I am signing documents using a certificate issued by Identrust under the IdenTrust Global Common Root.  I have had clients open my documents and receive a “signer invalid” error. IdenTrust Global Common Root  is part of the AATL so I assumed that the CA cert would be auto added to the trusted certificates list, but currently the only work around is to manually add and trust the identrust global common cert.  I did not used to have this issue; is there a reason this cert was remove from the trusted list?

One of my clients sent me stock footage from Shutterstock that was AI generated in Adobe Firefly, as they are cross selling the same footage on both platforms in violation of Shutterstock’s policy. The footage itself is terrible quality with doubled frames every couple frames as if they added a pulldown from 24p to 30p. I am sick and tired of having to deal with this poor quality stock by hack users, as I had to output an image sequence just so I could remove the random double frames. I have reported the user on Shutterstock and I’m reporting them here too:Shutterstock account with Firefly generated footageSame profile on Adobe Stock:The saddest thing is knowing how much of other users (and my own) 3D work has been absorbed by these generators who just spit out slop based on 30 years of dedication and discipline honing a real craft. I wish corporations were more ashamed of their absolute piracy.

Hi everyone,I recently re-subscribed to a yearly prepaid subscription to an Adobe plan, but I ended up canceling it within 14 days of the initial purchase.I'm aware of Adobe's 14-day cancellation policy for refunds, but I just wanted to confirm:👉 Is a yearly prepaid plan also eligible for a full refund if canceled within that time frame? Because I don't see any mention about a refund in my profile. Thanks in advance for your help!

A couple of months ago, I was able to open a pdf on Google Chrome without having to save it. Now for some reason, my settings have changed and it asks me to save the document first before opening it. I am forever saving pdfs to my desktop to view a pdf then deleting the pdf afterwards. How do i just open the pdf without saving it. Please note, I have tried doing the same thing on Internet Explorer and it does not ask me to save, it automatically opens. So, how can i do this on chrome? Also, I have tried going into the settings and turning off Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome and it does not work still. Please help.

Money was charged from my card for a subscription. I do not use your service, and I would like to request a refund of my money.

When I go to the Plans page as suggested, there is no window to manage plans or cancel plans. In other research it says that view is if you are not the administrator, but under the product I am shown as the administrator (I am the only one in my consulting business). I switch to my personal profile and it does not show me any products - so that email is not the administrator. Please help me cancel. Is there another way? No link to Manage PlansI am shown as the System Administrator

For years I’m using a LR Catalog located somewhere under c:\MyLightroomCatalog … since an update or so, LR now always starts with an empty catalog from C:\Users … despite I load the correct catalog - close LR - start again and it opens the empty one from its default location. How can I fix this bug and force LR always to open the correct / only one / last one catalog like the decades before?

I have already cancelled my subscription but they have charged me for that still. I need a refund.

Hi, I tried to open a file and got this message, which I’ve never seen before.  This is a fairly old file which I’ve opened many times before.  Any idea why I’m getting this message and if there is anything I can do about it?  Thanks.

Hello All,Couple days ago, my Acrobat Pro started creating weird lines withing the ruler when I move the mouse over the document. The more I move over the document, the more lines, until they completely saturate the ruler beyond recognition. I uninstall Acrobat Pro through the Creative Cloud Desktop and reinstalled; and it was working fine for a couple documents but has now returned. I do not have grid lines enabled, any ideas…? I have included 3 pictures…First picture is when I open the document, everything is normal.Second picture, just a quick movement of the mouse over the document, weird lines are starting to appear on the ruler.Third picture, continuing to move the mouse over the document (no clicking, just scrolling) and it completely saturates the ruler beyond recognition.  I have also closed out of Acrobat, shutdown the computer and restarted, same result. Thanks for any help.

I’m a bit confused though. When I’m not logged in, I can clearly see the option to use the new Precision Flow (beta) in edit mode in the Adobe Firefly app. However, when I log in with my Enterprise account, Precision Flow isn’t visible at all.Do you know why that might be? Could it be a bug?My first image shows the setup when I’m not logged in, and the second shows how it looks when I am logged in.Markup and Precision Flow visible when im not signed inMarkup and Precision Flow not visible when signed in…?

Usually we call “Bounding Box”. What is purpose of having different name?

Major malfunction with Lightroom Classic:I tried to Import (Copy) about 20 images from my CF Express card to my local SSD - exactly as I always do.The Import dialog window gets stuck with no progress and never ends, for a task that should take a few seconds. In the Import dialog window, the image thumbnails don't render any images and display only as grey boxes. I Forced Quit, ejected the card, restarted my Mac, reinserted the card and from Finder I dragged (copied) the images into my Users > Pictures folder on my local SSD. No problem. Relaunched LrC and ran the Import process again, and again the same issue. Forced Quit again and restarted my Mac. Again, I tried to Import (Add) but again had to Force Quit when the Import dialog window got stuck. I restarted my Mac again. Tried Library > Synchronise Folder but it just froze and I had to Force Quit. When I cancel the Import process, I get a dialog box saying "no photos or videos were found to import" even though they’re on my loca

Explanation of the Issue:Since updating to Adobe Premiere Pro 24.3 (and continuing in 24.4 and 25.2), the timeline cursor (playback head) fails to move smoothly during playback. It either stutters or freezes while audio and video playback continues in real time. The issue is persistent and reproducible on laptops equipped with NVIDIA RTX GPUs.Important:We have already attempted switching the playback timeline setting to Smooth Scroll as a workaround. While Smooth Scroll partially moves the cursor, it does not behave the same as Page Scroll and is not acceptable for professional editing workflows that require precise cuts and real-time cursor following. When reverting to version 24.2.1, the timeline cursor moves smoothly without issues. This problem disrupts the ability to edit and time cuts accurately, significantly affecting workflow efficiency. No permanent workaround exists except downgrading versions, which is not ideal.Desired Behavior (What Should Happen):The timeline cursor
