Solved

Don’t even dare suggest “Uninstall everything”  run a “Cleaner too” and reinstalled everything and “hope”.  That’s NOT going to happen.  There are numerous issues over 5 years old with paying users have the same problem.I have Admin rights, so that’s NOT the problem. If CC is unable to get fonts then it should at the VERY LEAST timeout after 2 minutes or so and provide a USEFUL message saying why it can’t load any fonts … basic software engineering 101 (yes I have 47 years of software development experience and now retired so I do know). If you need elevated privileges to install Fonts on Windows 11 then you request them, the user will get a prompt to allow, and then we allow … but just a endless spinning wheel IS NOT accept for software that costs this much every month.Adobe, FIX CC or lose more customers to Blackmagic Design, Affinity Photo 2, etc. etc. This is simply NOT acceptable.

I would like to dispute a charge to my card regarding an Adobe Acrobat Pro charge, however, Adobe won't respond to my emails and there is no help number to call. Somehow I mistakenly registered for a free trial for Adobe Acrobat Pro even though my company gives this to us on a corporate account (listed as “J H Foster”). Then, when I tried to my orders and invoices tab to cancel the free trial, the subscription was NO where to be found. Then on 11/4, I was billed $19.99 from my card.  I would like to dispute this charge and get some help from an associate that can help sort out this technical issue, but no one is available to help! 😕😕

Hello After Effects SDK Support,We are developing an internal native AEGP plug-in for After Effects 2026, using After Effects Plug-in SDK 26.5 on Windows x64.The plug-in would retrieve the host window handle through AEGP_UtilitySuite6::AEGP_GetMainHWND. An external component would use this handle solely for read-only association with the running After Effects process. No UI manipulation or write automation is involved.Could you clarify these API contract details? Supported calling context Is calling AEGP_GetMainHWND from a registered AEGP IdleHook officially supported? If not, which AEGP callback or lifecycle point is recommended? Thread requirement Must this function run on the After Effects main/UI thread? If so, which supported AEGP callbacks guarantee that thread context? Initial availability At what lifecycle point is the main window guaranteed to exist? Is this call supported during the plug-in initialization entry point defined by AEGP_PluginInitFuncPrototype, or only afterw

I would like to know how to disable or hide the "AI Assisted" and "Pro Editor" mode switch button (shown in the attached screenshot) from the workspace/header.I prefer a clean workspace without these AI feature toggles. Is there a preference setting to turn off this UI element?

This topic pops up periodically in the Acrobat community, but none of the prior resolutions fit my situation. I confirmed with my coworkers that this issue is not unique to my computer as multiple people have this same issue.  With Adobe Acrobat Pro open, right-click Copy works fine; however, when I'm copying data between forms and applications all day, and Acrobat is the only one that CTRL-C doesn't work, it has resulted in the wrong data being pasted or none at all. It is now getting to the point of impacting workflow for our team.I did NOT have this issue when using Adobe Acrobat Reader; however, this became an issue when our company updated its license to Adobe Acrobat Pro - Continuous Release, and we are currently using V. 2024.003.20.180. There are NO restrictions set on the forms. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

I have created a small magazine in InDesign and am ready to export it to a PDF for the printer. When I export it using the Adobe PDF Presets High Quality Print a random sentence comes out underlined. I have checked the text in InDesign multiple times and there’s no extra formatting on it so I’m not sure why this is happening. This is the text inside InDesignThis is from the PDFI have played around with all types of different settings and it always exports the same. Anyone ever have an issue like this?

I am able so see my CC Libraries in my browser, but when I open the CC Desktop app, they won't sync. Therefor, they don't sync in the design applications either. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, ran CC Cleaner, cleared cache, restarted, etc. No luck. I'm running Sequoia 15.4.1 and the latest CC Desktop app version. I have Admin rights and am the owner of multiple libraries, so I'm getting pretty desperate. Any advice that I haven't already tried?

Hi all-Our office recently installed Acrobat DC and we are becoming more familiar with it as we go... For me, I receive large scanned document files that I have to read, highlight, redact, sometimes edit and comment. I am able to use the highlight tool fairly easily, but is there a way to highlight in a straight line, rather than to have the shake of a hand make my document look unprofessional?  The highlighter gives me a circle for a cursor and it does not hug the text line at all. Any help is appreciated.ThanksFrank

I am working on a large book and the author would like the text to be in one column and the footnotes in 2 columns. I have done a few volumes of this book in the past and I have used a script to detach the footnotes from the text so that they can be set up in a separate 2 column text box. I was just wondering if there is any new feature in Indesign that allows this to be done without the script?

(Note to Adobe Staff: I am posting from a secondary/free account because I am completely locked out of my main paid account.) Hi Adobe Support Team,I am completely locked out of my primary paid Adobe account and am stuck in an authentication loop. Here is what is happening:When I sign in, Adobe forces a mandatory password reset. Upon attempting the password reset, the system requires a secondary 2FA verification step sent via SMS. The phone number on my account is no longer in service, and my Adobe Access App is signed out, so I cannot receive the verification code. I tried contacting live chat support, but the agent informed me they do not have backend administrative access to update 2FA settings and suggested I cancel my plan and purchase a new subscription under a new email address.I do not want to cancel my plan or create a new account, as I need to keep my subscription history, cloud documents, and assets intact on my main email.Could an Adobe Staff Member please initiate a secure

Is there a way to delete autosaved emails from Adobe Sign so that the correct one autosaves?

Hello, I am trying to create an alphabet in Hindi, but the combined consonants are not displaying correctly. I've tried using Myriad Devanagari and Adobe Devanagari. They look fine when I plug them into Adobe Fonts online, but when I put them into Illustrator, they are broken apart. Screenshots attached. Thanks!Morgan

I'm working on a product catalog in InDesign, and when I select my .csv Data Source nothing is populating. I've done these many times before, and there is nothing wrong with my template or excel based file.  I've tried restarting my computer, logging out of CC, moving the InDesign file to a new document, and resaving the Excel file as a .csv.  I should mention that on earlier versions of the .csv file a few days ago, everything merged perfectly. Any ideas as to why nothing happens when I select "data source"? Thanks very much!

I’m learning Adobe Express and working on a simple website design. I’m looking for advice on organizing sections, choosing fonts, using images, and keeping the layout clean and professional. I’d also like tips for making the design work well on different screen sizes.

Also, my credits were depleted while attempting to create the video. Could you please help me resolve this?

Subject: Urgent Request to Cancel Adobe Subscription Without Cancellation Fee Dear Adobe Representative, Hello! I am one of your customers, and my customer ID is: Yong Liu , email is: [P.I removed by moderator] We have been using Adobe's paid services since December 2024. As of today, February 28, 2025, we have paid a monthly fee of CAD $29.37 for three months. I have never signed any annual contract with you. When I first subscribed, the information clearly stated that the service could be canceled at any time. However, when I attempted to cancel the service now, the system is asking for a cancellation fee of CAD $116.96, which is completely unacceptable. This feels like deception! I hereby formally request an unconditional cancellation of this paid service. If you refuse to cancel it unconditionally, I will continue to escalate my complaint and reserve the right to demand compensation for the time and effort wasted due to repeated appeals. I look forward to your prompt response. Tha
