A couple days now when i start AE (latest version) i get a licensing error: Please connect to the internet as soon as possible so the license can be activated (101) I am now at 1 days.. so im fearfull AE will just stop working right in the middle of 4 deadlines. I thought earlier this was related to AE scripts because they had a major outtage preventing plugins from activating. But now i know its AE itself that is giving met this error. Ive already followed all steps from this link that was posted in an previous discussion:   https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html?linkId=100000389205368  The post im referring to is: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/after-effects-licensins-server-not-connecting/m-p/15568269  I also have not made any changes to my system, im on a Mac M1 Ultra. I have recently updated all adobe apps. None of my other apps give me this notice. My accoutn is fi

Hello, I have imported my audio and clips onto my composition, however they do not show up on my timeline, therefore I cannot edit them. I have restarted the app and cleared my cache, yet nothing is helping. Please let me know if you know a solution.

When I go to save a combined file in acrobat I get this blank screen. It happens when I go to save, save as. I can circumnavigate this by saving as a reduced file size. I have just uninstalled and reinstalled acrobat after adobe window kept coming up with can't verify subscription

How do I turn off this yellow pop-up window in the graph editor? It interferes with the view and it is dynamic, sometimes it is very large and covers important points.

I have a PNG with a transparent BG and it is very difficult to select / move / scale etc. I've found that if i zoom in and select the very centre of the image works as a workaround but it is very time consuming going this everytime.Anyone got any adeas?

Hi, I would like to request a refund on my Adobe Photoshop subscription. I tried cancelling it the other day and the website was glitching and wouldn't let me. I really need this money because I lost my job and I'm dead broke. Please help me.

How to make a character animation as an assignment in a classroom? It is not an option in templates.

I can't figure out how to make the screen smaller so that I can finish my project.

In my current image download folder, I see a bunch of acr files, which still bear their original import file naming, along with my NEF files and their corresponding xmp files. Most are small- 9-26k, but some are quite large, several MB in size.   As I understand it, the acr files have something to do with masking, but what I want to know is when I renamed my NEF files, and the corresponding XMP files got renamed, should the acr files have gotten renamed as well? I do not see any acr files that have been renamed to match the NEF/xmp files.   If I still have those acr files in the folder, but they still have the original file import names, does that mean that when I deleted some raw files in Lightroom, it did not remove these acr files, and they are now safe to discard now?   Photoshop 25.11.0, Lightroom Classic 13.4, Camera Raw 16.4., macOS 14.6.1

I am not sure where to post this and ask. Situation: Had been working for a few hours on a PhotoShop file which was from a template for Film&Video. I even had saved and named a preset for this when opening it. I layered only Adobe PhotoShop Firefly generated stillimages from where I had made small selections cut out and made them into a one image-whole. I planned to use this composition in Adobe Firefly and Firefly Beta to see what it can make of it. I am sure that I hade saved it. But did I save it for the first time only right after I crash dump report pop-up came in front of the PhotoShop view? Am not sure. It said PhotoShop crashed and need to be closed but I was still able to move the crash popup aside and started to save everything that I had open in the desktop app. And closed the tabs in a controlled manner. But, after a while the whole PhotoShop was completely frozen and did not react to anything. I could minimize and maximize it from Windows menu bar, nothi

I am not a Photoshop user.  A teacher has a MBA M1 (district) computer and a Macbook Pro (Personal) computer.  For some reason, PS doesn't work good on the MBA and the teacher needs to use for yearbook related stuff.  Can PS be installed and used off of an external drive?

Hey,  I'm creating tons of QR codes, to put in presentations, ads, flyers, you name it. Everytime I need a new one, I must open InDesign, create it, copy it, paste it in Illustrator, change the shape (we like to make the QR codes rounded so, I make round corners), add a little logo in the center to make it nicer (see attached example).  All this takes a whole bunch of time and ressources from my computer. Even if I took the QR code from the Adobe express, I would have the same issue: making the QR code in another application and edit it in Illustrator. So, my question is: why don't you add that feature directly in Illustrator? I see people begging for this functionnality for years, meaning I'm not the only one facing this issue. Thank you for taking this into account! Best, Catherine

I want to have my art printed on foam board.  To do so, my understanding is that I have trace my cut file- which I have done. But I am unable to figure out how to duplicate that contour cut layer to make a bleed layer. I am stuck on this so i can not get to the next step which is adding registration dots. Anyone have any tips?

We have a requirement to retain the  Audit Logs for much longer than 90 day, which is the current option in the Adobe portal. If that option isn't possible, it would be good to provide API access to enterprise customers to export and retain the logs themselves. Manually exporting the log every 90 days, while possible, is unreliable and unsustainable process. Please refer to E-001712519. Thanks,

I've searched and I see this question asked, but unanswered from a year or more ago. I'm hoping that someone will be able to give fresh eyes. I am getting the error:Lightroom cannot create a catalog named "Lightroom Catalog" on volume "OS (C:)" because Lightroom cannot save changes to this location.I have checked the permissions and they are set to Everyone, Administrators, and the profile of the user signed in as Full. This is a Windows 7, 64-bit installation. How do I solve this problem?

I'd been using Adobe Express sparingly for a few years since release but more regularly over the last 12 months. A few months ago I began experiencing an issue with Adobe Express not loading on my web browser and had to use the mobile app while I investigated with limited success on my laptop. There were a few closed discussions with answers that had been upvoted but none of which gave me lasting results. In fact, I began trying different web browsers successfuly but one-by-one each of them fell victim to this new incurable curse. What's more frustrating is I was able to have success with a freshly installed browser for a day or two but without warning or reason the browser stopped working. To date my most successful solve was to use an "Adobe Express App" from the Windows Store but it just seemed like a Chrome port and today it failed to work as well as all my web browsers. Also today, I went back to some closed discussions and tried some of their answers and this is what se
