2018 intel mac minimacOS 13 ventura (occurred with macOS 12.xx too) Ever since the released of ps2022 and beyond, keyboard shortcuts do not behave consistently. In one good bit of news, ps2023 has this occur far less often but it still remains roughly 20% of the time. What is happening is when I press my shortcut key, the icon in the tool bar will darken (as if pressed) but as soon as I release the key, the tool I want will deselect and return to the tool I'm currently using. To resolve this, I tap the keyboard shortcut for the tool I want many times quickly. Then it will stick. It primarly affects all brush tools. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all adobe cc apps with no luck. I have deleted ps preferences with no luck as well. I have tried another keyboard thinking the one I'm using might be defective somehow, but the bug remains.Edit 12/6/22 - This is a "feature" added in photoshop versions after 2021. I have unchecked the box for "Spring-loaded Tool Shortcuts" and now PS is

I am having issues with this script. The custom calucation scirpt that I put in is correct and when I go to preview and drop down my first box and click on a product the second box next to it changes to the formula I am needing. BUT when I go to the drop down on the second box and click on the correct option it goes back to the first product typed in the options of that product. It won't let me choose another one in the drop down menu.. I am hoping someone can help me with this. Sorry if this kind of confusing I am trying to word this in the best way possible. I have also attached a screen shot of the first dropdown and second dropdown.

I wonder if someone could help me to make simple script wich take layer's names and making list from them on A4 canvas. Now i just doing screenshot of illustrator list and modifying it via photoshop to print, but it is too small, because each ai file has about 25 - 50 layers.Looks like that:I tryed to modify John Wundes script, wich renders list of swatches, but it seems to hard for my skill./////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Render Swatch Legend v1.1 -- CS, CS2, CS3, CS4, CS5//>=--------------------------------------////  This script will generate a legend of rectangles for every swatch in the main swatches palette.//  You can configure spacing and value display by configuring the variables at the top//  of the script. //   update: v1.1 now tests color brightness and renders a white label if the color is dark.//>=--------------------------------------// JS code (c) copyright: John Wundes ( john@wundes.com ) www.wundes.com/

I am using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. I am trying to create a stamp with a white background. For some reason, every stamp I create has a transparent background.I type the text in either MS Word or WordPerfect and save as a PDF.In Acrobat, I crop the PDF to the include only the text I was as the stamp. Then, in Acrobat, I click "Custom Stamps," "Create Custom Stamps," and select the PDF file I saved above. When I use the stamp, it has a transparent background. In the past, the background was white and I had to take extra steps to make a stamp with a transparent background.Did something change? Am I doing something wrong? This used to be really easy, and now I am at a loss. I have tried on both my office and home computer with the same results.Thank you in advance for any help. This is my first post, I apologize if I picked the wrong forum. I tried unsuccessfully to find the answer in either the forum or in general with Google. All my search results show how to create a transparent stamp.

Hi All, hoping someone can help.So I have come back to finish editing my hubby's book after a hiatus of a few months, I think there has been at least one update in the intervening time. I had been making the corrections I had recently worked on then looked down and suddenly realised that the page numbers were all wrong. Attached is a screen shot to demonstrate. The Book panel and the styles panel show the correct number, which in this example is page 19, but the number on the actual document in question is "1". All the files before this are numbered correctly, but all the chapters after this start at "1" , and not the number given in the book panel. Any help would be much appreciated. I will contine in the meantime to follow up on a few discussions I've found here, but so far, everything suggested is about the updating of number in the book panel.  Thanks In Advance [I hit the "How to" Topic as none of the others seem to be applicable to my issue, unl

I work at a publishing company. One of the challenges is having a student edition version with teacher answers. A solution we've been using is creating teacher answers on a separate layer. However, alignment issues and spacing issues always appear. In the past, I worked with another publishing company that used conditional text. It's cleaner and easier to use. However, when I attempted to use this approach, I noticed it does not work with the plug-in, MathTools. Any conditional text that has MathTools styles applied either crashed the program when turning on/off the condition or reverted back to (Unconditional). Is there any way MathTools can be utilized with the Conditional Text feature in InDesign? Help, please!

I'm having issues with my Dell Precision 5770 Workstation Laptop: despite having a dedicated graphic card as well as the processor integrated graphics, Illustrator says "Compatible GPU not available" on Performance tab in Preferences (see screencap)   Below my system configuration:Windows 11 Education (OS Build 22621.1702)Intel Core i7-12800 (12th Gen.) 2.4 GHz Intel Iris Xe Integrated Graphic (Version: 31.0.101.4032), 1 GBNVIDIA RTX A3000 (Version 31.0.15.2889), 12 GBRAM: 32GB   By the way, I already tried updating the video driver for the dedicated and integrated graphics hardware.  Now Adobe is the leader on the design software market, as well as Ilustrator being the most used vector software in the world: I'm certain that the community or the development team have a fix for this issue or at least is working on it. I at least hope, since Windows 11 was released almost 2 years ago (19 months exactly). Any help would be greatly ap

I've created a fillable form in Adobe which requires a signature. When I created the form I added a signature field, check boxes and a dropdown list. When this form is saved and downloaded as a PDF then sent to another individual in PDF format the form only allows the option to click the check boxes and select from the dropdown list. No field displays requiring a signature, nor the ability to even write where the signature field was assigned. Does the form have to be sent through Adobe in order for the signature field to display? Am I not able to download a PDF copy of the form and send via email? Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Version: 21.0.1  Mac OS 10.15.1   Trying to insert an Emoji via the glyphs panel, into a text box, and all I get are "Wingdings" in the text box. The result is the same whether I use the "EmojiOne" pallette, or the "Apple Color Emoji" pallette. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I am trying to get LR6 validated on an older mac running MacOS Mojave.  I installed from a CD and used the serial number on the package.  Upon launching it wants me to validate my Adobe ID on a browser which works fine, returning to the Adobe Application Manager it wants to validate but on selecting Validate it reports "please connect to the internet to validate your serial number."I have researched this on this forum and can confirm all the advice in https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html has been followed:I can connect to the application servers (I get a pong)I have reset my hosts file (it didn't have any adobe entries anyway)I've verified that I can connect to secure sitesI've verified that my GlobalSign Root CA certificat is active and valid...all to no avail.  Any further help would be appreciated.

The meaning for Mask in Cambridge dictionary is FACE COVER. That means it hides. But in Ae mask means everything is hiden outside the masking region. That means inverse meaning in Ae. What is the reason for that?

Did Adobe remove the ability to rotate the brush using a keyboard shortcut while using the Clone Stamp tool? I can only find shortcuts for changing brush size and hardness, but rotation is missing—even in the keyboard shortcuts settings. When cloning complex areas, this is essential—like along the edge of a strap or a shirt.

Just discovered when using the Remove Tool in PS Beta (26.6) I am unable to increase image size in Navigator slider, once an object is selected. However, I can using the keyboard Shift + "+" key.

I have 40 pdfs that I only need the first page combined into 1 pdf. It is a pain to open and select or drag and drop or extract each single page and then combine them together. Other PDF tools I have used allowed you to select the pages and combine in 1 step.
