I had to upgrade to Lightroom Classic 14.2. Now I cannot import any of my valuable User Presets that took me hours to develop. When I import an *.lrcat backup file, they won't show up. When I try to import the *.xmp files directly from Lightroom Settings/Settings, I get a notification "Unable to import presets / All items were already imported." But I cannot see them anywhere and cannot use them. what has gone wrong?Thanks"

I need to cancel my subscription. It's says I have a due payment. But I can't find anything on my account. My debit card is blocked due to this

I don't understand why Adobe doesn't notice my payment habits, because they always forcefully want to deduct the subscription at the end of the month, but I can only satisfy them in 4 ways5, and I even tried many suggestions, including threats, but only those who understood English there considered whether I should still pay for such a brutal increase . At 73 years old, I can't really risk that much, because there are months when I don't even use it. [Edited by Moderator]

Hello friends, I am trying to automate a task in our office. I want to move to every layer above in point. At each point it stops, there is a staggered text field that I want to overlay on the frame at that time. I came up with this script but cannot get it to save the Photoshop file. Could someone with experience take a look. Any help or suggestions welcome. Thanksif (app.project.activeItem != null && app.project.activeItem instanceof CompItem) { var comp = app.project.activeItem; var selectedLayers = comp.selectedLayers; if (selectedLayers.length === 1) { app.beginUndoGroup("Move Up Through InPoints"); var currentLayer = selectedLayers[0]; var fileIndex = 1; // Start file index while (currentLayer.index > 1) { // Get layer above var layerAbove = comp.layer(currentLayer.index - 1); // Move playhead to layerAbove's inPoint comp.time = layerAbove.inP

Ever since the Illustrator 29.4 update, my documents are taking way too long to save. It doesn't seem to matter whether the docment being saved is complex or comically simple. The pattern of behavior is consistent:I save the document (command - s).The system waiting icon (beachball) shows for 20 to 30 seconds.The tab text for the document being saved finally changes to "Document Title @ 100% (CYMK/Preview) Saving..." for a brief moment, and...The document is saved. The delay in step 2 is the new wrinkle. I'm running Illustrator 29.4 on an Intel iMac 2020 with MacOS Sequoia 15.3.2. The Activity Monitor shows that there is plenty of memory available. During the save delay, the Activity Monitor briefly shows Adobe Illustrator in a "not responding" state. All the documents that I'm working with are all being saved in Illustrator 2020 format (.ai) without PDF compatibility checked, and they all exhibit the delay at save time. I've already tried restarting Illustrator and restartin

My Camera Raw was updated today and now I am noticing the colors and temprature of my images are different between the Library view and Developer Module.  The library and Navigator preview in the developer module are significantly warmer than the developer view. When opening the same image in Photoshop or even exporting the image it appears the library view is accurate not the develop module. I have checked all settings for changes but none were made other than the last update. I am not able to accurately edit images at this time. Ideas?

How do I hide the preview thumbnail in the Project panel? It eats up a lot of valuable real estate. I see how to disable the thumbnails in Preferences, but not how to hide the preview area (which I don't need once I've  disabled the thumbnails):

I've come across a bug in the latest version of Premiere Pro (V25.1), it's pretty simple.  It occurs when I add an adjustment layer above all of my video tracks (4 cameras each on a separate track) AND add an instance of lumetri to do a final global adjustment on all video clips.  The bug manifests when I encode the video either straight from premiere or from Media Encoder, same result.  The result is that an encode that normally takes about 10-12 minutes for a 4 minute video now takes 5-6 hours.  If I turn off the adjustment layer or disable the associated instance of lumetri the encode operates normally.  If I turn it back on we're back to a 5-6 hour encode.  I have reverted to V25 and the bug does not exist there so I am able to encode normally.  BTW I have also tried rolling back Media Encoder to the previous version and the above mentioned behavior still persists so I'm certain the issue is NOT with Media Encoder.   Has anyone else expe

Wondering if someone can assist with this problem. Our workplace has installed InDesign for me on a Windows based computer. The QR code generator works well for others in the office (Mac users). For me, it is producing thick lines and I cannot see how to adjust them. The QR code still works but it looks wonky ... more like a blob. How can I fix this?Me: vs. colleague

Hello everybodyCan we expect one day to have an application able to use the catalogs created by PSE (and why not commun for all  Adobe photos apps) ? Such an app  could be distributed to members of families or communities and woul allow them  to benefit from the "Organizer" features :  sort off  "search and read only" without having to buy the whole PSE. I have worked thousand of hours to document more than 50000 family history  photos (dates, locations, persons, events, tags of any sorts ..) and fear that all work will become unexploitable some day . On commercial side for Adobe, it could be profitable because of the large number of potential sells despite a cheaper price per unity. And in fact only few users of the catalogs would be ready to buy a full license of PSE. Is this wish shared by the communnity ? Has Adobe any position on this ?  Alain

Hi All, I have recently been importing some .psd file, however unfortualtely a number of these are not showing any thumbnail previews. This also causes problems when attempting to assign keywords.    {Thread renamed by moderator}

This one has me stumped.  I have four checkboxes named A, B, C and D.  I also have a text field that is formatted for numbers.  Two of the four check boxes will alway be checked.  If I check the A checkbox and C checkbox OR the A checkbox and the D checkbox, I want the number 0 to appear in the Numbers text field.  If I check the B checkbox and the C checkbox, I want the number 500 to appear in the Numbers text field.  If I check the B checkbox and the D checkbox, I want the number 800 to appear in the Numbers text field.  Thanks for any help with this.
