When I convert a large word document to pdf, the tables and figures links are not converted correctly in the contents table. The table numbers also change during the conversion. How can I i fix this problem?

Hi I need help requesting a refund for adobe acrobat pro. I have clear screeenshots showings I cancelled it before it you rebill after trail cycle, but this seems like a literal scam that I've been fully charged, and adobe doesn't even have an official help email to ask about it, literal frauds. Ridiculous 

How do I save a signiture for use in pdf documents?

Getting error 2178073497 in Acrobat Pro and DC- all programs are updated, OS WIN7 - updates applied - Card reader drivers updated. We can logon using CAC sign emails but not Digital signatures is Adobe products Error : The Windows Cryptographic Service Provider reported an error: The Keyset is not defined. Error Code: 2148073497   We have searched everywhere but this has never been answered

I have multiple monitors connected to my computer.  When I open a PDF, it opens on a montior and there is one taskbar icon.  As soon as I drag the program to another monitor, I get two taskbar icons, like this...  Is there a way to fix this?

I have been using Foxit for the past few years due to its extensive editing functions but I have moved to Acrobat as it now supports editing. My issue is that when I zoom to page (Ctrl-0) whiclst in the middle of a doucment it does not re-center the page in the screen view and if I use the page down to nagivate through my document, the pages do not go down by a whole page (same with page up). This is basic functionality which Foxit does with ease.

I have Acrobat Pro subscription however I have no option to create a form - the only reason I signed up? In the tools there is no prepare form. What am I missing.

Hi! I need to right-align the text in the dropdown list but I'd like to set it as a field-level function if that makes sense (so that they don't all align right, just the ones I want to align right). I can't find the option to do so in the properties box. I'd also like to know how to center-align the date when using a "date field". Is that possible? Thank you so much!!Diane

Hallo,unter der … [Private information and Serial number removed]… hatte ich 2012 Adobe Acrobat X Pro gekauft, in den letzten Jahren aber nicht mehr genutzt. Inzwischen habe ich auf ein MacBook mit M1-Prozessor gewechselt und alle alten Aktivierungen deaktiviert. Auf dem M!-Macbook lässt sich die heruntergeladene Version nicht installieren, obwohl Rosetta 2 installiert ist. Die Installation „nudelt“ stundenlang bei „Weniger als eine Minute“ herum und meldet dann „Installation fehlgeschlagen“ (siehe Screenshots).Ich würde Adobe Acrobat X Pro jetzt gerne wieder nutzen. Was kann ich tun?

Ok maybe not my computer, but my gosh. I decided to try Acrobat Studio so I could edit some PDF files I have for work. I installed it and soon I kept getting PDF pages closing on me and it kept opening edge to have me sign in over and over. I finally restarted my computer and now all my browswer settings are reset to Microsof Edge for everything. What the heck???? This makes me very mad. I used to love Adobe. I had Premier pro, photo shop, and After effects. Adobe drove me away a couple years ago with stuff. Today I decided to come back and try this and now they have basically hyjacked my computer. I do not appreciate this. It really makes me want to just cancel my trial and never return to adobe. 

I spent two hours adding comments to a PDF using the online version of Adobe Reader in Chrome. When I tried to download the annotated PDF, the interface displayed "Saving changes...". After more than half an hour, it still showed the same message. I refreshed the page and lost all my comments. If many others face the same problem, it indicates that the online version should be avoided for important work.

Please can you adjust either the position or the function of the 'Autotag Document' function, from within the Tags panel / sub menu options. Currently  (using 2025 continuous release, old layout)  'New tag' and 'Autotag document' are positioned next to each other. Choosing 'New tag' opens a New tag dialog box (good), but choosing 'Autotag document' (which is easy to do by mistake) imediately deltes all tags with no intermediate step (bad). At least add a confirmation step

Tengo una organización y en toda las instalaciones de acrobat Pro sobre windows falla la parte de "comprobaciones" dentro de la herramienta de producción de Impresión. Cuando pulso en Comprobaciones, aparece un mensaje: "Se está instalando comprobaciones. Espera para usar esta herramienta" Pero no se instala nada y nunca funciona la herramienta.En versiones anteriores si funcionaba. He probado incluso en un equipo limpio instalado de cero y el resultado es el mismo.¿Me pueden decir como puedo solucionarlo?Adjunto la foto que aparece:  

I found a solution for the thread titled, "BAD PARAMETER Error when Deleting Pages in Acrobat". To fix the "Bad Parameter" issue and maintain bookmarks do the following (I have Adobe Actobat 9 Pro):1) Open the corrupted file2) Click File3) Then Combine4) Then Merge Files into a Single PDF5) The corrupted file should show up in the Combined Files screen6) Add any other PDF file that isn't corrupt, prefferable just one page (move the new file to the bottom)7) Hit Combine Files😎 Follow any prompts and save the new file.9) Open the new file and delete the new page(s) and any new bookmarks.Sorry for posting it here but I couldn't figure out how to reply to the original post.

When we try to restart Adobe Acrobat application after pressing Canel button on a password protected PDF file, Adobe Acrobat stops opening.Same happens if the password protect window is closed out.  Attempting to open Acrobat fails. If password is entered, file opens, can be closed as normal. Try to start a new Acrobat session opens without issue.  Have found in windows 11 Task manager,  2 adobe processes continue to run when freezing occurs. Ending the processes allows Acrobat to open as normal again.  Why does process continue if you want to cancel out of placing the password in the prompt?  Is there any other way to end the running processes than going to task manager?  Thanks in advance. 

I have attempted multiple different avenues to cancel my free trial, however nothing is working.When I go to plans I recieve an error message every time.I have called 3 different numbers from this website and all 3 are inactive.I tried chatting with the Adobe Virtual Assistant and it says "Service Unavailable" once my message sends.This is the last day before getting charged. I see that this is an ongoing issue for many users, and that is very frustrating to learn; I would not have signed up if I had known this previously.If anyone can assist me with this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

Can you show me the javascript formula that would go into the orange highlighted fields below to calculate the values for each departments  (yellow highlights) total? However the department values (in yellow) will change depending on the user. They will change constantly. 

I see that this question was supposedly addressed in an August 2016 update, but I have been unable to accomplish this. When I make the changes to a created text box and select make these properties default, the only settings saved relate the box properties, not the interior text. Am I missing something obvious? -Wes

First Question--Is this possible?My Company has two integration training processes (90-day and 120-day), and every 30 days, I have to write a report. What I am wondering is, can I combine the reports into one file and use conditional formatting so that when I choose the 90-day or 120-day, the pertinent boxes show up?Second question--How?When I go to prepare> choose a text box> choose properties> I don't see conditions as an option

Suddenly having issues opening PDF attachments from my email through Outlook.  We have 5 email accounts with our company and my email is the ONLY one suddenly having issues.  The error message is: "Adobe Acrobat could not open 'report name.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent an an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded). I can forward the email and attachment to another email address within the company and it opens fine.  I have already uninstalled Adobe Acrobat and reloaded it, searched on line for solutions, tried to chat with someone at Adobe....with no answer.  I'm not sure what else to try.  Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello,  when doing a preflight of a X-1a document in Acrobat Pro with the PDFX-ready profiles, I sometimes get the warning that black could be reseperated. Well, it even appears when I don't use black at all :). I noticed this error long time ago and never thought about it again, but now I work again with illustrations where I deliver X-1a (or later also) so I remembered this and indeed the error is still there.  Interesting: the warning only appears when I use a shape and a contour overlapping. When the same two objects (just 1 line and 1 circle) don't overlap or I only have one of them in the document, then no warning appears.  Seems the PDFX ready preflight checks whether colors are overlapping. But it does not depend on the overprint setting by the way.  How can I understand this warning, did you experience it as well, and is this e.g. also known from other preflight solutions as Pitstop / Callas (which I don't own) ?

Hi Everyone,  "Bottle to the Sea" we work on a "big" project of a pdf form with significant javascript.  the template and all fields are 'locked', we have got the document translated in multiple languages. We continued to develop the code in parallel to the translations happening.  The Challenge we face is to "copy" the code from one document to all the different version in different languages. We had hoped that simply opening "all Javascrip Strings" in a text editor and pasting the final version of the code would allow us htat final update. Unfortunately seems that Acrobat massively struggles with this approach (code actually does not copy properly) Any idea or advice ?
