Hi. I'm brand new to editing forms directly in Adobe, and have even less java experience. I've inherited a form someone else set up, and am trying to fix a bad calculation. Well, actually, to add a calucation. The form is used to request refunds of prepaid admittance fees to an event. It allows you to add up to ten people, depending upon how many you originally registered. Refunds are supposed to cost a $10 per person processing fee. The form creator added ten fields named "Amount1" to "Amount10". They did a calculation for "AmountTotal" using the formula of "Value is the sum (+) of the following fields" and then listed the 10 AmountX fieldnames separated by commas. They then added a field named "AmountLess Processing Fee", but did not add a formula. It currently is hard coded to -$10.  Then they created a field named "AmountRefund Due", with a formula of "Value is the sum (+) of the following fields: AmountTotal, AmountLess Processing Fee". If there is more than one person o

Hey all, installing the NDI tools and nothing is showing up with CC2020.  I've attempted all the fixes listed here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/character-animator/ndi-doesn-t-show-up-in-character-animator/m-p/9179654#M2951  But still not seeing the NDI plugins anywhere on the CC file system.  Is there a bug with NDI and 2020?

Hello, Starting today, I've noticed Acrobat is not displaying PDFs properly. It looks like all text is missing. However, the PDFs display perfectly fine using other PDF programs (even Acrobat Reader!). This happens when printing to PDF from a browser, however it doesn't seem to matter which browser is used. See attached file which shows screenshot of PDF printout of adobe.com homepage in both Acrobat and Acrobat reader. Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. PDF printouts were working fine a few days ago. Any help would be massively appreciated!

Suddenly, today, three of my colleagues around the US with Presenter 7 licenses can no longer save PowerPoint files or work with Presenter.  All of us successfully created courses last week.We all get the "unexpected error" message telling us to "Try saving your work to a new file and restarting PowerPoint.  If the problem persists, consult the Help menu item..."  We get the message even if all we do is type one word on a slide and try to save the file.We cannot open the Presenter Help menu... the same error message pops up.So now we cannot save a PowerPoint file.  We cannot save a Presenter file.  We cannot record or import audio in Presenter.  No matter what we click on the Presenter toolbar, we get the same error message.  Nothing is working.Help!

Trying to export images to HDR JPEG XL, but most of them are getting woldy inaccurate color profiles and metadata applied.   LR should export with the "Rec. ITU-R BT.2100 PQ" HDR color space, but these images are getting a color space of "QuickTime 'nclc' Video (9,1,2)". Have never seen this color profile before. Attempting to re-export the images will not resolve the issue. This seems to occur with ~90% of the batch.   macOS 15.1.1 (24B91) with Lightroom Classic 14.0.1   [Moved from ‘Bugs’ to ‘Discussions’ by moderator, according to forum rules.]

HiI'm trying to find the coordinates for placing a new instance of a movie clip on the stage. When I manually place the movie clip, the coordinates are x = 216, y = 148 - which is what I'd expect. But to get it in approximately the same position on stage with code, I have to change the coordinates. The code I'm using is:var ant = new lib.ant() ant.x = 135 ant.y = 0 ant.scaleX = 0.15 ant.scaleY = 0.15 this.addChild(ant)Why is this? What are the coded coordinates relative to, if not the stage?Presumably the anchor point is the same whether it's placed manually or with code? Could it have anything to do with the fact that the movie clip is scaled? Thanks for any help.

In Premiere Pro 2024 and all previous versions, I used to click the 'source patching' selection an the far left of the timeline, and then whatever footage I'd paste in the timeline (using ctrl+V) it would appear on the layer that the source selection was activated on.   In Premiere Pro 2025, it places the pasted footage on random layers no matter what layer I have the source patchign set to.  Sometimes is the bottom layer, and sometimes the 3rd or 4th layer.I've also tried using the targeting selection next to it and that doesn't make any difference.  The only thing I can do is lock all layers from the bottom up to get the footage on the right layer, but this takes too long. The source selection tool still works for inserts and overrights from the source panel, but I can no longer use it to paste footage, like "control+V".   This was a feature I've probably used a million times in all previous versions.

Hello Adobe Communitity, I am unable to open the Lightroom classic app since last update, it crashes at start up when opening my current collection. Starting fresh with a new collection is oK. Any suggestion? thanks

Hi, I have been trying to install an earlier version of InDesign, since the newest is not compatible with my operation system. I have already checked the box for 'show older apps' in Preferences, but it won't show me the versions to install. What can I do?   [Moved from Community Help (which is about the forums) to a better forum... Mod][To find a forum for your program please start at https://community.adobe.com/]

I need to cut these two units often and frequently, is there a way to switch them quickly?Because I'm used to using dots for line spacing, I have a need for dots for pre and post paragraph spacing, but I need to use millimeters elsewhere.Just vertically. It would be great to have two units to choose from in some places.

I installed Camerara Raw 17.2 in Photoshop Elements 2025, it recognizes it, but it doesn't show me the new functions such as, for example, the one to remove reflections from images. Where am I wrong?

I'm not sure if this bug still exists in the latest versions of Adobe Illustrator. It's not critical, but it's annoying and can waste time while you're trying to figure out what's wrong. The issue is that when a project contains a lot of guide lines, and you delete one or several of them using Direct Selection instead of Selection, only the lines are removed—while the anchor points at the ends of the guides, as seen in the screenshot, remain. This doesn’t cause any issues during regular work, but when you try to export a large-format image—for example, 5 meters wide at 150 dpi or higher to PNG—the program would crash every time.Experiments showed that for some reason, Illustrator seemed to treat those leftover points as part of the artwork and couldn’t handle the load, especially on a canvas size of 5780×5780 mm, even if your design was much smaller on one side. Of course, this depends on the complexity and size of the project, the number of elements, etc. If your layout start

Pie chart only works in greyscale which is not very usable. If I switch it to RGB or CMYK and apply data to it all sections are are made with foreground color, effectively making a solid circle. This seems like a bug. I can't find information on anybody else having this problem.

Hello everyone,  I'm running Photoshop Elements 2025 on a 2021 MacBook Pro with Apple M1 chip. I have an external monitor connected to the MB.  When I open Elements, the screen opens on the external monitor and is "stuck" to the top of the monitor.  I cannot move Elements to my laptop screen, nor am I able to drag a corner or side of the screen to make it larger or smaller or change its shape.   All commands within Elements do what they should, but Elements itself doesn't respond to the dragging arrow.  The problem is present whether I use a mouse or the trackpad.  Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?  Thanks!

Hello all, I am importing an HTML file to convert it to PDF. However, when the conversion is complete, the output appears on two pages, and I would like it to fit on a single page. Can someone please help me with this? Thank you!

Hi all,I have a clean install of the latest version of Painter. All I did was set the color management to OpenColorIO and import a mesh with baked maps.I then applied a fill layer and used a hex code to set a specific color. As you can see in the image, the colors don’t match. The hex code from the website, which should be correct as far as I know, appears significantly different in Painter—both in the Fill Properties and on the mesh itself.Ignore the second fill layer, it has no effect in this example. So, why is this happening? What could be causing this behavior, and how do I fix it?

Hi there. How can I find out what Premiere Pro version supports Mac OS Mojave and High Sierra? I suppose there is site from where required version can be downloaded after purchased license.

At least I KNOW ya'll will understand my agony! I'm using a Slim Blade Pro on a Mac Display, Sequoia 15.3.2. 99% of my work is in Photoshop/InDesign, with lots of image editing. My latest conundrum is this...Virtually every time I click on a layer in a multi-layered file in Photoshop it opens the Layer Style options window. If I try to move 4 layers, yes, it opens Layer Style window 4 more times.I've contacted Kensington, Adobe and yeah, here I am. Is there a way to deactivate the Window Style option/window? I can't get anything done, as each task takes 4x longer. Also, my trackball has gotten picky about grabbing. I can't move open images/pages/ anything we all normally drag a bazillion times a day. Maybe one out of three grabs works. Trackball is a year and a bit old. Mac Studio M2 Ultra is a year and a half old. This stuff should just work. I've reinstalled software 3x and gone back and forth between KensingtonWorks and SteerMouse. Tried to use the beta of Kensington

Hi, I am looking for a way to save PS file every time a task for PDF is completed by the FM Publishing Server. I was not able to find any configuration in the PDF quality presets and don' see an option to publish directly to PS.I understand that under "Print" menu option in FM there is a checkbox "Save to File", which will allow to create the PS file. I need the process to be automated, however. Am I missing some Publishing Server \ FM configuration? Or do I have to have a pre\post JS script or a FDK customization?  Thank you for your input!
