I am trying to import catalog A into catalog B, my main catalog, which is huge, but the process is omitting some of the images from A since they already exist in B.I want to force Lightroom to import them even though they already exist in B.  Renaming doesn't seem to help.  Does anyone know how to do this. (Why do I want to import pictures already in the destination catalog?  I want to preserve their edits.  But, more important, I just want to avoid the big job of hunting down all the pictures on the destination catalog and moving them to the folders I want them to be in.) Thanks allDavid

I uploaded a pdf to my Adobe cloud but I couldn't open it on my laptop even though I'm signed in. Also I'm on premium subscription, but it is not reflecting on my laptop

I currently administer two accounts in Adobe - one for my work and one for my private company. At work i have the license for Adobe PRO for use with enhavnced handling of .pdf's, while I in my private company have license for Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing. Since I am using the same computer, I have to log out of my work-account and in to my private account in order to use Premiere Pro. This is frustrating, so I was wondering if there is any ways of linking the two accounts so that I do not have to log out of eather, and still have the proper use of both licenses just by switching between accounts rather than logging out / in? Hopefully the community have some good answers. 🙂 Regards, Storolav

I have a structured FM book. The master pages (should) have a text box in the margin. Some chapters of the book for whatever reason have master pages without this text box. The names of the master pages are the same in each chapter, just that the text box is missing in some. I can open the incorrect chapters and use File -> Import -> Formats .... > Import, from a chapter with the correct master page.FM imports the corrrect master pages. The text box is displayed in the master page and on the body pages.I can save, close, reopen the corrected chapter files, I can run Apply Master Pages on them, and the correct master page remains unchanged in that corrected file. However, if I run Update book, the master page reverts to the old, incorrect master page. This only happens in the files that originally had the incorrect master page. The files that started with the correct master page are still using the correct master page.  I have tried all four possible combina

My photoshop app on my gaming PC has been fine this morning until now. I have tried to open a PSD file only to the application not loading it after the bar has filled. There's so much work on that project and it's roughly 300 layers which the PC handles like a champion. Other files open just fine aside from this one. I have dowloaded the file and then opened it as the second attempt, nothing then the application starts up to make a "new" file. My internet is fine, but I don't want to lose all that work. I have purged every file as an extra, but nothing changed as I even reset preferences twice. Now I'm attempting my last attempt to fix the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling. What should I do to ix this?

Hi. I accidentally deleted Acrobat reader on my phone. After downloading again, I noticed all my files had gone. Are there any ways to restore them all?

Recently a vendor we work with updated their server to support TLS 1.3 in addition to TLS 1.2 and our CFHTTP calls to their API are now failing with an Errordetail "I/O Exception: www.thevendor.net:443 failed to respond" - Testing from our server to theirs using java (11.0.10) SSLPoke succeeds.- Scanning their API endpoint with the SSLLabs testing tool shows no issues.- Accessing their API endpoint with Chrome browser has no issues.- If I modify our code to use the CFX_HTTP5 custom tag, the connection succeeds.- If I add jvm.config flags to force TLS 1.2, the connection succeeds, specifically:-Djdk.tls.client.protocols=TLSv1.2 -Dhttps.protocols=TLSv1.2 If I enable SSL handshake debugging with the jvm flag-Djavax.net.debug=ssl,handshake,verbosecoldfusion-error.log doesn't show an exception but the last few lines show these lines that I don't see in a successful TLS 1.2 connection:javax.net.ssl|DEBUG|E1|ajp-nio-127.0.0.1-8020-exec-4|2021-03-30 19:44:22.918 CDT|SSLCipher.java:19

This window shows up from time to time, disrupting my work and my game. It's really annoying. How can I solve it? I tried malware inspection but same

This already happened the second time. I was doing my usual thing on my PC when the command prompt suddenly appeared with the following: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ARM\Execute\3634\AcroServicesUpdater2_x64.exe" It just stays there, not closing or anything. I had to manually close the window. I am concerned if this is legit from adobe or maybe malware. Please note that I am not techie in checking malware and viruses though. I would appreciate the response on this. Thanks!

Hi .İ canceled my sybscribtion but my money didnt return. Can you please return my money.

My uni uses Onedrive as the student's digital workspace, and when we upload pdfs to our Onedrive, when we open them, it opens with Adobe Reader. Up until yesterday my annotations on these documents have been saving, but I checked this morning and all my annotations from yesterday are gone. I tried annotating something this morning then exiting/re-opening, and the annotation is not saving.I lost a whole day of annotations from readings yesterday - any help would be much appreciated.

Presento este mismo problema al guardar archivos desde mi teléfono y tablet.
