Solved

Hi,I am receiving the error message: "The getSpMetadataForAdmin method was not found." when I click on an existing SP to edit it. I also get the message when I add a new SP. It adds the SP but then throws the error when try to display it. Adding and editing an IDP is fine. I am on CF 2021 Standard. I upgraded to update 12 from 5 and changed the JVM to 11.0.26 and uninstalled and reinstalled the SAML package to try to fix this but I still get the error. It seems manually modifying the neo-saml.xml file does not work either without restarting CF, but that is still unclear. Has anyone else experienced this or know how I can fix it?Thanks,Dom

Great to see the bullet feature finally being added to Illustrator, but how do I chnage the bullet color? Thanks in advance,Liviu

Heya!I haven't been able to find an existing answer, so here is my problem. I have a series of shapes that I need filled with a pattern; I also need the pattern to be scaled and rotated to be more or less parallel to the edge (see the rightmost section of image attached); the contour of the whole shape is one object, with divider lines added. It is separated into three live paint groups (left, middle two, right). I've filled the right section first, and immediately rotated and scaled the texture (via rotate and scale menus). I then proceeded to fill the remaining two sections; however now I can't rotate or scale them individually, the pattern within the entire shape moves.I've tried selecting the anchor points surrounding a section, using live paint select. I suppose I can break it into individual shapes, but I wonder if there is a more elegant solution. Thanks!

I am looking to accomplish a seemingly very simple effect.I assume this was created using an envelope distort.(Though if there is another/better way I am all ears!)However, when I use envelope distort, it comes out like this.I think I could resolve the issue by adjusting the mesh, but I can't break the handles apart. This is all especially frustrating because I can't seem to find anyone else with the issue. For example, here is a video of envelope distort being used with more extreme angles, and none of the issues I am having. How to Fill a Shape with Text Using "Envelope Distort" in Adobe Illustrator - YouTube Any advice?

For some reason some photos are not in my catalog. They were there a few months ago and I did edits and exported. I should have 352 photos, but on the bottom it says 329 of 352 as seen in the following screen shot:  The images are in the proper place on my disk. I know exactly which ones are missing since I've exported them a few months ago. There's no filters on in Lightroom either. When I search a file name in Lightroom, nothing shows up. I tried reimporting, but it looks like they're already in the catalog and doesn't let me import.  Anyone have any idea what's going on?

I have a form I created from excel into a fillable PDF in Acrobat Pro DC and have been noticing a trend when the form is filled in and returned to me. When I receive an email with the form I can preview the PDF and it shows that the fields are correctly filled in. However, when I open, or save, or print the PDF the fields are blank. If i click into one of the fields it will show me the data, but the text is illegiable as the font appears to duplicate over itself multiple times. And it only shows you one field. If you click into another field the previous one goes blank again. In most cases the signature field is the only one that remains on the page. Today is the first time that even the signature was blank. This has happened many times but I've always chalked it up to user error to be honest. However, it keeps happening that it just can't be. I would like to find a solution.

Please help me add special characters and symbols onto my adobe acrobat.

I have a weird bug... I wanted to slighlty nudge some elements in a composition and was suprised when it deleted the elements I was trying to move. So here's the behavior I observed :When I press the right or up arrow key the selected layer disapear but it doesn't delete. I can still see it in the layer panel. And the left and down arrow brings it back... I attached a screen capture of the behavior.

My dissolve under Blend Mode is missing. It's also not in Effects panel, etc.

I have a complex form that's been completed by multiple parties in a team and now needs to be sent for approval by others via an Adobe Sign workflow.  Trouble is, Adobe Sign re-examines all the fields and takes the Signer through every fillable field before they get to the Signature page.  Adobe Sign is also flagging format issues with some fields - dates, for example, because it's expecting all dates in US format MMM dd, YY when our fields are set to the Australian standard of dd-MMM-yy.  There's also a mismatch between the way Acrobat formats for fields containing percentages works compared to Adobe Sign.  All of which could be overcome if I could find a way to get existing fields ignored. Is there some way to tell Adobe Sign to ignore existing document fields?  That would save a whole lot of heartache.

Can someone please explain to me how to use the green screen in videos I have not found any instructions anywhere

Hello, I heard that Premiere Pro supports 10bit 4:2:2 video encoding acceleration of RTX 5090. However, I don't see any encoding performance difference between RTX 5090 and RTX 3090 with my 14mins Canon R5 8K Raw video footage. It takes almost 3hours to encode with RTX 5090 as well. I would like to know about this issue.

When will Radeon Pro 460 be supported for GPU acceleration in After Effects?

Is there a way in Admin Portal to monitor the usage of Acrobat Pro license users? Thank you.

Not sure if this is the correct way to submit a feature request. The Feature Request page (https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html) seems to redirect requests for the Admin Console to this forum. We are interested in seeing if a License Usage report can be added to the Adobe Admin Console. It would be great to have a way to generate a usage report to help reallocate license to users that would need it the most. Let me know if this is not the correct location to submit a feature reuest.

Hi,Using LR CC (Windows) for more than a year now, I now faced the problem that LR does not import & copy all of the photos from an external card reader (CF card) to the internal hard disk. For whatever reason, approx. 30 images out of 500 were simply not imported & copied (physically not on the internal HDD, nor in the catalog). All of the images are CR2 files and no error message showed up.However, when I tried to import the missing images while using the function "don't import suspected duplicates" (i.e. only import new files), LR does not show any images. In other words the LR catalog seems to regard the missing images as properly imported files, but they aren't.Also, when deleting images from catalog and HDD and trying to reimport them, LR doesn't recognize these images as new files but continues to treat these images as already imported files (duplicates).Thank you for any help.OlivierMy system : Windows 10, newest LR version, 32 MB Ram, core I7, AMD Radeon R7

In the past, I have been able to connect my Canon R6 and or connect a card reader directly to my phone or iPad Pro and hit the add images Button. It would then access the card or camera and show me all the thumbnails as a preview that I can select to import. For the past month or so all of the images are great out, so I cannot see the preview. I can select them, but I cannot see them.when I connect my device or card reader to my laptop, there is no problem. My workflow includes on the go editing and it's very convenient to be able to do this on my phone and or iPad Pro.       I have since having this issue deleted like remote and reinstalled and I have gotten a new phone which has reinstalled. I also have the codec from normal raw to Craw just to see if there was a difference and there is not.

Hi everyone,I have a textbox with disappearing text and want to calculate the absolute value of another textbox. I added a custom calculation script in Properties > Calculate, but it overrides the disappearing text and shows "0" when there's nothing to calculate. I tried doing a nested if statement in the Calculate and Format sections, but I get NaN (which makes sense).  I included the scripts I used for each thing; the disappearing text script worked before I added the absolute value calculation. Is there a way to have a textbox display disappearing text when the calculated value is "0"? Thanks!//Absolute Value Calculation in Properties > Calculate event.value = Math.abs(Number(this.getField("($) Gross Up").valueAsString)); //Disappearing Text script in Properties > Format > Custom Format Script if (!event.value) { event.value = "$ Gross Up" ; event.target.display = display.noPrint; else { event.target.textColor = color.black; event.target.display = display

Hello,   Please help. 🙏   I have photoshop elements 2025.   I try to batch processing RAW files, but want to edit the photos myself using "quick" mode, and not "advanced" or the limited options which are set under "actions".   How can I edit RAW file, change it by using "quick" mode, and apply the same changes to multiple files?   "Automated tools" is grayed out.   Thank you!   [Mod: Moved to the Photoshop Elements forum]

Hello All, I would like to ask you what is wrong with my photo. It was rejected because of problems with quality. Is the problem that the flower is not sharp enough in all parts? Or the white balance is wrong?I'd appreciate any hint.

I have some artwork that i want to have the gradient follow the top part of the art.  The gradient should folllow the direction of the arrows ( i just put those in there for reference).
