Hallo, Ich möchte in eine bestehende PDF-Datei (514 Seiten) ein paar neue Seiten hinzufügen.Beide PDF Dokumente sind aus EPLAN P8 exportiert und haben einen Seitenbaum zur navigation.Dieser Seitenbaum soll mit den neuen Seiten erhalten und ergänzt werden, wenn die neuen Seiten mitten ins Dokument eingefühgt werden. Ist das so überhaupt möglich und wenn ja wie? Welche zusätzlichen Tools/App´s benötige ich dafür? Danke in voraus.

Hallo, ist es möglich eine Word-Datei als einzelne Seite zwischen den Seiten einer pdf-Datei einzufügen, so dass diese Datei mit Word bearbeitet werden kann.  Gruß, Franz 

Good afternoon. Since two weeks, I have been unable to save any .pdf-document in Adobe Acrobat. I keep getting the same error: "The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (135)." I have looked at all possible solutions posted on this discussion board, and nothing solves my issue. Naturally I have also tried restarting my computer and re-installing Adobe Acrobat, to no avail. The problem happens both with documents I made myself, and with documents made by people outside my organisation.The problem happens both with documents that contain comments, and documents that do not.The problem happens whether or not I make any changes to the document. Even opening any document and immediately pressing the 'save'-button results in this error.The problem happens both with 100-page documents and single-page documents.The problem happens both on my regular MacStudio and on a random Macbook. Apart from all the possible solutions already posted last year

I would like to install Adobe Acrobat Professional XI on my new desktop. I understand that this version is no longer supported because Adobe has discontinued technical support, updates, and security fixes.Could you please advise on the next steps or suggest an alternative solution?

Hi Community members , Good daywe purchased adobe acrobat X CD's with serial keys and installed on computers , but suddenly due to virus attach we could not able to uninstall / deacticated adobe from computers and we formatted, now after formatting these serial keys of adobe acrobat X not woking " says keys already used " , pls guide is there anyway to reset these keys to work again , Appreciate your support

I canceled the subscription within 3 days and received a cancellation confirmation email, but no refund was mentioned. Hello 👋I’m experiencing an issue where my digital signature is intermittently not being written to the PDF, even though the signing process appears to complete normally.When signing a document, I enter my certificate PIN/key as expected. Acrobat then shows the usual signing progress bar and saves the file. However, in some cases, after the save completes, the document is marked read-only but the signature itself is missing from the PDF. There are no error messages shown.To try to resolve this, I’ve made the following changes:• Menu → Preferences → Signatures → Digital Signatures → Creation & Appearance• Changed Default Signing Format from PKCS#7 – Detached to CAdES-Equivalent• Menu → Preferences → Signatures → Digital Signatures → Verification• Unchecked “Require certificate revocation checking to succeed whenever possible during signature verification”Additional details and troubleshooting already attempted:• Running Windows 11 24H2• Tested saving files locally (not on a N

I am getting this message....but I have prev. used this font The selected font cannot be embedded in the PDF file because of licensing restrictions. If the PDF file is viewed on a system that does not have this font installed, Adobe Acrobat will simulate the appearance of the font. To preview the simulated font appearance, turn off Edit > Preferences > Page Display > Use Local Fonts.To avoid this situation, use a font that can be embedded in the file or a font known to be installed on all systems where the PDF file will be viewed

Hi,I have one pdf file converted from illustrator, when I open it by adobe reader, it can not print normally.It's file size about 3MB. But when I open it by browser chrome, it can print normally. Is there suggestion or setting for the conditon? Thanks.

I cancelled my free trial as I didnt find as much use for the product as originally expected and chose not to comit to a purchase. Now, it keeps trying to bill me (even though I cancelled on time), and isnt letting me re-cancel my plans because the payment didnt go through. Can somebody advise me on what to do? I dont want my time wasted in their call center. 

I know this is a strange question.  PDF was view and print only untill 2008.  My ex submittd the 14 pages document with 836 text fillable lines convered to underscore lines. He is claiming it was created in 2003. The formate is correpted, all input moved the underscores to the rignt and they used "Underline" under them.  Therefore, the lines are not verfically straights. I have explained to the lawyers that the document shows postdated the software tecnology.No one would make such a document in 2003 with a word because people were hand writting on PDF forms.  But the lawyers dodn't get it.  I live in one of Midwest state. Are there any Expart that I can hire to explain? What will you do? Any advise is appliciated.

I've tried printing as a JPG and PDF and same thing. These files were downloaded from Corjl. If I use the image I created in Illustrator it prints fine. If I print using my inkjet it prints fine. I'm translating a bunch of documents of my company's documents from English to Chinese and I'm met with this problem, here's my usual workflow. Open PDF in Adobe Express. Translate texts from English to Chinese. Download translated PDF.(Numbers still normal at this point)Open translated PDF in Acrobat Pro (numbers still normal) and convert to word.Open Word. All numbers become boxes. I have made sure to use a font that is both compatible in adobe express and word. In my journey to fix it I found two things.If I changed the font of the numbers from a Chinese font to a roman font like Calibri in Adobe Express, download the translated PDF and convert it to Word, the problem goes away.When I open the PDF in Adobe inDesign and apparently all the numbers (that have become squares) is detected to be in Times New Roman.Anybody got an idea? I still have a few documents left to do, and I can't waste my time changing all the font of the numbers. (Some document got lots of numbers)

I've been trying to select an image in my pdf file and add an audio clip when it is clicked. However after going into 'edit' mode, going to 'sound',  selecting the region over the image, it creates an audio playback box with a white background and black border with a play button at the lower left corner, masking over the image it's intended for. When importing a mp3 file, I select the 'show advanced options' checkbox but there are no options to change this. The documentation shows there are many more options but I don't see it. I'm using Acrobat Pro in Adobe CC. I have the newest version (25.1.20937.0) I think. BTW, my pdf file was created by saving an MSWord file to pdf. Not sure if that affects anything.And lastly, when playing the audio file, there are no options for the play index to automatically return to the beginning. You have to manually scrub it back.

I am very new to coding and only know a few basics. I have a text box that adds or subracts 1 based off of another text box, which I got working well. But I also need it so other people can leave the text box blank without having to alter the number from the that it is add/subtracting from. Today whwn I opened Adobe Acrobat Pro DC all my tools in the left panel were gone. Instead of "Edit PDF", "Combine pages", "Prepaire for Accessibility" and so on, I can only se these three items: "Create a PDF space", "AI assistant" and "Generative summary". Here's what I have tried in order to get all my tools back:Help -> restore installationSettings -> languageLog out from my Adobe accouunt from within Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and then loggein back again.Deleting all Adobe entries from the Windows Registry fileNothing seems to help. I need to fillin data on a PDF that has a box that can be expanded by grabing the corner and puling down. I have some fillin boxes that have the arrows for predetermined choices but have no cursor that will operate the arrows. I am new to Acrobat and can not find the right part to do these easy actions. I have used Commissioner Extra light font in indesign 24 version. After exporing as PDF, I could not see the font in acrobat instead it is showing Commissioner Thin font. Why the font name is incorrect in the acrobat and how can I fix it.
