Hi, I just noticed that when I create a new sequence in Premiere Pro and import a video into the timeline, there are gaps on the left and right sides. It’s not a huge problem, but I don’t know why this is happening. In the sequence settings, the frame size is correctly set to 1920x1080, but on the right side of the window, it says '120:67'. This number should be 16:9, not 120:67. I'll add screenshots so you can understand better. Thanks!

Hi All, I had a great experience with the remove tool on a photo with a fence. The background and edges were surprisingly near-perfect. But after the update, the remove tool is not doing the job. I keep getting a lot of noise, and contrast/brightness issues. I have a strange texture across the area that is removed.  I've attached a screenshot with the problem. This is the worst case of it at the bottom where it is a completely different one and box. The top half was where I previously used the remove tool and it's worked perfectly. I wish I could go back to the previous version where it was working really well, because I can then finish editing the photo. Is anyone else having this issue? Thank you.

Links not included in Package - Illustrator 2025 though everything ic checked in package menu!the package doesnt create a links file at all. only font file! 

Hello,Here is my problem: I have tables where one column contains product references.At the moment, I manually add the URLs for these references by selecting the reference text and then adding the URL via the Hyperlinks panel, but it would save me a lot of time if I could do it automatically.Here’s what it looks like:REF01 | Description | otherInfoREF02 | Description | otherInfo…The URLs are all the same, only the reference at the end of the URL changes. In the example, it would look like this:www.url.com/REF01www.url.com/REF02Is there a solution to import the URLs into my tables automatically?Thanks in advance for your help!

I wanted to open a project i was working on the day before. A pop upo appeared saying something about an effect not displaying correctly, i can get roid of it to open the project, and could add the effect later again. I clicked ok.  Now the effect is gone, i have no idea how to get it back and als installing the effect pack again did not help.  What is this? I have never seen this pop up before. How can I egt my effect back? Where would the file location be, so I can look for it manually?? Thank you so much 🙂

We have a custom proprietary tool that uses the Adobe Sign engine for sending docs. Our integration allows for users to send using a service account, which means not all of our internal users need to have an Adobe account. This morning, on a newly created doc template, a user attempted to send the doc and is receiving an Adobe error I haven't seen before: INVALID_GROUP_ID_FOR_USER. Not sure where in the process this is occurring, since the user doesn't technically have an Adobe account, it's using our service account as it does for all doc sends.

Hello,can someone point me in the right direction?The mesh was auto UV unwrapped in Substance, and Im trying to paint in the eye shadow. But the paint stroke is super blurry in some parts and sharp in other parts. I've illustrated the issue by painting a diagonal line across the face. You can see the line is varying thickness across different parts of the model.How can I get the paintbrush strokes to remain constant across the entire model?? 

Hi - I am running Windows 11 Home (22000.795) and Acrobat DC (2022.001.20169). I often combine individual PDFs into a single PDF. A few weeks ago, this started causing a crash. I open one PDF and then select combine and when Windows Explorer opens to allow me to select the other document to combine, Acrobat crashes with no error report. I have also tried combining using the Organize Pages function but had the same result. It is not just specific PDFs, but any PDF I try to combine with another. I have tried the reinstalling and the repair tool with no success. Sometimes I get as far as combining the two files, but it crashes before I am able to save. The only way I am able to combine is if I use the web-based Acrobat in Creative Cloud. I do use Carbonite, but I have paused it to see if that is the problem and it is still happening.  Any ideas?

I just bind the Position with an epression to an slider FX effect("Slider Control")("Slider") but in Premiere, the mogrt does not work. The slider is there, but nothing happens

3DPDFをAcrobat Pro（Mac）で開いた時、「マルチメディア及び3Dコンテンツの再生を有効にする」にチェックを入れていても、白い画面のまま、何も見えない状態になっています。ビューの選択もできません。 Acrobat Proは最新のバージョンです。「新しいAcrobatを無効にする」を行いましたが何も改善しませんでした。 複数人に起こっていますがPCのバージョン等はバラバラです。改善方法などございますでしょうか？

콜렉트파일로 넘겨야하는데 예를들어 한 시퀀스는 콜렉트 파일이 제대로 열리는데다음꺼를 콜렉트파일 했을 때 안열려요ㅜㅠㅜ이거 어떻게 해야하나요? 

I write some code to execute the auto tone of camera raw , but the image has no effects. 흑백 이미지를 열었으나 스포이드를 통해 CMYK 수치 값을 확인했을 때 0% 수치로 나타나지 않고 스포이드 커서를 움직일 때마다 수치가 시시각각 변하는 문제가 발생하고 있습니다. 지금 나타나는 현상이 정상적인 현상인지 확인 요청드립니다.

Why cant I just save as jpg?

Could not update smart object files because the file is locked, you do not have necessary access permissions, or another program is using the file. Use the ‘Get Info’ command in the Finder to ensure the file is unlocked and you have permission to access the file. 맥북 에어2 유저이구요크리에이티브 클라우드 재구독 후에 전부 다 다시깔고 언어 설정도 영어로한 뒤에 설치했는데계속 한국어로만 뜨더라구요 ㅠ,,,포토샵은 환경설정에서 언어변경이 가능해서 그렇게 바꿨는데 일러스트는 설정에 존재하지도 않더라구요...제어판을 들어가보라고해서 들어가봤는데 거기에도 언어변경은 없습니다..그리고 환경설정만 들어가면 멈춰서 강제종료해야합니다 ...어떻게 해야할까요?... 

포토샵 CMYK로 작업중에 검은색 레이어에 블렌딩모드 스크린을 사용하여 투명하게 만들어야하는 작업이 있는데 스크린모드 특성상 검은색이 투명하게 변해야하는데 검은색이 반투명?하게 변하면서 레이어를 잡고움직여봐도 반투명한 형태가 그대로 보이네요 블렌딩모드도 RGB와 CMYK에따라 결과가 다르다던데 색상모드땜에 어쩔수없이 방법이없는건지 아님 CMYK모드에서 블렌딩모드 스크린으로 검은색을 투명하게 만드는 방법이 따로있는건가요? 여기서 블랙은 포토샵 기본 전경색 배경색색상인 검은색입니다

포토샵과달리 마우스 갖다대도 안바뀌어서단축키가 있는지 궁금합니다. 

When my PC is disconnected from my external hard drives, which is where is store all my original full sized files, i can't edit anything in Develop. It says "file not found." This used to work fine, but now it doesn't. I (think) I have LrC configured to use Smart Previews, which i thought meant i could use Develop even in my original full size files are stored externally.  I mostly shoot on my Galaxy S25 Ultra and sync to LrC via the cloud. I'm using LrC 14.2 on a Windows Surface Book 2.  Everything is updated to the latest versions.
