Solved

I am running InDesign CC v17.4.  Drop-down menus are NOT working. I can sometimes get them to work by both right and left clicking - but any menu item with a sub-menu (spell check for example) will not work. PLEASE HELP! This has been happening for some time and is unacceptable! Tried looking for .plist files to delete, but do not see any for InDesign.

I have version 25.7 of photoshop ... but this has been going on before my last update... the recent files on my home screen are from years ago and will not update to match my recent files.... under file menu .... I do not use cloud to save my files, but I have a slight inkling these may have been saved there by accident ... but not the files I want to see

Hello,   i created a own preset in lightroom mobile. How can i save and export or share the preset?   Is it possible to save my preset as a Dng-File and send it to my friends?   I do not have the desktop version of lightroom. I only use lightroom mobile on IOS.   {Moderator Note: Edited the thread title}

OK - I upgraded to Illustator 2024, where ON EARTH did my open documnets along the top go? I could click between them ASAP and now I have to scoll to the bottom of the "window" tab? See attached pics

So here’s what’s going on:I started taking jobs through the Behance platform and linked my PayPal account. I’ve completed 3 projects so far, but I’ve never received the full amount I charged.I even paid for Behance Pro, specifically to avoid platform fees, but that doesn’t seem to change anything. On my most recent project, the final payment was supposed to be $210. But when the payment came through, I only saw $189. And after PayPal took their cut, I was left with just $176.That’s almost $50 gone.So where is that money going? If I’m paying for Behance Pro, why am I still losing this much? And more importantly, why did $30 vanish before it even hit my PayPal? Money just disappears between the invoice and what actually lands in my account.

I've been using the drawing tools to mark up a PDF, including the text hightlight, lines, rectangles, and ovals.  They were working just fine but suddenly new rectangles and ovals remain invisible after drawing them.  I can click in the area where they were placed and an outline box appears to let me edit their settings but they still remain invisible.  Changing the properties including thickness, colour, fill, etc, none will change this behaviour. The existing rectangles and ovals are still visible but not new ones.  I've tried on other documents and cannot create new ovals or rectangles.  Lines, arrows and other annotation tools seem to be still working.  I tried rebooting my pc and also the "Repair Installation" and still not fixed.Using Reader DC version 2019.010.20069

I have a Photoshop only subscription, and I've been happily running the 2018 version of Photoshop on my late 2015 Mac Mini for a while now. I've just bought a secondhand Macbook (also 2015) and I want to install Photoshop on that, but the Creative Cloud Desktop App tells me it is not compatible, and therefore doesn't give me the dropdown menu from which I could access older versions. I am running El Capitan (10.11) on both machines, so I don't see why I shouldn't be able to run the same version of Photoshop on both. Yes, I know El Capitan is ancient but please don't tell me to upgrade because there are other reasons why I can't. Does anyone know of a workaround? I tried just copying the files from my Mac Mini's Application folder over to my Macbook, but unsurprisingly that didn't work. Thanks.

Hi, I've been editing a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (Windows 10) by adding comments and markup. When I finished and went to save it, I received an error message: "The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (14)." Ctrl+i gives the detail "Expected a dict object." I've tried searching online for a solution, but it seems they all involve finding another way to open or copy the document; the focus is on making it viewable, not savable. That's not the problem I'm having. I need to know how to save this file without closing it and losing all the comments and markup I've spent hours adding. Can anyone help? Thank you!

Have purchased new desktop. Premiere will not import any video files. Photo files or audio files are ok. Have cleared and moved cache files. Removed all plugins. Other video editing programs are ok. Not working on either 2023 or 2025 version. Everything worked ok on previous desktop. Any suggestions please? Many thanks.

The only solution I can find is uninstall/reinstall.  Have done that.  Still get error 140000.  Vulnerabilities in password is a serious thing.  I would definitely like to keep up to date with patches.  No help available on this so far.

Dear Adobe Support Team,I am a free user of Adobe Firefly. However, I am currently unable to view my available Generative Credits.I have logged into the Firefly platform and checked both the profile menu and the account management page, but I do not see any section showing my remaining Generative Credits.According to the official information, free users should receive 25 Generative Credits per month.Could you please assist me in confirming whether my account is eligible and advise me on how I can correctly view my Generative Credits? In addition, when I attempt to use the "Text to Image" feature, it automatically uses the "Image 4" model and prompts me to start a trial, stating that I only have 10 generation attempts available.I would like to know if this is expected behavior for free users, and whether I can access the basic "Text to Image" feature without being limited to this 10-time trial.Thank you for your assistance and clarification.Best regards,

I want to develop a premier pro plugin like Mister Horse . I don't know how to set up and environment and test it . If anyone could give proper answer  or helps me . After building i will give the plugin free to you .

I have Acrobat DC installed as my default PDF software.  I previously used Foxit Phantom, which is still installed on my desktop computer running Windows 10 Pro, but is not the default PDF software and is not running.  In many instances, PDF files will not open in Acrobat DC, but when I then try to open them with Foxit, I have no problem.

Hi everyone,    2022 Macbook Air M2 user, Sequoia 15.3.2, Premiere Pro 25.2.3   Outcome needed: I'm trying to set up Premiere Pro so that my scratch disk is on an external SSD.    Problem: The scratch disk preferences pane is missing from my preferences. All searching (including on the Adobe site) says it should be there in my preferences, but it is not. I've reset my prefs, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've updated. Everything I've found says it should be there.   I've attached a screenshot of my prefs window showing no scratch disk setting/menu option Any advice would be appreciated.    Rolly

Hi all, I have an Adobe PDF file with multiple pages and I would like to remove some sensitive information by using the redact tool. When I select some text, mark it for redaction and apply redaction, this redaction is applied on (almost) all pages of my document, while I just wish to have it on the one page. On the other pages I have different areas I wish to redact, not the same one. I know there's a functionality to apply redaction to all pages, but I didn't check this. I don't see an option to uncheck this, so I also can't make sure it's disabled. I've even tried to enable it and then in 'page selection' filled in that specific page. It still applied it to almost all pages. I've read in another post that I needed to save the document as an Adobe PDF instead of just saving as PDF. I've done this, still have the same problem. I've been trying to make this work way too long now and I feel like I've tried everything! I hope someone can help and let me know how I can get this

I have many PDFs of academic articles that I have highlighted in the desktop version of Acrobat, but when I open any of the PDFs in the iPad application, the highlights and notes aren't shown, and I can't add any new highlights. The highlights are visible in the iPad files preview (I store all of my files in iCloud).  I have updated the app, deleted it and reinstalled it, and signed out and into my account.   This is driving me crazy and slowing down my dissertation writing process.

how can I gut the pink path from the black - so the black looks cut out?

I catalog my folders by year and then inside, by date of shoot. For some reason the last few folders for December of last year are not showing in Lightroom Library view. I've heard that Lightroom on Windows only allows 1600 folders in a folder. Is that true also for a Mac? The folders are there, and were cataloged at the times of the shoots but now they do not show up. Can I repair this or do I need to use a work-around using another program to view the folders? Any suggestion to how to fix this so I can see the folders and images that are there?
