Hi, I can't connect to Adobe Stock. All I see is this message: The site is unavailable due to an AWS outage. Please check back later!

I'm recording Multitrack sessions on Audition CC2018 and from being fine in one session, suddenly all the "arm for record" buttons appeared greyed out in all tracks when I opened a different session - and now the problem is there in all sessions. It won't allow me to arm any tracks to record on them - I can do everything else, but not record. The microphone works fine and I can record in "Waveform" mode - but not in a Multitrack session.I have tried the usual re-starting computer, etc, but the problem persists. Please help!UPDATE:If I create a new empty Multitrack session, that new session works fine. If I open an already created session which already has recorded audio files in it, then  sometimes it works fine, most times it does not - I have not been able to find a pattern (some were recorded some time ago, some are new). In the sessions that have the problem this window (which I had never noticed before) appears while the session is loading:Also, If I create a new Multitrack se

Windows 11, InDesign 20.5 x64I have a TOC for my book file:When I generate the PDF for the book, the Bookmarks panel has all the bookmarks after section 1.1 one level down from where they should be, so if I collapse the section 1.1 bookmark, sections 1.2 and 1.3 collapse; or if I collapse the Chapter 1 bookmark, the whole doc collapses:The TOC styles are set as shown:I'm not sure what other information would be helpful.

Hi, All,No matter what I do, the Plans page won't let me access it, and support cannot be reached in any form, which makes this a super suspicious service. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for a few hours now, but for some reason, it’s not working despite my efforts. I’ve switched from my Mac to my Windows PC, and the issue persists. I’ve attached a photo for reference. I even tried different Wi-Fi networks, including a nearby coffee shop and my personal hotspot. Everything on the Adobe website works except the Plans page and the online support section. I’ve switched between Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, used private browsing on all, cleared my cache, and reset my firewall. I also tested it on my iPad, but the problem remains. This feels very suspicious, almost as if Adobe is intentionally preventing me from canceling my plan. I’m not seeking a refund; I’m canceling because I’m upgrading to a better service that better suits my needs. When I called their support number (1-800-8

I Cannot open Photoshop by clicking on app or through Bridge or Lightroom.  The error message is as follows, "Could not complete your request because Photoshop was unable to communicate with Creative Cloud Desktop". Bridge and Lightroom are able to open. Creative Cloud will not open either and I receive no error message, it just won't open.

I opened a structured fm file wrongly in unstructured mode and saved it. When I opened this fm file again in structured mode, the structure view has been blank. Does anyone no how to withdraw this?

Acrobat (as stated in the subject title) is very laggy. It even shows what I think is a Windows Vista skin for the application window frame. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Not sure if this is a common issue? Unfortunately I need it to edit acrobat files...

Hi, I'm seeing today that this message pops up intermittently when opening a pdf with the embed pdf api."This application domain (...) is not authorized to use the provided PDF Embed API Client ID." I'm pretty sure it wasn't happening before today.

Whenever I try open Acrobat (or any of my other Adobe Creative Cloud products) I get the following screen and everything closes.

Does anyone have this issue? I'm getting these messages when trying to use the AI assistant to aid my tasks in pdf documents, however these messages keep popping up! (Refer to screenshots below) Why does it say I'm not eligible for access to the features? I have a subscription plan the Acrobat AI Assitant, should I not be able to use the features?  Is this related to a server issue or specific user issue?

Recently I've been having problems getting images into illustrator.  I can't drag and drop, copy and paste or place them. This has been an issue on and off for the last few months. It worked ok last week but stopped working again today. They just don't appear. I'm using a mac with the Mojave operating system and a 2021 version of illustrator. I'm struggling to upgrade due to the age of my mac (which otherwise works fine).

Continue to be charged but cannot cancel my subscription.  Its this endless circle of contact support but then the chat button does not work.

Hiya Everyone, I’m been having issues with Frame.io, uploading timeline content, (uploading and dragging) video files via Premiere Pro Frame-io window or via a Frame project folder in a browser window. I get the video to show it is uploading to 98% to 100% but it never finishes!I’m on Windows 10, running the latest version of Premiere Pro. I’m behind a firewall. I’m on Enterprise version of Creative Cloud and have the free version of Frame-io.I have cleared the PPro’s cache, increased PPro RAM allocation (28gb RAm for PPro and 3gb for other apps), and made sure there is enough scratch disk space. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. 🤓

Mac Studio with 2 Epson 4800s USB connected directly into the back of the computer. I can print out head cleans etc via the Epson utility, so they're obviously connected, being seen and receiving instructions from the Mac. However, trying to print an image out of Photoshop will not. Keeps saying 'waiting for printer to become available' when there's nothing in the print queue. Deleted the printers & everything to do with them. Reloaded the latest drivers from Epson & endless restarts later, still no joy.Any ideas anyone? I'm seriously considering wiping the hard drive and giving a completely OS clean install and then adding my apps. Which I'd rather not have to do.

Me dirijo a ustedes debido a las persistentes dificultades que he enfrentado al intentar obtener asistencia para la compra de licencias adicionales. There are multiple red outer frames on a single PDF page. How to split it into multiple pages based on the size of these frames? I know this can be done using ExtendScript with Illustrator, but I want a simpler method that only uses scripts in Adobe Acrobat.

Hi,When using the "Scan to Email" function of an HP MFP printer, and selecting the option of compressing the PDF file, the file opens in Adobe Reader DC, but displays improperly and gives the following error: There was an error while reading a stream.More information:- Adobe Reader DC opens the document, but displays improperly. It's missing a lot of stuff- This only happens when using the "Compress" option from the printer.- The file opens correctly with all other PDF viewers (Foxit Reader, Foxit Phantom, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Google Docs), so this is not an issue with the printer.- I tried many different versions of Adobe Reader, on many different systems, but they all give the same error and display issue.- This is affecting all of our organization's users and correspondents. Here's a sample PDF giving the error: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1yV-OWDCYT-0R2ukZlJnERQPbGduHvKcRThis file isn't bad, but the error still comes up. For security reasons, I cannot upload the files

Hola Buenos días! tengo un problema al transcribir un video que esta en español, la transcripcion son palabras "como si fuera ingles" y no tengo habilitada la opcion de idioma. Tengo la version actualizada de Premiere

I had been using a canon EOS r and perfected my editing. I upgraded to Canon EOS R6 Mark ii in the beginning of the year. Well now none of my editing matches and the presents don’t work. They colors and everything. Is there a way to fix this? I don’t want to start over.

I hope someone can help because the AI chat is just terrible! I have a fully signed and executed agreement, however the person I sent it for signature to continues to get the reminders to sign. It has been 4 weeks now and they are becoming irritated.  There is no "clock" beside the agreement, the agreement is showing as fully complete - I don't know what else to do. Can someone please help me shut these off?

I needed to create an image that included blurred lines, and I made this:Procedure– I generated the lines, as paths, in InDesign, because that’s the application I know best, then added the blurring in Photoshop– I saved the resulting image in the following formats: EPS, JPG, PNG, TIFF, hoping that in at least one of these cases the result could be imported back into InDesign and the transparent background would be retained, and I could then place the graphic onto a dark background (I don't know how to do that in Photoshop)– This doesn’t work. When imported into InDesign the image appears with a solid white background instead of a transparent one. I tried various effects, such as “darken”, “lighten”, “multiply”, and none are right– I can't use clipping paths around the lines, because the lines are blurred and need to remain so. Lines with sharp edges won't work for what I need hereQuestions– How does one make coloured, blurred lines and place them on a coloured, non-white background?– W
