한 컴퓨터에서만 해당 문구가 나옵니다..재설치 10번, 환경설정초기화 10번넘게는 했는데도 안됩니다. 같은 사진으로 다른 컴퓨터에서 개체선택도구 쓰면 해당문구가 안떠요 

외부 플레이어를 통해 재생시킬 때는 정상적으로 재생되지만해당 파일을 프리미어 프로로 가져오면 사운드 데이터가 맞지 않습니다.단순히 싱크밀림 수준이 아니라 사운드 데이터 자체가 맛탱이가 가버립니다.(예: 3시간짜리 영상에서 앞부분 사운드만 2시간 30분가량 진행)재부팅/재설치/원본영상 재 다운로드까지 다 해봤습니다왜그러는걸까요

Hi,Something totally weird while doing something unbelievably basic, hoping someone can help.I am trying to print one sheet from an Excel file to the Adobe virtual printer. As follows:- In Excel itself, the print dialogue is set to A4 and the printer is set to Adobe PDF- Entering "Printer Properties" (for the Adobe PDF printer) the Adobe PDF page size is set to A4- However when I print, I get a PDF document generated at 8.5" x 11" size which is US Letter, not A4Semi-related but if I open the Letter file and then re-print a PDF from Acrobat to a NEW PDF using the scaling ability of Acrobat, I can get an A4 file because it shrinks the pages to make them fit. But this is silly, means I am getting a reduced-size Letter page downscaled to fit onto an A4 page.. what I want is to produce the A4 page in the first place!It is clearly something wrong on my laptop, because going through the exact same steps with the exact same file on my desktop correctly produces an A4 file.Any ideas?Thanks all,

이번에 Adobe Photoshop 2025를 새로 설치하고 이런 문제가 발생합니다.JPG 파일을 열려고 하면 오류가 납니다.여기 해결방법 C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe에서 Adobe Photoshop 2025를 이름을 바꾸고 다시 열어 새로 세팅하면 됩니다.그런데 포토샵을 닫고 다시 실행시키면 또 안됩니다.근본적인 해결방안을 알려주세요.업무에 지장을 줍니다!.빠른 답변 부탁드립니다.

I am severely frustrated with premiere right now. I have some presets that I bought. The one I am trying to use is a "glitch" effect/transition, at the beginning of my time line the transition works as it should then 25 minutes into the video they just stop working, even though I have copied and pasted them as described to me in the written tutorial. I have even found the exact frame in the time line they stop working and all other attempts past that frame result in the same issue but before that frame they work as intended. what am I doing wrong, or what happened in the time line. I know in the screenshots it looks like im not transitioning to anything, but that was where I had found the issue starts and persists no matter what after those frames through out the rest of the video. 

원래 가족이랑 포토샵 공유해서 쓰다가 전 따로 제 계정 새로 만들어서 (이용권 따로 구매함)해서 가족이랑 쓰던 계정 로그아웃하고 다시 제 계정으로 로그인 햇는데도 그 문서에 계속 같이 쓰던 그림?들이 남아있어요클릭 해서 다 없애도 다시 들어가면 또 있는데 너무 스트레스예요어떻게 없애나요그냥 하나씩 클릭하는 거 말고는 답이 없나요  

포토샵 베타(전용 버전)에서 Reference Image(참조 이미지) 버튼을 눌러 이미지를 넣어 활용하고 있었는데 언제부터인지 비활성화된채로 이미지를 넣을 수 없게 되었어요. 해결방법이 있나요??

When I convert documents to PDF after 5pm the program automatically changes the date to the next day. My date and time is correct on my computer, so not sure why this is happening. I need to remember to go in and manually change it after it is a PDF, which is a pain. Any ideas on what is causing this?

7월 9일부터 9월 9일까지 총 3회에 걸쳐 26,400원이 결제되었습니다. 이 기간동안 어도비 프로그램을 한 번도 사용한 적이 없으며...분명 무료체험 후 해지를 했는데 오류가 발생한 것 같습니다. 환불 처리 부탁드립니다.

엔에이치엔케이씨피에서 2달 연속으로 30,800원씩 지출되고 있습니다. 어도비인 것 같은데 결제된 플랜이 없다고 하고AI 상담을 받아보니 실제 구독 중인 플랜도 없다고 뜨네요. 무료버전을 2달 전 쯤 구독하고 취소했는데 이거때문인 것 같아요. 해결 부탁드립니다.

지금은 또 편집기능에서 튕기네요 다른건 다 됨........ㅠㅠ문제가발생했습니다웹페이지를 찾을수없습니다  라고 뜹니다만 404에러코드는 없어요

30개월동안 결제되는 줄도 모르고 8월 30일날 결제된 거 보고 지난동안 90만원이 나갔다는 걸 알았습니다. 쓰지도 않았는데 이젠 취수 수수료 4만원까지 내뱉으라 하니 화가 나고 어이가 없네요. 사용 내역 확인해보시고 양심이 있다면 취소 수수료 없이 취소진행해주세요.무슨 다른 요금제로 가입하고 후에 취소하면 수수료가 없다는데, 잘 알지도 못하였고  월결제 후 14일 이내로 취소했으니 수수료 당장 없애주세요. 양심이 있는 기업이라면;

오늘 결제된거 확인하고, 바로 플랜 취소했습니다., 그런데 수수료가 있다며 또 출금 시도를 하더라구요.이거 왜 그런건가요? 다행히 돈을 빼둬서 출금은 안되었지만, 환불을 해주셔야지 수수료를 빼가는건 또 무슨 이유인가요. 취소해주세요.

어도비 회사 계정에서 포토샵을 제 개인 카드로 결제했었는데 퇴사 후 그 계정은 삭제됐는데 10분 전에 플랜 결제가 왔습니다 ;; 취소 부탁드립니다

원래쓰던 플랜이 있었는데 그곳에서 3만원이 빠져 나가다가 돈이 없어 플랜이 막혀서 결제 취소를하고 삭제하려해도 막혀서 암것도 못하고 있었느데 갑자기 오늘 원래 내던 금액보다 더 많은 돈이 빠져 나가면서 오늘 환불을 할려해도 위약금을 저보고 내라하는데 이건 내게 너무 당황스럽고 혼란을 주는데 이에대한 해결 방안이나 위약금없이 환불은 불가능 한가요?

I swear it used to be possible to edit the curve of arched or bowed text so it could be a more gentle or more extreme curve. I can't find the option to edit it anywhere now - all I can find is letter spacing.  Please someone put me out of my misery! I've tried both desktop and app.
