Hi!When I use Media Encoder to export videos from Premiere Pro, it exports without any audio effects. If I export one by one at Premiere Pro itself, it works fine and all the audio effects are exported. It's frutrating, because I need to export several videos everyday, and exporting one by one is not productive. It happened with me in all versions of AME, both in Mac or Windows computers. I'm using now a laptop with Windows 10, Intel i5 8th Gen, no graphic video card dedicated.

I'm working on a drawing and have a tree that I've made that I want to copy around and scale up, down, and rotate. I want to have it be like a parent object so that I can adjust the parent and then the rest change accordingly. I will have dozens of trees in the scene so having them all as separate groups isn't ideal. I have tried making the trees into a symbol, which gives me the parent behavior that I'm looking for, but causes problems when scaling. Even with "Scale Strokes & Effects" turned off for all the objects within the symbol, and for the symbol itself when I select it, the strokes still scale. This creates problems for me when I'm trying to unify linewieghts. I've some screenshots and an example file. All objects inside of the symbol I selected and made sure Scale Strokes & Effects was unchecked, which it was. I also went object by object to see if maybe it was a selection error. I have strokes and fills organized by layers where each object is affected by th

Hi, When attempting to export files from LR classic (which I have done successfully for a long time), I'm now getting an error message: "Unable to export.  Failed to open Zerene Stacker, error code+ 512".  I have a Mac Studio M1 Max running Sequoia 15.5. When restarting LR and Zerene  and  restarting the machine didn't fix the problem, I have taken the following steps:  re-downloaded and reinstalled the latest Mac Silicon version of Zerene, uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of LR classic. Then opened Zerene, then options-plugins--LR.  Then "create plugin in the standard location". No luck.    This problem seems related to a problem that was causing my internal hard drive to fill up:  the exported files didn't leave Application Support after they were sent to Zerene.  Apple Support told me to go to the LR folder inside of the Adobe folder in Application Support and delete the exported image files tha

I have down loaded update AcroRdrDCUpd1801120036 in order to over come the error that pops up when I try to download a form.   I still get the same message as below.  I have no idea of what could be wrong, but am afraid to down load any more updates." The document you are trying to load requires Adobe Reader 8 or higher. You may not have the Adobe Reader installed or your viewing environment may not be properly configured to use Adobe Reader.   For information on how to install Adobe Reader and configure your viewing environment please see  http://www.adobe.com/go/pdf_forms_configure.  Thank you for your help

I'm working on a project and I have some buidlings casting shadows with trees also in those shadows. I have made my trees into a Symbol object so that I can easily edit one and adjust all the rest at one. However, in this situation, the shadows that are overlapping from the building and the tree are double darkening. I tried playing around with the blend modes but nothing seemed to even it out. I saw on this post to use the Shape Builder tool, however, It doesn't seem to work with symbols. If I can avoid it, I would prefer to not "Break Link to Symbol " and manually do it. It works fine, and gets me the results I'm looking for, but to keep the file as light as possible and simple to modify, it's not ideal. Another approach I saw was to just use solid colors with no opacity. This works for most areas except where there are many layers in front of and behind others. The example screenshot I have here has lines in front of and behind shadows, so if I wanted to break it up into l

Illustrator 29.4 (64-bit), The direct selection tool cannot grab a selection by anchor point after recent updates.  While working with a group of entities (three layer line segments, with identical node count and positioning), I used to be able to select/isolate a group using the Selection Tool (V), once the group was selected/isolated I could switch tools to the Direct Selection Tool (A), then grab a portion of the group and reposition that portion by dragging, using one of the nodes in that selection as a handle.  This was especially handy when repositioning and aligning the node handle with the grid when consistent spacing is required.   I noticed that when this issue happens, it hasn't been consistent; there is no indication that the cursor senses the location of the node I wish to select.  The following images show different cursor responses that have been observed.  The first image shows the icon that indicates node presence, the second image does not.&nb

Wow just thought I would post very quickly to moan a bit about how rubbish Adobe rush is.I've been using CapCut and everything is very very fast and very very good but obviously they take all your rights for everything so now I have changed to Adobe rush everything is clunky stops all the time. There are no effects no Cool things at all. What a rubbish app why have Adobe not invested in Trying to update rush so that they can compete with the rest of the universe what a sorry state of affairs.

Dear Adobe Support, I am writing to express my frustration with Adobe Premiere Rush, which I have been experiencing persistent issues with despite being a paid user. My account is associated with the email ID: sridharcartoonist@gmail.com. I recently subscribed to the premium version of Adobe Premiere Rush on my iPad, expecting a smooth and professional experience. However, the app has become virtually unusable due to the following issues: Rendering does not complete – my projects simply do not export, no matter the settings I choose. Frequent crashes – the app crashes repeatedly during editing, making it impossible to complete any project. I have tried restarting the device, reinstalling the app, and ensuring the iOS is up to date, but the problems persist. As a paying customer, I am deeply disappointed. I kindly request: Immediate assistance in resolving these technical issues. Compensation or refund for the time and money lost if the probl

I recently posted a video to youtube using a track from rush, neo soul sunrise by splice originals. The video was copy right claimed for the music but when I looked into it I found it was claimed by a company sellbuymusic and they said the song title was unemployed works. It appears they used your song and added their own tracks, beat, and synth to it and posted it as their own. After looking at their channel it seems like that's what their are doing with a lot of songs.

Hello,I'm going through a long (~2hr) video edit & notice that I prefer to make notes at certain points of my video. Something like a place marker where I can comment & say, "Content Starts Here" or "Maybe Cut that?" Or "Add short video here." While I go through & work the whole video. If a feature that's similar to "Highlight" & "Comment" were to come to Adobe Premier Rush then I would have an easier time going back through my videos & maybe streamline the process a bit more so I can get the edits done faster & more efficiently. Thank you, I hope this helps (& gets considered because it would be a HUGE help when going through content creation).

My only plugin is Camera Raw. I've tried to uninstall and restart with no luck. I'm currently running an older version (v26) that seems to be mostly stable but still crashes during some actions. Running  MS Surface Laptop 7th GenSnapdragon(R) X 12-core X1E80100 @ 3.40 GHz (3.42 GHz)Windows 11 ProBuild 26100.4484

I'm a regular user of Rush. I just recently used an audio track called "Neo Soul Sunshine" by Splice Originals. I received an email from YouTube telling me a Korean company is making a copyright claim on the music.  I chatted with an Adobe agent, and he referred me to this page (https://stock.adobe.com/Dashboard/LicenseHistory) to get the official license information to provide to YouTube. It's not listed there. I even created a new project and dropped the same track. It still won't show up on that page. The same agent suggested searching for it on Adobe Stock. I can't find it. I've wasted most of my day trying to find anything that I can use to dispute this case. Outside of some intervention by Adobe, what the heck should I do? Thanks!

Recently when I went to open Photoshop i rec'd an error message which stated "Could not load actions because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered" which then was followed by another message "Could not initialize Photoshop because the preference file was invalid (it has been deleted). Does anyone know how to fix this? I remember seeing a post similar to this but can't seem to find it now.

There is a shortcut to activate maximize mode, but I need this to be the default mode when opening AE, is this possible? thanks.

I think my premiere pro app is glitching. I have done everything under the sun, but it will not stop saying I do not have Internet connection (but I DO!) Help!

This wasnt happening on the previous version. This only began the minute I updated. I've reset the prefernces and still nothing. I'm on the latest build for Windows 10 Pro, 21H1, OS build 19043.1348, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0 Dont even need to have opened a file. Open the app, close the app it freezes.   Only way to close it is Ending the Process through task manager.

Detect auto cuts in premiere rush Audio and videosimilar to premiere pro, also please provide an audio output only option.

[Mod: Moved to the Account, Payment & Plan forum

Hello,   I recently uploaded a photo to the Lightroom Community and shared it publicly. However, I noticed that the post has now disappeared from my profile. I did not delete it myself.   Can someone please explain why this happened? Was it removed for a specific reason, or is this a technical issue?   Thank you for your help.

I've seen several posts about this topic, but none of them were able to help with my specific situation. I have a subscription to InCopy that I pay for, that I would like to cancel. As others have noted, because I ALSO have access to Adobe for Enterprise through my school board, I am unable to manage ANY of my apps/products/subscriptions, including the one I am personally paying for. I contacted my admin last week about this error. They are unable to help, because my InCopy subscription does not show in the Admin Console. Essentially, I am unable to see or modify my InCopy subscription in any way, and my admin is also unable to see or modify my InCopy subscription. However, I am still being billed for it. I have learned my lesson about not using my school email address to purchase any personal subscriptions to any Adobe products, but I need to find a way to cancel the subscription I'm currently locked into. I have been wading through the forums and Adobe help pages for a week

Hey @Mathias Moehl, I've been using Automation Blocks for a month to export shot lists from PP (vs previously exporting to EDL, converting to CSV etc) and love it — so handy! There are two things I haven't been able to build automations for yet, both of which seem very simple. I've searched these forums, the user guide and asked ChatGPT to write a script (didn't work sadly), but still haven't figured them out, so wondered if you could help/point me in the direction of a tutorial which will: How would I add a column of row numbers to a CSV/spreadsheet export (e.g. in a leftmost column of the attached, starting at 1)? Is there a way to sort the CSV export by a specific column (either before or after it's generated but still using Automation Blocks)? For example, in the attached screengrab I'd like the CSV to be sorted in ascending order by the timecodes in the fifth column. Thanks again for the amazing tool!

Hi there! Recently my Lightroom Classic app has stopped working. I can't get it to open past the splash screen. I've tried reinstalling it, installing older versions (13.0.2, 13.0, 12.5.1), comletely uninstalling/removing all adobe products and files from my computer, reinstalling MacOS, deleting preferences, changing permissions of different folders and files, a clean Lightroom Install as detailed by Rikk Flohr in other community posts I read, etc. and the issue remains. I spoke with Adobe support and they had me see if I could open Lightroom Classic using another user account on the same computer, which did work successfully, and I was even able to open my catalog on that other user account so I know the catalog is fine, but I of course want to get it working on my normal admin user account. I can't seem to get in touch with any Adobe support anymore (long wait times for chat, and when someone does join, they immeditely leave the conversation without a word being said between us.) I'

I’m using Photoshop with the latest release (26.8.1), but I’m encountering the same issues even with slightly earlier versions. Mac OSX chipset M3 ProI’ve been using the Pen Tool for 20 years, so I believe I know it quite well.Issue: I create a clipping path with the Pen Tool, even for complex images with intersections (with the “Intersect Shape Areas” option selected). After spending several minutes carefully outlining the subject, I right-click and choose Make Selection, but I get the error: "No pixels were selected".After several attempts (luckily I saved the path) and switching the Path Operations option, Photoshop finally creates the selection… but it’s always inverted.Am I missing something introduced in the recent updates? Is there something new I should be aware of? Or is something simply not working properly?

Fiz a assinatura mensal do Adobe pro, não consegui me adaptar ao programa e solicito o reembolso do valor que paguei, já que fiz o cancelamento no mesmo dia, estando dentro dos 7 dias grátis.
