen wird, bringt nichts (ist möglich, wenn ich sehr schnell bin, weil sonst: Crash).Ich bin ratlos, was ist das Problem?

I need to make a PDF form filable based on data I'm given in .csv format. The .csv has the following headings that match what the form fields are called in the PDF.Tail, Designation, Serial, MTOW, MLW, Noise, Full, Approach, Flyover, Overflight, and Takeoff. I have a dropdown with all of the numbers in the Tail column.  What I want is the rest of the form to fill based on what is selected in the dropdown. 1. I have basically no javascript knowledge and was wondering if someone would be able to help me in coding this.2. Since I may not be the one who always edits the file in the future, would it be possible to make a .bat file or something that someone could drag and drop the .csv file on and the .bat would automatically output the javascript to a .txt file that could be pasted into the PDF? Thanks in advance!

I have a table created in word that I converted to PDF. When I run Prepare form, it isn't recognizing the cells properly.  How can I adjust them so that it does? I don't want to manually create the whole form and it's large and I don't want to have to name them and give them tool tips and fiddle with sizing so they fit precisely in the boxes. Thanks!

Hello,I have Acrobat DC, Excel 365 and Windows 10 on my system.Instead of opening multiple Excel files one by one to convert them to PDF files using the Acrobat DC add-in in Microsoft Excel 365, I select all of the files I wish to convert to PDF in Windows Explorer, right-click and select "Convert to Adobe PDF format" option. I have checked the "Convert entire Excel workbook" option in the Acrobat preferences because some of my Excel files have more than one worksheet, and I always wish to convert them all. This setup was working very well for me.However, recently (I do not have a precise date, but I would estimate that the change happened during the last month), this procedure has stopped converting all of the worksheets in the Excel files with multiple worksheets; it only converts the first worksheet of every workbook.I can still convert all of the worksheets if I open each Excel file individually, use the Acrobat DC add-in and manually select all of the worksheets, but it is ve

With Windows 11 Update my Adobe was not creating documents. These are the things I have done- used the cleaner tool from adobe website,- deleted left over files, reset the network.- After reseting my computer 85 times I reinstalled Creative cloud, it gets half way and states it can't install adobe.- I have turned off firewall, and antivirus,- added the adobe site as a trusted site.- Checked to see if my computer was communication with the adobe servers,- made sure the permissions er active,- reset the background services,- re-registgered Adobe services (which three of those failed but I couldn't find how to fix them)- I also tried to install the previuous version and that didn'r install eitherI have searched this community and found all that I've done above

Dear Community Members, Adobe Acrobat Pro breaks Semibold and Medium Italic fonts when creating PDFs from Word - Multiple fonts affected since August 2025.  Adobe Acrobat Pro fails to correctly embed or preserve some (or all?) Semibold Italic and Medium Italic font variants when creating PDFs from Word docx files. This issue affects multiple font families and appears to have emerged between June 28 and August 10, 2025. Does this affect you too? Seriously, Adobe, can't we just have access to what we want without panels over content ?If I try to remove this, the right panel for an IA resume appears. Not sure what is going on with Adobe Acrobat - but I cannot open any files - nor on the Acrobat link.  I click on it and nothing happens.  If I right-click and select "Run as Administrator", it will open   I disabled "New Acrobat" in the view, went to Preferences - Security and disabled all security.  Uninstalled - used your Adobe Cleaner and reinstalled with no changes.  Microsoft Windows 10; OS Build 19045.5247;   Been going on for awhile - spent 3 hours on fixing it this morning....   Not really productive....

I am a new user trying to do something really simple. All I am trying to achieve is to edit a number. Sadly when in the text box and I type a  numerical character this show as someting enirely different. Almost like phonemic script. 

I know the start-up/recent history page that pops up whenever you open a PDF in Acrobat DC is a locked feature, but it desperately needs to be an option. I open many PDFs in the course of my work and NOT ONE TIME have I needed this window. But EVERY TIME, it gets in the way of my work. I can't even use command-W to quick-close it. I see sooooo many complaints about this. Many experienced users find it incredibly annoying, to say the least. Please tell me when this is going to be made an option that we can turn on or off as WE choose.

HiI have the Adobe Acrobat Pro and the AI Assistant for Acrobat suscriptions tha I adquired recently. In my first attempt to use it, I tried to use the AI Assistant to summarize a document, but after showing a partial preview of the summary (approximately 5 sheets), it stopped and subsequently showed a message indicating that there was nothing to summarize in this file. How can I get a complete summary of a document of almost 300 sheets? As background: the document is freely available and can be downloaded from IBM's website. What is the guarantee that my subscription will work?

This seems to have already been done for Reader and all of the other Creative Cloud apps, but the Acrobat (Pro) app (setup.app) still requires Rosetta.  I do not want to install or have Rosetta running on my Mac and I would love to see the installer for Acrobat (Pro) fixed so that Rosetta is not required to install. Come on Adobe, you did it for all the other apps, why not this one?
