Solved

Hello,I have issues integrating the adobe sign api into my companies application. I am new to acrobat and adobe sign so I do not understand the core infrastucture of the service and how adobe sign instances are separated. My main question at the moment is this:Where do I have to create an API Application?Implementing the adobe sign api was requested by one of our customers which has his own adobe sign instance (e.g. https://customer-dev.eu1.adobesign.com) but we are working on a solution that works for all customers including new ones in the future. Do my customers have to create their own api application and provide their client id and secret or does my company need an adobe account (e.g. on https://api.eu1.adobesign.com) and create the api application there once and than use it for all of our customers? Are these adobe sign instances strictly separate or can one instance use an api application of another instance? Thanks

Hello,We're investigating and testing workflows involving several people based on Lightroom Desktop/Cloud in the initial workflow and Lightroom Classic downstream in the process. Based on Adobe's documentation we thought we could "flow" images downstream to end up for final storage in LrC.Now it however seems that albums that have been shared with a user are not syncing from that person's Desktop/Cloud environment to Classic. The albums shared show up perfectly in Desktop/Cloud, but do not get synced to Classic. Other albums do sync.I could not find any settings, or mentioning of this online. Is this a known limitation of the syncing, or are we doing something wrong?Rgds,Björn

Why did I cancel my subscription but they are trying to take 350€ from me? please help me

Hi,I import photo's in LR Classic. I copy and convert to DNG and I make 1:1 previews as I import. When the import is finished everything looks ok but the meta data won't load. I have to close the program and restart. Than I can see the meta data and make changes. I am on the latest version Build [202506051112-5918896a]. Although this was the same with the older versions.Gr Toy Janssen

I have a publish online document with a video that uses multistate objects (basically I show a play button initially and when people click play then the video pops up - and then there is a close button to close the video and go back to the play button). It worked just fine previously.. I had a pc tuneup so updates were done including drivers, etc. Now when I am on that page I am able to click the initial play button and it pops up the video; however, the play button on the video is now greyed out. I attached images of the video details and screenshot of how it looks. No idea why it stopped working.Anyone have any idea how to resolve this? Thanks for your time!

Hi TeamWe have been buying licenses through Adobe VIP program last 10 years, few of our users are in other location adn it is been stating that those licenses are not valid or they should not use in other geo location which comes as compliance ?Our head office is in India, we have few locations in USA where in 80% of license are used in India and 20% are outside. We have been now asking us to move to high cost enterprise edition under agreement which we are interested.  We would like to know buying in India doesnt have rights to use other regions when my major work force is in India only ?

Hi, I am helping with a support ticket at my institution, and the client has used the auto function to prepare the form to print the text in the scrolling text fields. However, when the PDF prints, the font in these areas is too small to read.I cannot find a clear answer to fix the issue, so I am reaching out.How can they make sure the text isn't too small after using the auto function under Prepare Form? They are using Adobe Acrobat Pro through our institution's subscription to Creative Cloud.

Bonjour, Deux questions pratiques :1.

I live in Turkey at the moment, but the only debit card I can use to buy Adobe subscription is Thai. Is the correct way to purchase anything from Adobe would be to change my location to Thailand then, so that my billing info would match it? Could there be any technical problems installing it since I’m geographically in a different country?

Hello everyone, I hope to find someone who can tell me the reason for this problem I'm experiencing. When exporting the file from Photoshop, the file appears problem-free, but when opening the file, some problems appear, such as adding boxes or drawing outside the design. This is an image that illustrates the problem. I solved the problem by locking the file, but what I would like to know is the cause of the problem and whether there are hidden files in Photoshop.... file before export File after export

As someone who was forced to update their adobe express app on iOS, i cant express how dissapointed I am that i have to actually pay to resize a collage in this app. Not only that, I am stuck at a 1:1 aspect ratio?? Considering I pay you guys $120 a year for a photography package and cant easily do something as simple as this is incredibly dissapointing. This was never an issue with previous versions of Adobe Express.  Please tell me I am missing something here.

Hi, this is my first time posting, and I'm having trouble with the Search function on Adobe Acrobat. You can see in the image below that when I use the Search function, it no longer highlights the text in blue; it "highlights" the text searched by only changing the font color to navy blue (please see the word "promotion" on the second line below and contrast it with the rest of the text). It's very difficult to find anything this way, and everything I've seen implies that the Search highlight feature is not customizable. I'd love some help with it if someone could offer advice. I'm using a MacBook Pro. Thanks in advance!

I keep Acrobat 2020 (Classic) on my desktop because at some point Acrobat removed the scroll bars, (which is how I navigated with my Wacom pen.) Now, I need the latest version (2024 or 2025), so that I can use the most up-to-date Accessiblity tools. But when I go to the Creative Cloud app to download Acrobat, it shows the Open button (instead of Install or Update). When I hit the open button, nothing happens, because it probably thinks I already have it downloaded - which I do, just the 2020 Classic version. I have even went to adobe.com/acrobat/ website to download, and it give me the choice of Free Trial or Buy Now, but I have the Creative Suite on an Enterprise account with my employer.  I just keep going in circles trying to get the latest version, but all my attempts are futile. Can someone help with this issue?

I've been trying to start an animation in photoshop, and everything's on different, identified layers (articles of clothing, lineart, colors etc). I really just have one frame at this point. I need onion skins and have the layer organization, so I've made a 'video timeline'. The problem is that the layers my work is on aren't video layers, so they can't be different frame to frame--any edit changes them across all time, as opposed to video layers, which contain different content per frame and support onion skinning. I figure I could technically export each layer as gif then re-import but would lose layers and quality. Merging a layer with a video layer does not make the end result a working video layer. Please help me.

Hi J'arrive pas a supprimer mon compte pourquoi ?    [Le modérateur a déplacé le fil de discussion vers le bon forum.]

Dear Sir or Madam,I would like to share an issue I’ve encountered, as shown in the attached image.Currently, the stroke unit can be adjusted via the Preferences > Units > Stroke settings. It would be extremely helpful if this setting could also be made accessible directly from the Stroke panel as a shortcut. Being able to quickly switch between measurement units is particularly important for us during production workflows. Therefore, we kindly ask you to consider adding a shortcut to the Stroke panel for easier access to unit settings. Thank you for your attention and support. Best regards, Taylan Tekin

Hi, can anyone help with getting the phonographic copyright symbol in photoshop? Anything I try results in a box with an X in it?

Has anyone else been dealing with this issue since the update? I used to have no problem publishing an indesign document containing GIFS over any size. Now it appears any GIF over 10MB will not even appear in the document. How can I remedy this?  Image attached below for reference- the top gif does not appear as it is 11mb.    <Title renamed by moderator>

We received a callback request from Adobe eSign with the parameters: eventType=AUTO_CANCELLED_CONVERSION_PROBLEM and status=ABORTED. The AUTO_CANCELLED_CONVERSION_PROBLEM event indicates that the process was automatically cancelled due to a file conversion issue. This issue only occurs when using the API. We have identified limitations specifically related to converting .xlsx and .docx files to PDF, which results in the AUTO_CANCELLED_CONVERSION_PROBLEM error from Adobe's end. Although we upload .xlsx or .docx files, Adobe internally attempts to convert them to PDF. Could you please check and explain why this issue occurred in the API callback, and update me accordingly?

Hi.  I am new to the community and am not sure of the protocols.  I have an issue.  I was advised to try a preferences reset on my lightroom classic as it was slowing down sporadically.  Unfortunately this has broken my external hard drives links to the photographs (all the folders show with question marks), as I did not connect the hard drive when I performed the reset.  Is there a simple way to reverse this or to reconnect the links.  My catalogue is roughly 16000 photos (raw and jpeg).  Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.  I am working on windows.
