Hi everyone,I have an old Outlook data file with a lot of emails in it. I want to convert those Outlook file data to Adobe PDF, but Outlook is not installed on my system. Can I convert this file to Adobe PDF directly with Acrobat Pro? If not, what is the easiest way to do it? It would be great if the attachments were saved along with the emails. Thanks in advance!

I'm not completely opposed to generative AI (won't get into my opinion on it personally), but Adobe really needs to stop shoving these half-baked features in our faces. Why on earth, while editing a text document on InDesign, would I need to see a pop-up suggesting "text-to-image" AI features? It's literally blocking what I'm working on and I have to close the dialogue.

When I go to "Manage Fonts" in Creative Cloud, it just spins with a message "Loading Adobe Fonts...".  Perhaps unrelated, I also that "Cloud Storage" in the upper right doc is stuck on "Getting storage information...".  I'm running the latest Mac OS X on a clean install on an M1-based Mac Mini. I tried the following without help:1) Logout and log back in with rebooting at various points2) Cloud Create -> "Repair"3) Cloud Create -> "Uninstall" which wouldn't work saying I still had adobe products that needed it.  I delete all Adobe products including any cached directories but still no good4) Delete ALL adobe related files with clean install I really don't want to have to do a clean OS install to try and fix this because that will take many hours.  Anything else I can try?

Hello everyone,I have a legitimate license for Adobe Creative Suite 5, and I would like to transfer the software to another computer. Before uninstalling CS5 from my old computer, I used the Help → Deactivate option in Photoshop and possibly in some of the other applications included in the suite. However, I am not sure whether I needed to deactivate only one application or each application individually.I then uninstalled the software from the old computer. Now, when I try to install and activate CS5 on another computer, I receive a message stating that the activation limit has been reached and that the software is already activated on two computers.I understand that uninstalling the software does not automatically deactivate the license. However, I believe I performed the deactivation before uninstalling it.My questions are: Does deactivating Photoshop deactivate the entire Creative Suite 5 package, or must each application be deactivated separately? Is there any way to check or rese

Hi! Searching for a good bar code generator. Tried  EAN13 Barcode Maker but it did not work with the 14 figures that I have.

I have an active sub to adobe photography tools. This sub includes photoshop on my pc & photoshop express on android. I just installed ps express on my phone and signed in successfully. Now, every time I use the app, there's a "get adobe express" popup. How do I make that go away without installing another app I don't want?

I'm working on a project. I would like to insert a QR code. Is there a way to generate it in illustrator?

When exporting a video sequence premiere randomly leaves out part of the audio. Those part were not muted, but in the same channel and of the same kind of other parts exported fine, not even cut: so for instance you have a talker that randomly get the voice silent. This is a big reliability issue, because there is no correspondence of what you have on timeline and what you are going to have on final export. This happens on different machines and happened also with previous versions of Premiere different from this one at moment of writing 15.4.1 (build 4).The only reliably working workaround has been export only the single audio channels in wave files and then import it back into the timeline, that is time consuming and unacceptable for a professional software.

I am submitting this message as I am not getting the required support by contacting support by chat. It seems that the agents are more interested in closing the tickets rather than actually understanding the resolving the issue (ref: ADB-47513970-N7B0). I signed-up for Lightroom plan (7 day trial) on 03.10.2026.And, after testing out for a couple of days, I bought the 12-month plan (from a trusted seller) and applied the code to my Adobe account on 06.10.2026. I clearly remember that when I applied the code, it extended the “expiry date” for my Lightroom subscription by 12 months so the voucher was applied correctly to my Adobe account. However, I have not been able to use my Adobe Lightroom subscription for last few days (after the trial period). So, I am stuck with not being able to use the product despite purchasing the subscription. Therefore, it seems that my account is stuck under “trial” mode for some reason. When I access the Plans page under Adobe account, I get the message un

Hi,I am looking to upgrade my Windows PC and was hoping someone may be able to tell me how long it should take to Denoise one 45MB photo in Lightroom using the recommended spec'ed PC for Lightroom Classic? My current PC takes about 14 minutes per photo.

Photoshop v 27.11 and Beta - pen pressure now only works with use windows ink enabled in wacom tablet with or without PSUserConfig file

This has happened before - I open Photoshop and I get the error message that PS couldn’t load the actions and then they are now gone.  Please tell me there is a way of recovering these.  I generally back them up every month or so, but I had just created a couple of new actions last week and I haven’t backed those up.(I am so sick and tired of this program glitching and either dumping the actions or dumping my keyboard shortcuts that I have set.  I have saved my custom workspace before and EVEN THAT is getting dumped at random, for no reason.)

Hi,I'm experiencing a strange issue with Photoshop Express after changing my Android smartphone. My new phone is a Samsung Galaxy A56 5G running Android 16 and One UI 8.5.I have Photoshop Express version 18.4.40 installed on both my old and new phones. On my old phone, I can edit and save photos without any QR code/watermark, even though I do not have a Photoshop Express Premium subscription. On my new Samsung Galaxy A56 5G, however, every exported photo has a QR code/watermark. On the export screen I see the “Remove watermark” option with the Premium icon, and if I tap it, Photoshop Express asks me to subscribe to Premium.I have already tried:uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop Express; clearing the app cache and data; signing in with the same Adobe account used on my old phone; using Photoshop Express without signing into any Adobe account. The result is always the same on the new phone: the QR code/watermark is added to exported images.I have also checked the watermark settings. On

I have been granted access to Creative Cloud by my college IT course for web development. I can install the apps I need as follows: Creative Cloud desktop app, Photoshop, Bridge, Dreamweaver and Illustrator; all except XD which gets to 100% of the install then fails with error code 191. In addition, the CC desktop app itself fails to update with the same error.I have an administrator account. I have tried all 5 solutions outlined here: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/error-code-191.html to no avail. I have completely uninstalled all apps, including the CC desktop app itself, run the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool, and reinstalled from the ACCCx5_10_0_573 ZIP file (reinstalling from Creative_Cloud_Set-up.exe from the website, or through the Microsoft Store, gives the same result; I tried). I get the same error in every situation. I even tried installing with both anti-virus and firewall turned off to no avail. The information for error code 191 on this site is completely opaqu

Hi @m1b Long time no see, I miss you very much. The original post cannot be replied toToday I came across several strange pictures, some of which had their captions changed to 'Default' after using this script. Some of them are errors below the prompt. I guess they are not recognizing the image, or the image is outside the layout, or there are locked or hidden images? Also, can we avoid grouping images and captions together? Because this feature is actually not practical.  Here is the code (unchanged)/** * @discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign-discussions/is-there-a-way-to-apply-generic-static-caption-to-all-graphic-containers/m-p/13367937#M503941 */function main() { var doc = app.activeDocument, graphics = doc.allGraphics; // add caption to each graphic in document for (var i = 0; i < graphics.length; i++) { var contents = ( // try to get the graphic's xmp "description" getXMPProperty(graphics[i], 'description') /

On moving onto the AI assisted in Photoshop I keep getting the attached message..After closing Photoshop and then re-opening things are ok and the image opens. Does anyone know what the message means? It means nothing to me.

When working on an edit in the latest version of Premiere Pro I will open the project, start editing, and within a few minutes all playback stops. Hitting play/spacebar does nothing. Scrubbing yields no audio or video playback. When I double click on a clip to open it in the Source monitor nothing shows up. If I close and open the project it’s totally fine again for a couple minutes then it happens again. Also, when I open the project, as I play back an interview with audio the audio cuts out after about 3 seconds. If I pause and hit play again it does the same thing, stopping after 3 seconds. So far I’ve tried:Restarting the app/my computer Clearing cache Updating to the latest version Audio hardware set correctly Audio sample rate matches project, timeline, and playback settings.Anyone else run into this? Thanks!

When I add a link as an auto-sized pop-up, all seems well until I go to generate the output. I get a whole bunch of warnings in the log (see attachment). I notice numerous references to missing files. These have a -th suffix, but there are no such files in my project. Any clues?

Which one is the best Up scale image software? you guyz are using? can you please share the link.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hello everyone. When I was testing the script, if, while, or for would cause an infinite loop, and InDesign would freeze.I had to forcefully close InDesign and reopen it.It seems that try{}catch cannot solve this problem either.Thanks.
