Hello Sir,I have Adobe Acrobat Reader pro DC 32 bits with last version installed on windows 10 64 bits.The combine files tools is included in the Adobe Reader licence. I have office 2016 proplus installed on my PC and i want to combine multiple WORD files and arrange them in one PDF.The issue related the POPUP security worning appear for eatch combine WORD file with this message " Do you trust the source of this file and want to convert it?"  I m traing to apply this KB: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/security-warning-postscript-pdf.html ( i m creating also the regisrty key as indicate the thi KB) also disabling "Enhanced security" also trusting site from my OS by adding folder path contain word file and also adding my  host name. Could you please help me on this topic beause my company want to purchage more licence from adobe acrobat DC related most of all salarie using frequently WORD to combine in PDF before printing. Thanks in advanc

Hello, I'm suffering a very specific issue with Acrobat Pro that I haven't been able to find anyone else describing. My job requires I fill in a pdf document for the week using their template. The document is a form with many text fields that we need to fill in or select options on it. For whatever reason the COPY shortcut key stopped working a while back. Using CTRL+C has absolutely no effect. I can select text and manually right click and copy, or use the edit option, and the CTRL+V will paste the information without any problems. But CTRL+C and CTRL+X absolutely fail to perform their regular actions. It also appears like CTRL+X deletes whatever is selected. I also have a MacBook and every shortcut key works 100%. I have no idea why on Windows it turns off. Yes, it turns off. I have uninstalled Acrobat and reinstalled it. To find the shortcut key works right after reinstalling Acrobat. Only to have the shortcut key stop working right after I close Acrobat. Would love to know why

I have two checkboxes. For example, there are two different companies. Each selection will reveal an address in the exact same location, which is in the footer of the form. If Company A is selected, then that company’s address will populate in the footer. And same goes for Company B. If none of the checkboxes are selected, the footer will be empty. Is this possible? I am using both inDesign and Adobe Acrobat. Please advise if this can be done and how. Thank you!

I am trying to set up ADOBE sign to email documents for e-sign.  I completed some test emails and the reply email address is showing as the secondary email address.  I removed the secondary email address and it still shows when the document is sent.  How do I change this so that the primary email address is noted on the email received, which then allows the signed document to be emailed back to the primary email address rather than the previous secondary email address?  Thank  you.

My company have policy to digitally sign pdf files on every pages. So, pdf file can have many digital signatures. Today I have issues that when number of digital signatures become so large, Acrobat Reader will be unstable. Sometimes it crash or cannot to open pdf files.I investigated the issue by digitally signing file for around 250-300 signatures and found that application crash the with error “Cos document table full” (see screenshot below)  Does it mean that Acrobat Reader have limit on the number of digital signatures ?  In my testing, I found that it can handle up to around 200 signatures. Application will break at around 230 - 250 signatures.You can download sample pdf in the attachment below

I'm looking for an App that can re-name hundreds of PDFs at once. Ultimately, I'd like one that could "delete all characters before "2026-1" (or anyother string)". I used to use R-Name, but it doesn't exist any longer. Thanks.Mike

on a pdf file of 100 pages, i can only print 1 page at a time, if i try to print pages 1-50, will not print, i have update adobe acrobat and drivers on my brother printer. no improvementany suggestion

Cannot use the highlight tool because it marks text for redaction instead of highlighting in color as it should. Suggestions?

When I open our print PDFs in Acrobat and go to check values, Output Preview always showed CMYK using the Color Settings CMYK Profile. Now it shows up as RGB in Output Preview. How can I get Output Preview to open showing the color channels that are in the file?Version: 26.001.21431

This started happening recently, the past week or two. If I am in Organize Pages and click print, it defaults to Selected Pages instead of All. I have already disabled the new Adobe, and this is something I do all the time. Why do I have to remember to take the extra step to hit Ctrl + A or click All to print the entire document all of a sudden? This is a ridiculous thing to change.

I would like the print on both sides checkbox that appears when you try to print through adobe acrobat to change whether or not the file prints one sided or two sided, but currently the button does nothing whether it is checked or not, adobe instead uses the option that the printer has selected in its properties. The printer in question is an hp laserjet 404dw. Originally I was using the HP smart universal printer driver for said printer, but decided to change the driver to be the specific driver for my model located off HPs website to see if that would fix the issue and it did not.This is only an issue in adobe acrobat, as printing from edge, excel, word, or notepad all print based off of the setting selected when printed, not the default setting in the properties.incase it is important, I am running windows 11

I keep getting these fails and when I checked, it is a bunch of tabs. Is there a way to solve this issue? I have percentages next to a graph and then one tab to align the words. Is there a way to solve this?

When I click on the E-sign feature with a document open, I get the message --> "Create a copy to modify. Shared files can't be modified. Create a copy and make changes to your copy." The original document was created in Google Docs and is stored in Google Shared Drive. The document was downloaded to Adobe Acrobat. This document can be signed and submitted from our website, but it can’t be downloaded and/or printed from our website. Also, when this document is emailed, this message come up to the sender when they try to fill out the fillable form areas, "Create a copy to modify. Shared files can't be modified. Create a copy and make changes to your copy." How do I fix these issues? I have had a challenging time getting the support I need from an advisor, and AI assist.

I have a weird issue with version 2026.001.21745 and .21771. I'm using an e-signature from a .p12 file. It always worked before and so I wanted to use it again this afternoon, but it prompted the password being wrong. It drove me crazy and I verified the password is indeed correct using `openssl pkcs12 -info -in cert.p12 -noout`. Then I just re-added it to my Acrobat Reader and I could use it again. After I wanted to use it again this evening, it again didn't work. So I re-added it and it was working again, but only once. I also removed the whole certificate and re-added it, but it does not help permanently. Is this a known new bug or am I doing sth. wrong?

Using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox on a Windows 7. Happening with every and any PDF file (scanned files). modify the chrome extension, or even go into the advanced site settings of chrome and then go to privacy and security---sitesettings---pdf---and toggle it to say default behaviour "download PDFs' -- done.disable your PDF extension -- donego to Privacy and Security in chrome settings, go to Permissions, then for Automatic Downloads, click ASK -- done. Still having problems, cannot attach files.I cannot attach Adobe PDF files in Yahoo mail. It gives ! mark.
