Hello,I just bought a subscription but I cannot manage to log in on a Windows Desktop. Every browser I try to connect on is giving me an error saying I can't reach this page. The only browser I can log in on is Safari on my phone, which I'm using to post this.Is the website down?

Can you please provide me with the steps to add a water mark of my name on my photos in LC? Thank you.

Hi everyone.I'll try to explain myself as best as I can since English isn't my native language and this isn't an easy topic. In the evening of Saturday 8th I was using Adobe Color for a task and, since I wanted to save the palette in my library, I logged in, but before doing that Adobe asked me to add a secondary email, which I did.(I'm telling this because maybe it has to do with what happened next). After some time, I went to open Illustrator and a pop up told me that I had to buy it in order to use it. Which is odd, since on the 9th of October I activated my student annual subscription to the Creative Cloud. Needless to say, I slightly panicked. I have now a almost-year-long free trial (see screenshot for reference) and did everything I could to try and fix the problem on my hand of the things. In order, I:Signed out and logged in on CCSigned out, restarted my Macbook Air 15" (macOS Tahoe 26.0.1), AND logged in back again Run the Limited Access Repair tool, which has f

My laptop’s C drive shows that Photoshop and Illustrator have both been updated to the 2026 versions, but the Adobe folders in my hard drive still contain Photoshop 2023 and 2024, and both of them can open and run normally. Why is that? Can anyone tell me?

Are Acrobat Pro 2020 (desktop) updates going to be discontinued?

I recently subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro, but I faced issues during the software downloading and installation process.Due to this problem, I was unable to use the software properly and therefore, I do not wish to continue with the plan. However, I noticed that an invoice has already been generated automatically under standing instructions for payment.Hence, I request you to please cancel my current Adobe Acrobat Pro and stop any automatic payment deduction linked to my account.

I am trying to insert a blank Frame into my table so I can fake wrap the text inside the table around the image which is in the main frame (there are several tables, as well as an introductory text, so I cannot just insert the image into the table). The blank frame gets ignored by the first line of text. With the other images I put the anchor inside the heading, so it didn't matter, but the is no 0 Line inside the table.

Hello. Hoping someone can help me with a Photoshop issue. When retouching, the selected brush size shows a smaller "cloning circle" than what I selected. The cloning seems more precise as well. It seems like a cursor preference because this also happens with the Healing Brush tool, and Burning/Dodging tools as well. For troubleshooting purposes:- I'm familiar with the difference between the soft/hard brush- Photoshop Cursor Preference is set to "Normal Brush Tip" and the cursor is set to "Standard"- My old MacBook Photoshop settings clone correctly (as well as the other tools stated above). Meaning, selected brush size clones the size selected.- I've cross-referenced the preferences between the two MacBooks as well. Both appear the same but am clearly missing something.- All my data was transfered from my old MacBook to the new MacBook Attached an example using different brushes. Thank you in advance.

On the Mac side, when using the Adobe Photoshop Elements 2026 Editor and the installed Camera Raw 17.3.1 using Help>Install Camera Raw, if you open Camera Raw click on Browse Profiles, then click on any of the available profiles, both Camera Raw and the Photoshop Elements 2026 Editor immediately crash   On the Windows side Camera Raw freezes and has to be forced quit using the Windows Task Manager.

I am using LR6 on a PC and this morning I cannot open LR6 - I am getting the following message - "Lightroom cannot use the catalog named "Lightroom 6" as it is not writable and cannot be opened".  I have checked forums and checked that I have read and write permissions and I have also checked my LR folder to make sure that there is not a lrcat.lock file preventing the opening of LR.Any suggestions what to do next please?

I've been editing an hour, but then I put a music background, and do something, caption somehow are disappear. Is this a bug, or I hidden it. If it does, what should I do?

Hi everybody, this is a bit of a niche question I know but does anybody know if it is possible to set the line hight of Urdu text closer together than the default when a line of text does not have any tall letters in it? If you have a line of text which does not have any tall letters in, like the second line in the example below, this would reduce the space above it and make it to go closer to the line of text above it. According to sources I have found online when you set the leading, the distance in height between lines of text, in css, negative values are not allowed. Does that mean there is no way of getting rid of the space above a line of text that has no tall letters in it! It just looks a bit weird when there is only two lines and one of them does not have any tall letters in it! Thanks for your help. http://www.maximum-robot.co.uk/leading-3.html

Hi,In previous CF versions I had TTF fonts registered in "Font Management" for "Barcode Printing" purposes in a cfdocument without issues. The font shows the same name “without spaces” for all 3 options “Font Family”, “Font Face” and “Postscript Name” and I use that name as in-line CSS style to show barcodes on generated PDF’s.Now in CF 2021, I cannot make them work.So far, I have tried:Multiple installs in "Font Management" with different paths, making sure folders did not have user’s restrictions (permissions), using different fonts; and making sure they show as usable in PDF/FlashPaper column.Install font also in Windows.Restart CF Services.Restart physical server.Convert font to WOFF (Shows in browser using CSS @11220649-face / in-line styling) but does not work inside the cfdocument.Any other suggestion to fix this in cfdocument?

I have a user in my work environment, as well as my own work laptop, that experiences Outlook freezing randomly and infrequently when attempting to convert an email to PDF. The issue does not happen every time, but there is no indication on what is causing it. I've been able to test converting a single email 20+ times without issue, and then attempt it again shortly after a small break, and then it will just lock up on the conversion window and then force close/reopen Outlook. There's no consistency with what kind of emails and attachments, as this can happen with any email. I've tried looking up this issue, and have read suggestiosn regarding adjusting indexing and other settings in Outlook under conversion settings, but none of these resolve the issue. Disabling the PDFMaker addin is also not an option, as that just completely removes the option to convert an email.  These events do register in Event Viewer, however they are generic with Event ID of 1000, and just simply re

I have two layers with Inner Shadow effects. I want them to have different angle. Why is it so that when I change one layer Inner Shadow angle, then also other layers angle changes.

Adobe, As a company, you are making it so easy to hate you.   You don't fix your products for your customers.  You neglect them.   You put up road blocks to your users in allowing them to use your products.   For instance, to constantly require a user to log in just to use your desktop product is beyond the pale.  I have never seen anything like it.   People just want to use software without having to jump through hoop after hoop.   It has gotten so bad that my company is now abandoning your product.  Way to go.  You are shooting yourself as a company in the foot and allowing customers to leave in droves to Fox-It, Nitro and other alternatives.

I've been editing a video for a day and this morning when I went to play "Cached Preview Needs 2 or More Frames to Playback" pops up. I've tried purging and putting it in Quater or Custom but nothing works.I've tired putting more ram in but whenever I change it and look back it goes right back to 0 and I don't know how to fix..    Title edited by Mod.

Hello,I use Elements 15 and now have it on 2 computers, a small one for travel and my main one.I am trying to work out the best way to continually organise things, so I can easily transfer my travel photos to my main PC after I return. I do not use the cloud or want to use external storage for all my photos.  I will not keep a copy of the photos on my small PC.I want all the photos from my small PC to be in my current (and only) catalogue on my main PC.They have been manually tagged and I use facial recognition.  But I do not usually have albums or anything else created at this stage.I also use smart tags, and am aware that once I delete a smart tag from a photo Elements is intelligent enough not to recreate that smart tag for that photo, will I lose all this info and it will start to recreate all the smart tags again once the photos have been moved?  Not so critical but useful to know for next time?I have looked at a number of forum threads and the following seems the w
