Solved

Hi, I have sent paperwork to one of our cohorts for them to sign but none of the learners recieved emails from Adobe, they have checked in their Junk and their Spam folders but they weren't in there.  They all work for the same company and have the same domain name, we do however have learners from the same company who have recieved these.  I have spoken to their IT department and they have said the following.  Adobesign isn't seeming to follow standard email security practices, and with the referenced rejected email this shows that they are not honouring their own email verification methods.  This means that the mails sent in to LCC are failing the DMARC checks as seen, however this isn't something that we would simply allow as a bypassed security measure due to the nature of the content which can come in via adobesign.  As an organisation, we are subject almost daily to phishing and scam messages which often use methods such as AdobeSign,

It's impossible to update Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop (and perhaps other associated software because of this). The attached message appears in all cases.

Is this a feature they've removed, or am I possibly on the wrong version? I've been using Firefly intermittantly and in the past have always shared theimages I wanted to keep with my libray. It makes it easy to catalog and use the images directly in Photoshop/Illustrator with minimal loss.  I came back to Firefly the other day, and the option to share to my library is missing. Istead, it seems I can open it directly in a web browser to edit or download it to my computer. I'm not interested in either of these options. I would much prefer to have it sent to my library.  I'm using Firefly 4, because I couldn't care less about generative fill. I edit the images more easily in Photoshop then tryingt o get the AI to interpet my prompts correctly.

Lr mobile, since last update Not possible to export more than one photo at a time

I cannot make a virtual copy of any image, the following error message occurs. LR Classic Win 11   [moved from bugs to discussions and to the correct community - Mod.]

So say that I have an icon that I animate on the Y-axis +40px, but instead of trying to hand key the other layer each time, is there an expression I can write to have the other layer move in the opposite Y direction the same amount of units (ex: -40px)?Thanks!

Hello there! On this Ukramedia video, he explains how he created a .CSV file on Excel and how he can batch render multiple clips on one click from AE using that .CSV file. In order to do so, around 9:54, he talks about a script that he created for this situation, and by using that script, he can batch render in one click multiple videos based on the rows inside the Excel file. Is there any way I could do this without his plugin? Another plugin will do the work as well, but I currently can't find anything like that. Most of the stuff I've found is how to link Texts from AE to columns on a .CSV file, but what I am looking for here is to export different versions of the same video with a different text. Thank you all! PS: an option on Premiere will do the work as well, but just wondering if I could do it on AE. Any other alternative without using a .CSV file will do the work too 🙌

....I have a copy of Photoshop CS2, but now on my new PC I'm stuck trying to instal it at the point ware I need to enter a "Authorization Code" for which I don't have.  I need to get this code so that I may proceed.

Hey, there's a problem that's been bothering me for a while. I saved a PSD, closed it and then opened it and there came these weird lines:https://s29.postimg.org/o2fwywvaf/IMG_9089.jpgHas anyone had this problem before? What did cause this problem?

Each time I try to apply changes to a masked area LRC (V.14.4) is changing the entire picture and not the selected area only.  I never had this problem on my older desk top versions or in the LR for mobile uses. I have windows 11 pro. Do you have an idea? Thanks!

Saved my Illustrator document PDF and added a new layer. Now I have to click this OK a hundred times to relink each instance of the PDF. This needs an "OK to all" or "Do not show this again" button.

I can not download my Premier Elements 12 in my account. What is the problem? Have you deleted it?

Hello Adobe Team,   First, I want to express my appreciation for the value I’ve received as a subscriber to the Photography Plan. It’s been an essential part of my creative journey, even as an amateur user. The accessibility and affordability of the $9.99/month plan played a significant role in my decision to choose Adobe over other options.   With the announced price changes, I understand that Adobe continues to invest in powerful AI features and other advancements that undoubtedly enhance Photoshop and Lightroom. However, I’d like to offer some feedback and comparisons to competitors that I hope will be helpful as you consider customer experiences and retention: 1. Competitor Pricing and Features: • Affinity Photo: A one-time purchase of $69.99 offers a robust editing platform. For many amateur users, this presents a cost-effective alternative without ongoing fees. • ON1 Photo RAW: At $7.99/month, it includes AI tools like culling and auto photo enhancement, which are incre

Just wanted to hear if the NFT tool is ready -- press releases said end of October. If so, how does it work?

Can I obtain the rendering box size and position of a text layer using UPX? By "rendering box," I mean the box that tightly surrounds the text (like the red box in the image). This concept is similar to "absoluteRenderBounds" in Figma. I'm developing a Photoshop plugin to convert Figma files to PSD format, and this information is essential for achieving precise text alignment.

Ok so I know about the afterOpen event and I think I understand how to use it, however, I don't understand how to make it open for a specific document.I don't want this script to run on every document that I open, I want to embed it in a documnt and then run it everytime I open that document. Is this possible?Perhaps run the script from scripts label?Or would I just put a script in the startup panel and then create a session script that checks the name of each document opened and then runs the script if I have a match? Thanks

Hello, I was wonder what would cause the Pen Tool to default to the "Combine Shapes" option in the Path operation? Whenever I use my Pen Tool, I need to have it set at "Exclude Overlapping Shapes" but something is causing it to always set back at "Combine Shapes". I am operating on a Windows machine.

Hello everyone,I was wondering if you could help me with a ‘Libraries’ panel issue in the Adobe Creative Cloud apps. Context:I work in a team of designers. We have noticed that some members of the team are affected by this issue whilst others in the team are not. We are all on the same Creative Cloud subscription type and are using computers of similar models and specs. We are Windows users. The issue began approximately around Feb. 18, 2025. The issue:We have noticed this libraries panel issue through our use of Adobe Illustrator. The issue presents itself in two ways: 1) When affected users open a library, a fraction of the thumbnails will load instantly while the majority of the library has blank thumbnails with a loading icon (these load either very slowly or not at all). Using the search bar to locate assets is not fully functional at this time. 2) Sometimes the whole libraries panel will freeze, and Illustrator has to be restarted to resolve the issue. Our aim
