Solved

While generating video content, a popup appeared asking me to change my membership to get more credits. So I signed up for the standard membership. I then generated a few more videos, and the same popup appeared asking me to upgrade again. I checked my credits balance, and there were no credits left after I had JUST gotten more. I'm feeling completely defeated and ripped off by adobe and ready to cancel my membership for good.

I am not asking for help. I know the "work around" solution to bypass the elmers glue and ducktape holding this application together by simply creating outlines and doing it after... I'm asking why, if I can have outlines on text before even doing that, can I not determine where the stroke is aligned?If the program can center align the stroke, then it knows where the boundaries of the typeface is. If the program knows where the boundary of the typeface is, then it should be able to align the stroke. It makes no sense to me why I have to go out of my way to make a non-destructable copy of my text in its postion, then make a non-editable copy that I'm unable to change the weight, kerning, tracking, or any other character edits I might have to make after my client gives me edits.These aren't fun little "quirks". They are genuine issues and roadblocks for the userbase of this application. Maybe you should have your AI help to fix your 38 years of coding discrepencies instead of whatever ot

I'm trying to move / re-position a gid and it won't move. The "Lock guide" option is turned off. The layer is not locked. I can select the guide but I can't move it.What am I missing?

In the table context menu, there's "Distribute rows evenly," but that actually maximizes row height. Where's the opposite, to size each row to the text within it?

Hi, I'm exploring the option to ship the JMX console default metrics like HEAP_USED and OperationStats.WorkflowPurgeTask.SUCCESS to AWS CloudWatch for better observability. I've implemented collectd to grab the JMX metrics and was able to ship the GenericJMX mbean metrics like memory_pool but could not find the mbean configurations required for the aforementioned default AEM JMX console metrics. Is there a way to achieve this on AEM on-premise offering?

... and I am not referring to the distinction between hand and select tool. I am referring to another problem:I have set my own cursor scheme for Windows (Lefty Scheme) in Windows system settings. Every application accepts that but Adobe Reader. Whenever using the reader the mouse changes from a white arrow pointing to the upper right corner (lefty scheme) to a black arrow pointing to the upper left corner.How can I change this? I want the Reader to use the Windows System setting.I am using Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit, Version 1709, OS Buils 16299.431 and Adobe Reader 2018.011.20038Many thanks for your help. Much appreciated

I have a submit button on one of my forms that includes text in the body of the email that opens. How do I include a space in between each line. Currently I have the below. Also, is there a way to BOLD a certain line in the body of the email? Thanks in advance. "Attached is a form regarding your board certification status. Our records indicate you are not currently certified, though you may have been eligible for an exam.\n" +             "Please complete the attached form and submit it within 5 business days to comply with local medical staff bylaws. In order for the form to function properly, you will need to download the form from the server and save it locally, then open it in Adobe Reader to complete and submit.\n" +             "Thank you for your attention to this matter. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.";

Hello, There are 5 of my images that have been approved, but when I try to search for keywords (as a buyer), none of my images appear at all.On the dashboard page, when I click on the image number, a new page opens with the words: Page not foundSorry, that page doesn't existTry your search again In contributor page when I clicked "My Portfolio", a new page appears that says "We couldn't find any all results for . Try your search outside of portfolios."Surprisingly, one of my existing images was already downloaded by a buyer. I was puzzled, how could he buy when the picture could not be searched? I have tried to chat on https://helpx.adobe.com/, but there has been no answer, it took a long time and it says "Sorry for the delay. We're busier than expected. Thank you for your patience." Is this a bug on the adobestock website? Or is there a mistake on my part as a contributor?

Hi Team,  100% not technical here but someone in our company accidentally incorrectly put the email address and assigned a CC license to them. Now when we try to add the user it doesn't recognise the correct email address. (who would of thought typing 1 additional letter would cause such a commotion)  Any tips in resolving this?  We raised a support case but they gave us a unmonitored email.

Hello,I'm trying to replace some footage in my sequence with a new version.  The current section has been retimed, but when I replace it with the new clip from the bin, it doesn’t carry over the retiming.Is this a glitch, or am I overlooking something? Thank you!!!

I've accidentally removed a collection from lightroom, but the images remain in the catalogue. I can add each one individually back into the collection, but there are more than 10,000 of them...Is there an easy way to find images NOT in a collection?Thanks,Andrew

Possuo 52 licenças do Plano todos os Apps, uso o tipo de licença por usuário. Queria saber se pelo Admin Console tenho como verificar quando um usuário usou a licença pela última vez. Tem como eu verificar isso?

Hi, My Acrobat Pro 2020 perpetual license keep asking to sign in. It should not required to sign in for perpetual license as it's already activated using Serial Number. Any advise? Anyone faced this issue too?

I recently went to add a (many times) previously used text watermark and the font is SYMBOL - that is my only choice. I have uninstalled Acrobat DC and reinstalled twice today and still my only choice of font is SYMBOL.

I'm trying to figure out how this WW2 map animation revealing Japan's occupation of China was done in Johnny Harris's video. Can anyone here in this forum tell me what method you would use in After Effects to do this?  Thank you very much in advance. https://youtu.be/TOJQkhzpLyQ?t=31
