I purchased a Creative Suite 5 Premium (CS5) via disks in 2010; I know this is an old program, but it is perfectly sufficient for my needs as a professor (this was purchased as an educator, and I mainly use Photoshop and a few other programs, including Acrobat).  I have deinstalled from old computers and reinstalled it on new computers via the disks several time.  However, my desktop switched to blue screen and then died before I could de-install CS5.  How do I find a way to get around this problem without paying an exorbitant amount of money for only a 1-year online download?  (I cannot afford to do this at all.)  Thank you for any help, or any suggestions on how to contact Adobe directly for them to "deinstall" (i.e., remove the link to my dead computer so I can reinstall it on my new one), as apparently they will not respond to anybody who purchased a project more than a year or so ago.  This is financially devastating!

Hi There,My computer ca't be updated anymore and is now running iOS 11.7.I'm wondering if the CC apps will work properly with this.Does anyone know?I don't need all the newest features, I just need Illustrator and photoshop to work fine. If the newest features in those apps don't work, but the basics do it's okay for me.Hope you can help!

I opened a project only to find red dots on the playback screen. They are only visible on two of the sequences. Never seen those before. Any idea what they are?

I use Polygonal Lasso Tool to form a selection like the screenshot below:Now I want to record the accurate vertex coordinates of the Polygonal Lasso Tool. Do you know how to display these coordinates somewhere in Photoshop so that I can record them manually in a notebook or automatically as a file? Thanks a lot.PS: I'm using Photoshop CC 2019 on Windows 10.

I would love if there was a way to use the Adobe Podcast Enhance audio feature right within Premiere or Audition so I'm not required to export out my audio separately. Is this an option already that I am missing?  This could easily save valuable time and effort and doesn't make sense to me why it's not an option. (Maybe they don't own the rights of the AI?) Any ideas or solutions would be great!

I'm updating a document that has markers at the start of several pieces of text. How can I tell what they are?Right-clicking doesn't shed any light on this.The Find tool lets me find markers, but when I specify "Marker - any type" I can't tell what type of marker I've found.The box below where you specify what to find must be where to put in the marker type if I specify "Marker - of type" but I'm not sure what all the marker types are, and either I'm not putting in marker type names correctly or I'm just guessing wrong. How do I figure out what these markers are? (Why is this hard?)

プレミアのバージョンは24.1を使用CMオンラインはNECテレビCMオンラインを使用してますがファイルフォーマットが毎回搬入エラーになります エラー内容（このときは設定をデフォルトにしてますので、数値は300）Index Table segments of index sid 1 which has index start position 0 and index duration 300 is not present in the footer partition. Index Table segments of index sid 1 which has index start position 300 and index duration 300 is not present in the footer partition.

Lighroom v14.2 on Windows.Cannot scroll down in the Preferences menu (Edit<Preferences). Any changes I try to make cannot be saved, as I can't scroll down far enough to hit the save button. Tried resetting the settings when re-opening Lighroom with (shift & ,), does not fix the issue. There is no scroll bar, and neither mouse or trackpad scrolling is working. Tried everything I can to make enough space on the screen to see the save button, but it is not working. Nor do I have a monitor to connect to to give the screen more space. Help appreciated 🙂(image attatched is all i can see, can't scroll or make more space, removing taskbar doesnt help)

Hi, I have this problem with deleting photos.System: MacOs 15.3.3Apple M4 ProLR classic: 14.2Problem: if I press the delete (backspace) button above the photo in the library. A modal window about deleting pops up, see screen.As you can see, the first button is blue, the second is framed.1) if I press enter, the photo is deleted from the catalog (expected deletion from disk because the framed button determines focus)2) navigation using the arrow keys does not work, you need to use the tab key.3) even when using the tab key, the options change, but still after pressing the enter key, deletion from the catalog is used (never from disk). The only option is to use the space key instead of enter.This whole procedure is confusing and using enter is not possible to delete photos. Only space or mouse click.
