Hola.

I noticed your team is using multiple individual Adobe subscriptions. Many companies on similar setups end up with: ·          Multiple monthly card charges·          Limited admin visibility·          Higher per-user cost[personal information removed by moderator]

When trying to match camera grades in Comparison View in the new Color Mode, the scopes do not show the comparison view. i only see one clip. Is this an issue that’s being addressed or is this operator error?

I recently got a new computer and moved my creative cloud account to my new computer and had my IT guy to network the old machine to the new machine. Now I have a couple of DW sites on the old machine that I need to move to the new machine. All of the old CC apps including DW are still installed on the old machine. I discovered that the best way to transfer a site to a new machine is to use the site manager which I cannot use since DW is not activated on the old machine. Is there a way I can activate DW only on the old machine to make these transfers? Thanks,Joe

Issue with Auto-Captions on Mobile App:I am unable to change the size, font, or location of all auto-captions at once. When I try to move the text or make the font smaller, it only changes that single text box, and not the entire caption track. Because of this, it is impossible to adjust captions for the whole video on the phone. Please add a 'Bulk Edit' or 'Select All' feature for auto-captions on the mobile app, just like it works on the desktop web version.

Is it possible to make a recurring post e.g. (monthly/weekly) to all connected accounts? If not, is it planned to introduce such option?

hello!i’ve just finished a photo project & i’m needing to share the photos with my client for them to download — these are engagement photos so the likelihood of them being used on socials or printed is high.i’m wondering if using the shared albums feature will allow my client to download the photos at FULL resolution?i want to ensure there is no loss in quality if transferring them this way. thank you!!

Hi there,  I've been getting this error message "The service is not responding. Please check your internet and try again" constantly since last week. It was working perfectly before then on the beta version. I've tried deleting the beta version and work with Photoshop v25.0 which has generative ai function but keep getting stuck at 100%. On top of that, it seems to work randomly when I connect to my phone's hotspot but it fails again after a few minutes. I'm on a mac and I've tried to disable the firewall as suggested by some people but still doesn't seem to work.  Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

I cancelled my AI account during the free trial period, but was still charged and have an active account.  How can I request a refund and cancel the account?

I’ve an interesting issue.  I have spent a bit of time recreating the look of AE’s expression editor as a Per Character styling expression.  It’s not complete yet, but serves my purposes… but the per-frame render time add 5s each frame.  And rendering out a 90 second sequence took 90 minutes. I’m wondering if there’s a way to bake the expression styling once done. Here’s the code if anyone wants to experiment:///// HEX COLOR CONFIGURATION //////var hexBase = "#D4D4D4"; // Off-whitevar hexBlue = "#3E8FE1"; // Blue (Keywords)var hexLtBlue = "#48D9FD"; // Light Blue (Numbers)var hexPink = "#F67476"; // Pink (Strings)var hexYellow = "#9D9039"; // Yellow (Brackets)var hexLightYellow = "#DCBE84"; // Yellow (reserved terms)var hexGreen = "#6A9955"; // Green (Comments)var hexCursor = "#FFFFFF"; // White (Cursor)///// Convert Hex to AE-friendly RGB [0,1]function hexToRgb(hex) { var r = parseInt(hex.slice(1, 3), 16) / 255; var g = parseInt(hex.slice(3, 5), 16) / 255; var

How can I cancel my subscription to Lightroom and retain access to my pictures (.DNG format) with my edits and keywords? I am open to a one time purchase of software to accomplish this. Can Photoshop Elements read Lightroom edits and keywords?

I've been working with a file off and on without issue, and today I tried to open it to receive a "Illustrator can only partially read this file" error, and it to open it all as links. I downloaded a way back previous version of the file from my cloud to receive the same error. Pulled up Illustrator 2025 and opened the original file and the old version, both without issue. Reeeallllyyyy?? Come on Adobe. I don't have time for this. Why suddenly can't I open a perfectly fine file I used yesterday in Illustrator 2026, I now have to use Illustrator 2025. This is insane. Running OS 15.6.1, Illustrator v30.1

Using an m1 Max, didn't have this issue prior to the latest update to version 9.4  Denoise introduces banding that continues on through to exported files.  Not an issue prior to the update.

Alguém pode me ajudar?

Hi guys, super frustrating.  I am trying to drag and drop a motion graphic into my timeline, but every time I try it says that it is not compatible with my version of premiere and to update to the latest version.  My Premiere and AE are both up to date. This happens with every graphic I try to pull over from the adobe stock essential graphics tab. Screenshots attached.

How can I default my copy number to 1. Somehow mine changed to 38 and I have tried all I can find to fix it. I even deleated adobe and reinstalled and it still defaults to 38. If I print from word or google it does not.

Me siento Estafada.

I was changing around some things within Lightroom files last week and thought everything was done correctly. But today I saw that there is a wrong connection. In am working on a Mac. In finder, my folder structure is this: 2026 → 2026.08 → other folders. But in Lightroom, there are two 2026.08 folder. One is within the 2026 parent folder, containing other folders. But there is also a separate 2026.08 folder, which contains only one other folder (2026.08.08 - Ameland - sunset walk). In finder, this is all under the same 2026 → 2026.08 folder. There is another problem. When I click on show or hide a parent folder, I am getting this error message:  Database "/Volumes/HD Frouke/Lightroom backup/2026-10-01 1214/Lightroom Catalog/Lightroom Catalog backup 01-10.26 1.lrcat": UNIQUE constraint failed: AgLibraryFolder.rootFolder, AgLibraryFolder.pathFromRootsql: UPDATE AgLibraryFolder SET rootFolder = ?,pathFromRoot = ? WHERE id_local = ?; (error code 2067)I have tried many different things in

I work with Illustrator files for packaging-related projects, including cereal box artwork, and sometimes work with designs containing very small text, thin strokes, and fine graphic details. On screen, these elements can look perfectly fine, but I’m wondering how designers normally check whether they will reproduce reliably after printing. For example: Is there a recommended minimum stroke weight? How do you check small reversed text on a cereal box? Does the choice of CMYK or spot colors affect fine details? Is there a useful Illustrator preview setting for checking these problems? Do you normally create a physical test print before sending cereal box artwork to production? Are there particular Illustrator settings that help identify details that may disappear during printing? I’m looking for a practical Illustrator workflow for catching these issues before the artwork reaches prepress.
