Solved

Hi. I need some help please. Every month my employer sends me an email with a link to their servers where I can download my payslip (in pdf file).  I usually download it and open it on my phone. The file is password protected. Today (when I wanted to see a payslip from two months ago) I downloaded it again from their servers and it was altered. They modified some stuff in it. They screwed something up and now they obviously want to destroy the evidence. Wait for it. I then found the same payslip that I downloaded it to my phone two months ago and it was altered as well. How the hell can they do that? Did they hack my phone somehow? How can I see the original file and expose them?  Unfortunately I don't have any screenshots of the original file. I thought the pdf file was safely stored on my phone.  I really appreciate your help,Mike

Hi! Suddenly MagicPicker plugin extension is launching as a blank panel in my Photoshop. It should look kinda like this (when I launch it from Window/Extensions):But it looks like this:It started yesterday, before that it was working with no problems. Do you have any ideas what could have changed? I tried updating, restarting, cleaning - nothing helps!

In Multitrack mode, we can set effects on the effects rack to apply to a specific clip, and effects to apply to a specific track. I was wondering which set of effects gets applied first during playback, the clip effects or the track effects?E.g. if I have a De-Esser in a clip's Clip Effects and a Parametric EQ in track effects on the same track which my clip is placed in, does the De-Esser get applied before the Parametric EQ or vice versa?

I created a panorama of several photos that are 61 megapixels each. Then I tried to edit the composite with Camera Raw (using the CR plugin from within Photoshop). The following error message appears: The image size exceeds the maximum of 536.9MP or 65000 pixels on the long side supported by Camera Raw. Ok, so I decide to crop the image a bit. Now the resolution is 27961 by 16251 pixels. According to my calculations that should equate to about 454 megapixels. Yet, Camera Raw keeps showing the same message. I have save the cropped version as a new file, restarted Photoshop, even tried in the beta version of Photoshop, but it doesn't matter. Camera Raw still thinks the image is too big, even though it isn't. Any idea what could be the issue? I guess I can cut up the image in several parts and copy the smart edits, but I would prefer not to, especially since I believe the image should fall within the required parameters. Oh, and I'm on the latest versions of both

Hi community! I have a question: I made a video of a tech product, basically made of two screens and a white plastic support. To avoid reflections, I darkened the room. Now, the background in the video is too dark, and I need to recalibrate the lighting to make it look artificial. I tried using masks. They seem to work, but it’s a long process since the lighting conditions changed during my shooting. (Did not quite had time to set the whole room!) Does anyone have a better solution to suggest? Thanks a lot to anyone who replies!

Recently, I’ve had a problem exporting images. When exporting an image of a clear blue sky, the resulting jpg file has waves of blue or banding that are non-existent in the original file. I’ve experimented with the Output Sharpening Amount – low, medium, high – with the same result. Files are being used in a Wordpress blog, but I see the banding in the jpg file before uploading. Here are the export settings I’m using: Windows 10, version 22H2Lightroom classic ver – 12.1

I was playing with my grandson in Photoshop & he made a wild swipe with the wacom pen & moved the tool box. Thing is, I can't seem to move it back! There doesn't seem to be a single spare pixel at the top which I can pick-up to move it. But he managed it without even trying! 🤣 (No, I haven't saved my workspace, sadly.) The palette I use looks like this:

Hello all, I've been trying to cancel my plan for creative cloud but there's no cancellation button anywhere. The account is on my school email but I'm paying for it and I just can't find anyway to cancel it on my account pages. The option just doesn't show up. This is extremely frustrating as I have no more use for it but I can't cancel. I'm paying for the annua plan but I'm willing to pay the cancellation fee for it to just go away.

I am creating an ad for a magazine and they asked for it to be in CMYK. I understand that of course.  But they said it should be in the Color Profile Isocoated V52... however I do not see this in my list of options. How do I change the Color Profile to match this?Cheers in advance,Kenn.

I want to add effects to my subtitles such as a zoom in when it appears or shakiness when the text is in frame, but when I try to add any effects to the subtitle layer, it won't let me. There's no effects window for the subtitle layer, either. I'm very confused by this. It seems it should be simple to add these effects, and I'm not sure why I can't. At the very least I feel that I should be able to convert the subtitles to regular text so I can edit it that way, but there is no way to do that-- I've tried exporting as a .SRT and re-importing but it puts it on the subtitle layer. Any workarounds you've found? I want to put animations on my text without having to manually type out the whole video.

Right now, Adobe Express only publishes the first page of a multi-page project when scheduling to social platforms.I’d love to be able to share all pages (like a carousel or multi-image post) directly from within Adobe Express. That way, creators don’t need to manually export each page and re-upload them elsewhere. It would be a huge time-saver if we could:Select which pages to include in a scheduled postExport multiple pages at once as separate image files (PNG or JPG)Schedule multi-image posts across platforms (especially Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)This would help people using Adobe Express for content calendars and batch social media design.

Hello,I have A4 paper in my printer.I have scanned a musical score (portrait mode). I would like that by printing it, the content of the musical score could have a width of 160 mm (portrait mode). How to do it ?

Cordialement

Hello, I just updated my mac from to Sonoma to Sequoia, and when closing an unsaved document in Ps I can't hit CMD+Backspace for "Don't Save" like I used to. In other apps the (mac standard) shortcut still works, but it doesn't in Photoshop 2025. I have been doing this for ages and it's really slow/annoying to have to move the mouse instead of just using the keyboard. Is there some setting I'm missing? PS: I'm aware of the systemwide setting that allows to navigate dialog buttons using "Tab", but it doesn't quite cut it for me, as I prefer having a specific shortcut that I can quickly hit with muscle memory. Thanks for any help!
