Solved

Hi all, I've got a weird problem hapening in Premiere version 23.0.0 (Build 63)Computer is a PCProcessor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900KS 3.40 GHzInstalled RAM 64.0 GBNvidia 3080 Card Colour grading SLog 3 footage, whenever I scrub the timeline or press play, the grade changes. Scopes shift and everything gains contrast and saturation. I've tried removing media cache files, restarting, using a different grade (tried with and without a LUT) but no fix as of yet. Some files have proxies which are turned off, others don't and both seem to be having the issue. First frame is the playhead not moving.  Second shot is the playhead scrubbing   The IRE vlaues shift as does the playback image leading to one very confused grade. Any fixes or advice would be appreciated. JK

I am on a Macbook Pro runing Big Sur and the latest versions of Lightroom and Photoshop.I have an Epson P900 printer and have installed Epson Print Layout.  The Print Layout workls as a stand alone program and interfaces with Lightroom as expected, but in Photoshop I am supposed to be able to open a selected image in the Print Layout software by clicking in Photoshop File/ Automate/ and then Epson Print Layout.  Epson Print Layout does not show up in the drop down menu.   Anyone else see this issue and have a fix?

Hello all, I wanted to ask if it is still possible to export ambient occlussion maps from substance painter, as after the recent update I can't seem to find a way to manually expost it anymore, and I am unsure which setting I have to change to bring back the ability to expoert the baked ambient occlussion map from the program to be used in other software like blender. Does anyone have an advice on where this setting can be found if it is still there? (I am using a PBR workflow in substance with openGL normals, andattempting to export with blender BSDF at the selected export setting currently)

Hello everyone, I would like to access the advanced printer settings for density and even print speed. I have the Brother PJ-883 and I need to print in low density. I am only getting the basic settings. Thanks in advance

Hi guys,Having renamed a file I sometimes need to find out the original file name so as not to delete its master by mistake - if the renamed file is a copy, or if it's a master to a copy used elsewhere. I think you get my point. Thanks a lot,Raphael

Hi all,Hope anyone could help me to resolve my Acrobat request e-sign Authentication failed issue. I do have the Enterprise licenses for Acrobat Pro with other service included Acrobat Sign.  After I selected the document, request e-sign, enter the email address and click on button "Specify where to sign" it shows Authentication failed.

サイドパネルにマーキーズームを常に表示したいのですが、空白部分を右クリックしても設定できるようなメニューが表示されません。（左クリックでも同様です）サイドパネルに表示するツールの編集方法を教えてください。

When an individual is copied (cc'd) on documents sent for signature via AdobeSign, there have been reports of inconsistent behavior. In some instances, the cc recipient receives the documents as email attachments, while in other cases, they receive only a link to view the documents. However, when a link is provided, it often does not work for the recipient.Could you help identify what might be causing this inconsistency, and why the link does not function properly for cc'd recipients?

When I print a PDF saved document is always prints on both sides of the paper.     How do I turn this off.

Hello, Is there a way to convert an image with a sRGB IEC61966-2.1 color profile to a DCI-P3 D65 Gamut With sRGB Transfer color profile? When I go to select a profile to convert to, it's not an available option as seen in the screenshot below. Is there a way to extract the DCI-P3 D65 Gamut With sRGB Transfer color profile from an image I have and then be able to use it when converting other images? 90% of my photos have the DCI-P3 D65 Gamut With sRGB Transfer color profile as seen in the screenshot below. I would like to convert my other photos so it says EXACTLY the same thing for the document profile. This is mainly me wanted everything exactly the same and not really making a difference otherwise. However, this is very important to me. Thank you,

Hello. I'm not sure if this comment belongs here or in the "bugs" forum, as the scope of the problem is general and likely a flaw more than a bug.   I'm an editor in longform documentary, so I work with dense and lengthy timelines, and I'm finding that the timeline navigation and playback is almost unusable in 24.4.1 & 24.5.   - playback stutters - scrubbing is delayed - moving around the timeline is very clunky and delayed (zooming in and out /  moving forwards and backwards) - *and most annoyingly, Alt+Scroll no longer accurately zooms into your cursor; particularly at the end of the timeline. It will only zoom into the center of the visible timeline.   24.3 (and earlier) didn't have any of these issues, and worked as I’ve long come to expect of Premiere Pro.   Myself and a community of editors working on docuseries in central Canada are all experiencing this, and have tried 24.5 on multiple suites with consistent results.   We hope that an effort is

I must be missing something obvious, but I can't find a way to sort folders or collections by date.  How do you do this? My folders have descriptive names. I have no interest in naming them by date.I would like the most recent at the top so that I could easily look back chronologically. This was dead easy in Aperture, but somehow I can't find sorting options for folders in Lightroom. Collections seems to allow sorting by name or by kind, but that doesn't help either. As it is now, if I want to find the photos I shot a few weeks ago, if I don't remember the wording I used, I have to go back to the Finder, sort by date, find the folder, remember the name, and then go back into Lightroom and look for it in the alphabetical list.

I've been creating fillable forms for my work. I've created guided actions with JavaScript to set a specific font and font size for all fields. When I select the guided action and 'start' I get the following security warning: "This operation required Acrobat to have write access to the filesystem. Do you want to allow this operation?" Should I allow this? Are there any security risks if I allow the operation and distribute the forms to my colleagues and the public? Cheers 🙂

Hi community,I have PS 26.7.0 installed. and also the latest PS Beta 26.8.0. when I create a new action and click on Select Subject (cloud version) while uploading steps, both photoshops freeze while progressing. And I can't get any further. Do you have the same problem? I don't know if it's a bug or it just doesn't work for me. Can you tell me if you have the same problem? I'm working on a MacBook 16" - 2023 Apple M3 Max RAM - 96 GB | macOS Sonoma v14.4Thank

why does the blend mode option go away when you make a layer 3d? is that on purpose? or a glitch? I Dont remember having this issue in After Effects 2023. i'm running AE 24.6.1 (Build 2)

Hey,First post in these forums, so bear with me... And please let me know if I need to provide any further information. When trying to use the Clone Stamp Tool, the tool itself works fine but I can no longer see the crosshair cursor indicating where I am stamping from (clone source). In the image attached I am cloning the bottle holding the cursor over the text (marked 1), so there should be a cursor/crosshair indicating where I am stamping from (marked 2). However, as you can see, there is not.(For some reason the circle outline around where I am cloning to disappears when taking the screenshot, but please ignore that.)In the screenshot I have selected clone source by Alt-Left Mouse Button, released Alt and I am holding the cursor over the text. As you can see, there is no crosshair cursor over the source area.Previously, this has worked fine, i.e. I have seen the crosshair showing where I am cloning from, and moving it while moving the stamp tool. I am not 100% sure when this problem
