Hi all,No matter what I try I can not get an image to show up in my Composition Panel. It appears in my timeline as a layer just fine. But I can only see the handles for it in the Composition Panel while the image itself remains invisible. I tried the following ideas to troubleshoot so far: I tried multiple ways to import it. (File>import vs. drag/drop)I tried dragging it directly onto the timeline vs. dragging it directly into the timeline layers.I tried importing different file formats (.png and .psd)I tried re-saving the image and giving it a different name. I tried changing the image into a comp and dragging that onto my timeline.  I made sure the timeline layer is not locked or hidden.I tested the image in a different file and it worked fine. Everything else on the timeline previews fine — except this image.  My computer is fine. Mac Studio / M2 Ultra / 64 GB Ram / 4TB SSD I attached screenshots below. Can anyone help with this issue? Many

I am using scatter brushes I created to generate a crosshatch style effect. My question is, is there a way to create a brush that alternates ie. vertical to horizontal to vertical, etc.I can get a similar effect with a Pattern brush but I like the more organic feel of the scatter brush. The attached image shows the scatter brush that I am using on the top, and the effect I am trying to achieve on the bottom. Thanks!

Hello!I am using the Google font Karla in my indd document, however all of the font variables are converting to Italic for some reason. For example, I am trying to use Karla Light for my body text, but indd is converting it to Karla Italic. I have tried creating a Paragraph Style with Karla Light, making sure Character Style is on "None", removed and reinstalled the font from my desktop, removed and reinstalled the font from the Document Fonts folder, etc. I do not have this issue with the font on Illustrator or Photoshop, so I believe it might be an InDesign issue. Here is what I see on my screen: The font variables are showing up in the Character panel but are converted to Italic in the Type tab. This issue is unique to the current document I am working on right now. I tested this font on another document and all the font variables are displaying correctly. I appreciate any ideas on what could be causing this!!

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with Lightroom Mobile on both my iPad and iPhone (both running iOS 18.3.1 and Lightroom Mobile version 10.2.2 B5882C/190).When I connect an SD card from my Fuji X-H1 camera to import photos, I can’t see previews for the RAW files. Only the JPG files show previews, while the RAW files appear as grey icons. I can still select and import the RAW files, but not being able to preview them makes it difficult to choose which ones to import.Interestingly, when I connect the Fuji X-H1 directly to my iPad or iPhone via USB, the RAW previews are visible in Lightroom Mobile. Additionally, when I use an SD card from my Sony A7II, both JPG and RAW previews are visible without any issues.Has anyone else encountered this problem with Fuji RAW files when importing from an SD card? Is this a known bug or a limitation with how Lightroom Mobile handles Fuji RAW files?Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance,Paweł Słowikwww.

Hi, in my adobe premiere pro 2024 my audio layers A1 and A2 are working perfectly fine, but everything below that is completely off. They are not muted. Tried to fix this using chatgtp but still struggling w this. In adobe premiere pro 23 everything is working fine...

I want to select some layers and group them individually, not all in one, but each layer independently. Thanks for the help.

I am now being required by Photoshop to sign in before I can open my files. How can I work in Photoshop offline, without signing in?  This has never been a problem for me before.

Hi, I opened an EPUB with the Books app on Mac. All of a sudden, I see a black border in Endnote. I haven't seen it before. How can I resolve the issue? Hosun

I am running LRC v14.2 and Win11. Since I have 2 computers I have my catalog on external harddisk. This solution has been working fine for a long time, however lately (v14 ?) I have now discovered that LRC damage (delete) my original RAW photos in a way that I loose them. They are deleted from my disk.   I put my raw files in different folders and add them in to the catalog. In the library module I rename the pictures, then I go to Develop module for adjustment and export them as JPEG photos. All this is working fine. The problem is that in my previos folder all RAW files has been deleted and the RAW files from last folder is copied in to that folder.  In the libary module I can see the picture, but in Develop module it says "The file could not be found"

Hi, I am trying to understand how to add template restrictions in Adobe Express. I have tried following the instructions on Adobe Support to no avail. https://helpx.adobe.com/nz/express/manage-brands-libraries-and-projects/manage-collaboration/template-control.html I still only get the option to add a note. (See attached img) Thanks

We are trying to extract component and template structure in JSON format from AEM CMS version 6.5, we required template structure details like fields Name, field types, any datasource url which added into field and for component, we required template name along with content which used to build the respective component. Currently for Page content extraction we used JSON exporter module(.model.json) and for template extraction we tried with querybuilder => /bin/querybuilder.json?path=/conf/we-retail/settings/wcm/templates/hero-page/initial/jcr:content/root&type=nt:unstructured&p.hits=selective&p.properties=jcr:path&p.limit=-1. We would like to understand is there any direct way to fetch the response for the above requirement

Guys, I’m editing a hero video in After Effects for a client’s website (spotifydescargar.org), and I’m stuck with two weird AE-specific issues. First: The Gaussian Blur effect (applied to the background) makes the video lag like crazy on mobile (iOS/Android). If I remove the blur, it’s smooth, but the client wants it. Tried pre-rendering ProRes with alpha, lowering samples, GPU acceleration… no luck. Second: The semi-transparent overlay (using Multiply blending mode) flickers with random pixels in Safari (desktop/mobile). Works fine in Chrome/Firefox. Tried Straight Alpha vs Premultiplied, Solid Composite effect, even PNG sequences—still flickers. When I export via AME (H.265), the file is 50MB (needs to be <5MB). Render Queue H.264 breaks the alpha. Searched YouTube for “AE blur lag mobile” and “Safari alpha flicker AE”… only found basic fixes I already tried. Is this a known AE bug? Should I switch to Camera Lens Blur or ditch blending modes? Client’s deadline

I "upgraded" to AI 2024 today, and half of my fonts are gone.  Still in my system (Mac OS Sonoma), just not availalbe in AI.  I have fonts that were custom made for me years (decades) ago that nobody else in the world has that I *have* to have.  So apparently AI no longer supports PostScript fonts?  Thanks a lot Adobe.  You freaking INVENTED PostScript, and I've been using these fonts just fine since the 1990s.  Now suddenly if I want to use the latest version of AI, I'm out of luck?In addition to running an extortion scheme requiring me to subscribe to get the software, now you're telling me I can't use it the way I need to use it. I'm ***NOT*** happy right now.

I am on the Creative Cloud Photography Plan with 1 TB of storage. I want to upgrade to at least 2 TB. However, when I login to my account and click "Manage Plan", there is no option to upgrade. Why?

On about one-third of the images I place, when I scale them to fit where I want, they'll show up with a chunk of them outside the frame. The frame fitting menu is set to 0" on all but when I check the frame fitting on the image after it's been placed, it does show other numbers. There's no object style applied, and it doesn't happen when I just place, only when I scale the image to fit where I want it.

Can someone help me where to find the icons? There are nowhere to find. See screenshot.I have the latest version 25.1 (MAC OS).Thanks for any help.

Here and there I am unable to organize my pages. I cannot drag and drop a page from one file to the next. I have to shut down adobe and start over in order for it to work again. Trying to fix the issue- I have installed the latest version of Adobe hoping that would fix the problem. It hasn't
