I was used to clicking outside a selection to deselect it, but somehow it doesn't work anymore. Now I need to click CMD-D to deselect but I want to get back to just clicking outside it. I can't find what to reset to be able to do this? Or did something change? Thx

Hello Adobe Support Team,I am experiencing a billing issue with my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. When I try to update my payment method, I receive a “Billing issue” notification. However, when I go to the payment settings, there is no option to add, edit, or enter any payment details. The page only shows my plan, but no active fields or buttons to save or update payment.I have attached a screenshot to show what the page looks like.No “Add payment method”No “Edit” or “Save & Pay” option availableI’m unable to resolve the billing issue because I cannot input any card or payment methodCould you please assist me or guide me on how to fix this? I need to update my payment to avoid cancellation of my subscription.Thank you in advance for your support.Best regards,M Magdy

I accidentally deleted my open file and I can not find this font. I know I downloaded from adobe.I looked through my entire font library and the thousands in (find new fonts)Can anyone help me?

When dropping down the color for fill or stroke inside the appearance panel it is pulling up the preferences toolbar at the top rather than the one next to the color in the appearance panel which then also glitches out and resets it back to default appearance. By hitting undo and then trying again it seems to work but this is starting to hurt my productivity. It is kinda hard to replicate but its kinda random.

I am trying to use the online version of Photoshop. When I open any photo, no photo shows and the menu items are all light gray. What am I doing wrong?

In my last submission I uploaded a set of files as usual: 1 eps, 1 png and 1 svg, let's says it was 15 illustrations. For some reason, one of each(!) files was rejected, so image1.eps, image2.png and so on, with the same reason — Similar content in our collection. But why? And how? If there is similar content, all of the images (of the same illustration) would fall under that, but it's only one, and at random. So I assume the system automatically(?) accepted my images and then flaged the next one as similar to the previous one, that's the only explanation I can think of since each file type is different. What's the deal here and what do I even do?    [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

When creating a vertical hdr panorama of 4 photo, each one of them composed by 5 photo in hdr, I've highlight blown even if the information are all there in the underexposed shots. It seems like lightroom, when clicking hdr panorama tries to uniform the shot by lifting the shadows and burning the highlights of the composed photo. I've already checked that when clicking hdr panorama the "automatic settings" is NOT selected. Attached you can find the result. I've also tried first to created the single hdr, and then creating the panorama but the results are the same...

Cant use any generative functions, why is this. need a quick fix

im logged in to my Adobe Acrobat DC and im on the same computer that i bought it with but now it wont let me edit

I want help I don't need a bot or a forum. I want help. this is ridiculous how many pages do I need to go through to get help. this company has frauded me with a year annual subscription thing after a free trial. I don't want it it's almost useless. and I want to be done with it. this is am I just stuck paying the money and not being able to talk to any customer service this company scamming B2C is insane:

I have all the project files and the footages stored in an external hard disk. Created the project and start edit on MacOS. But when connect the same external hard disk to another computer (Windows OS), I have to re-link the clips one by one. It used to be able to relink all the footages automatically. I am sure that I have ticked the "Relink others automatically". I have tried to make all videos offline and relink them back once I have opened the project file, but unfortunately, i still have to relink the footages one by one. Is there any solution to this? I have like hundreds of footages to relink, i don't want to spend so much time to do it manually.

When trying to edit an image from within Lightroom Classic to Photoshop 2025 I am getting this message:When i click on Learn More in the error message it is telling me to re-install Adobe Photoshop 2025.  How do I re-install it?

Same experience, they come up with error report, 7 trys and no response. Also, no direct contact and getting the run around online. Very disappointed. I've heard on youtube about this dodgy part about trying to cancel their subscription.

I have had the email from Adobe saying my free trial plan is coming to an end and I can cancel or just leave as is and start paying. I have logged in and gone through to the correct place to cancel the plan but when I click the final button I get an error message and it doesn't finish the cancellation. The whole process is fine until this point so it seems very strange and In can't help but feel like it's a scam. See error message attached. Can someone tell me what to do as I have tried all morning so far and it's the same message. I tried on my phone and laptop.

I want to cancel my free trial for photoshop and creative cloud. Signed up for both today, but it's far from what I expected it to be. When I try to cancel via my profile page, it throws me an error at the end. Also tried to contact the chatbot, which seems to be out of service (I tried on 3 different devices). Already stating this here so I won't get charged for anything after this free trial ends and I'm not able to cancel. Who can help me out?

I have a big issue regarding my subscription, which I actually cancelled, but now it seems like after the trial period, they just kept the annual subscription. Since I am in a country using VPN to access my adobe, the customer support simply wont work. I cant find any adobe customer email, so I dont know how to reach anyone. Please someone from Adobe text me, provide me an E-Mail. Thank you.
