Adobe Acrobat "DC" (detail below) takes a very long time to open each PDF file.  After double-click on a PDF almost 30 seconds elapses before it opens.  That's not right.   The old reader worked fine.  This "DC" version has trouble.   In addition, it provides an inferior way to save the document (a list of previously-used folders, or always "Documents" if I select "Choose a different folder".  Why not remember the *last* different folder I chose?  Annoying.   Can this be removed and replaced with the old reader?       Installed Acrobat: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 9.0\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe     Version: 9.0.0.2008061200     Creation Date: 2008/06/12     Creation Time: 02:25:18 Installed Acrobat: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroRd32.exe     Version: 15.9.20077.160923     Creation Date: 2015/10/23     Creation Time: 16:2

Built a new computer running Windows 11 Pro with Intel Ultra 9 285k chip 64GB ram and Nvidia RTX5070Ti 16GB; 2TB C drive, 2TB D drive.  I am getting repeated screen freezes in LRC and PS beta and have to reboot to restore.  Graphics Card and all software is up to date.  I disabled the Windows compatability group as suggested.  Still having issues.  If you have had these issues and resolved them, I need some suggestions please.

GPU Accelator IssueEverything was working fine, then out of the blue, I am getting the error “Camera Raw requires GPU accelator to edit photos.” when I try to open Raw files. I am running macOS 12.7.6.  I tried Photoshop 2021 and Photoshop 2024. Apple support said because I can see images in other applications, it’s not a hardware issue but rather a Photoshop issue.Help!  I have a new Mac on order but I need to get a project out the door. Thanks!

How do I disable the brush menu pop up and remove it from right clicking? In 6 or 7 years I've never used it and in 6-7 years, every single day it has been an annoyance randomly popping up and I finally realized it was because it is set to right mouse click and that button is right under my finger when I'm using the pen tool and gets accidentally tapped ALL the time popping up that menu and sometimes randomly clicking some brush option on there or rearranging things that SHOULD have a lock option after all these years with all the requests for it to prevent saved brushes from being moved around, because I'm actively tapping the photo using the brush and it thinks I am wanting to click something on that pop up window which is 99.999999% useless for me. It's not a tablet option either, I seen other posts responding with that answer, I can literally right click my mouse and that is the exact issue.  It needs to be removed from right click. I can't find it in the keyboa

Searching for info on a keyboard shortcut for navagating between the layer keyframes .. such as position, scale, rotation, etc .. It is way too tedious to click on the little triangle and back to editing.Tried to search the Forums and found nothing. No custom options either.

I’d like to know why these two photos were rejected for “quality issues.” Could anyone please give me some feedback or advice? Thanks!

Hi ! I would like to search for blocks containing a certain paragraph style and apply an object style to those blocks, do you know if it's possible ? Thank you for you help !

Hello, I need to search/replace text that is 6.7 pt. It's everywhere in my document, but when I run the search, InDesign can't find it. Are you familiar with this problem, and does anyone have any ideas on how to get around it? Thank you for your help!

I purchased Photoshop 2026 from Staples and was given a 24 alphabet redemption code. How do I activate this on Adobe.

Hi. I updated my Mac OS to Tahoe 26.1 and now I can't get Lightroom Classic v15.0 to open my catalog. My catalog is on a connected external drive. In Catalog Settings I choose the location of my catalog and Lightroom shows no photos at all. It displays no folders at all. It displays no Collections.  How do I get LR to open my catalog? I've read how to do it here but nothing works. I don't get an error message saying LR can't find my catalog. Even though my external hard drive with the catalog is connected to my Mac, in the Catalog Settings under "Backups" it shows 'Path (* Offline)...see below. Does anyone know what I can do about this?Thank you for any help with this.-Firislander

So grateful for any help there is. I'm a photographer and rely on lightroom to do all my editing but in the last 48 hours the platform has become so slow its unworkable. Each time I try to make a change to an image a spinning rainbow appears. My latop does seem to be running the fan alot (but not sure if I am only just noticing this now because of the other isse)   I have a MacBook Pro. I use Lightroom Classic. I have about 40% storage left.    Trouble shooting wise I have updated software on laptop, made sure I have the latest version of LRC. I have set up a new catalogue for the images I am editing (where before I had alot of images in the catalgoue 30K 😬), optimised the catalogue, I have the graphics processor set to custom (I have use GPU to export is ticked )(GPU to preview generation is off). Camera raw cache is set to 50GB.   Any help would be MASSIVELY appreciated.    Many thanks   Jayne

For some files in Dreamweaver when i publish i get the following error:File Transfer failed due to following reasons:- Internal data error: Transferred file size does not match the expected file size.It only does it for some files and not others. When it errors it also removes the file from the server.I have tested with Filezila and it publishes the files fine with no issues so the issue is definately Dreamweaver. It can work on a file all morning and then once it fails once it will never let you publish it even if you delete and try again. The server hosts say there is nothing they can do , please can you explain how i can stop this happening. Here is example log for a .htm file i was trying to publish:Started: 12/07/2023 16:24.htm - Transferring.htm - error occurred - An FTP error occurred - cannot put .htm. I understand that it's possible to share a link to another person for editing. All this works but I can't edit in the shared link. It's just a view-only. The guides at Adobe does not seem to correlate to the options in the menu and incopy does not exist in web version. How do I solve this so it's possible to edit the text without using the indesign application?

Hi, I uploaded some of my photos, but most of them got rejected, and i don't know the reason for it. Can you please help me improve my pictures to get more approvals? I attach some of them here.

Trying to recover from a hard disk crash, I need to run FM2019 on new Windows 11 pc.I have a FM2019 installer, but when I run set-up.exe I get a blank window, and nothing happens.  I found a similar problem, Blank screen appears while installing RoboHelp and FrameMaker 2019but the setup files aren't downloadable. (Error 404: Asset not found). My error is a bit different too, I get the blank window at once, never get to the sign-in.

The liquify tool isn't working in photoshop, despite updating to the most recent version, holding the shift key upon opening the program, and trying different ways of controlling it (track pad vs wacom vs mouse.) Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it? I had this problem on Adobe Photoshop 2025 AND when I just installed 2026. I have a mac os 15.6.1. I open the liquify window, and nothing happens when I try to draw what I need with the tool, even though the cursor is moving with the track pad/mouse/wacom tablet.
