Hello,My vector submissions have been pending for approval for 4 months now. Previously, my vectors were typically approved within 15 days, and some were even approved on the same day. My rejection rate is only 2 out of 100, so I’m unsure why there’s such a long delay this time. Can someone please advise me on what I should do?

Hi, I just installed Adobe Acrobat DC, My problem is that when I'm in a meeting on Teams I can't share the PDF window. Does anyone have a solution?

I was sent an email which stated that my 'Payment has failed' for my creative cloud pro plan, but looking on my adobe account there is no creative cloud pro plan on the website, neither is there any orders or invoices on the account that was sent the email. The only plan I have on that account is adobe express for my school, which is not the creative cloud pro plan and is something I do not have to pay for. Can you check my account for this plan or something, as I have no idea where there is any evidence of me having this plan. If it is possible can you cancel, as I already have the adobe enterprise for schools. There is just no mention of this plan anywhere on my account, no any billing outside of the fact it has already taken money out of my bank account and the email which was sent to me saying tha payment failed due to there being not enough money in the account.

Poderia ter uma função de legenda automática nativa no Premiere Rush, assim como o software do PC já tem e vários outros apps de edição como o CapCut já tem também, seria indispensável esse recurso no Premiere Rush que tá muito bom.

Hello.I am experiencing very slow rendering times when exporting an AfterFX project via Adobe Media Encoder. The project duration is quite long at 20-30 minutes, the first 15 - 30 seconds are quite effect intensive but then loop repeatedly for the remainder of the duration. During the first 15-30 seconds of effects the CPU goes closer to 100% (around 70-90%) but after that trickels down to barely 50%. GPU sporadically spikes to about 40% but mostly stays at very low utilization anywhere from 10 - 25%. Memory is stable at arund 42-45%. I do not use aftereffects often but use premiere pro a lot more. I notice rendering premiere pro projects is infinitely faster and takes a fraction of the time AfterFX projects take. I'm wondering why AME refuses to utilize the full power of my machine to speed up these renders. A 30 minute export takes over 3 hours. I am aware I can just render the first 2 minute long section and then loop stitch together a loop in Premiere Pro and render that and it woul

Hi all, I've found variations of this but nothing that hits the spot quite as I need. We use InDesign to design and mockup web page and email designs and subsequently pass on the image assets to our developers to build a HTML page with. Some times we cheat image backgrounds extensions with subtle stretches and re-group, so I need the group to export exactly how it appears in InDesign but as a single JPEG. I'd like a shorcut triggered script that exports all selected objects, including grouped ojects, as individual JPEGs at max quality, at a predefined resolution (in this case @15739213, so 144ppi) and be able to define the save location (though straight to Desktop would be good enough). The below script kind of works but it only exports the groups and breaks the groups down in to individual images. I'd love to learn how to edit this to achieve what I need. Thanks in advance to any that may be able to help.  test(); function test(){ var myDoc = ap

My files have been in review for 12 weeks, can you check the status?

Not sure what's wrong with my setup but when i double click any image in my timeline, it shows up cropped in my Source Monitor. I've never seen this happen before, is this normal? How can I make sure that when I double click my images in the timeline, they show up in the source monitor fitted into the frame instead of cropped off?

Hi,Asking for a friend (> English is a problem > Dutch).Windows 11, with Bridge and Photoshop installed and fully up to date. After opening a jpeg for the second time in Photoshop (via Bridge or not via Bridge) he has a weird toolbar on the left with dots (the tools are there but not showing) and the masking tool selected.Opening a RAW file via Bridge to Camera RAW and then open it in Photoshop gives no problem with the toolbar. What we did to solve it:*Ctrl+Alt+Shift as we launched Photoshop to reset your preferences to their defaults.  (did the same with Bridge, just in case).* Created a new workspace with the toolbar intact (but it does not show up after opening jpeg for the second time in Photoshop.* Reset the settings of the toolbar to its default (in the preferences.) We Googled but did not find a solution.  Any Ideas what could be the problem or how to solve this. I suspect a bug... Best regardsReina

The images don't show up on my laptop.I can access and edit it in my phone but not on my laptop. please help.

I don't even know how to describe this, but I'll attempt to. Please look at the video included.I make a blend between two objects. I isolate and edit the blend object directly. I move one of the objects to where I want it to be. The object snaps to a random point beyond where it should go. If I hit CTRL+Z, it will go to the new placement that I originally wanted. CTRL+Z is now reset, so any edits made before this point cannot be undone. You cannot go back any further.Basic Troubleshooting:Snapping has been turned off in all instances (all known snapping). This is in a new document on a newly opened Illustrator.Program/System Details:Illustrator 29.8.1 (64-bit)Windows 10, latest patches and updates from MS as of 9/16/25RTX 3080 12GB64GB DDR4Intel 12700K

Hey Photoshop users! Have you encountered the dreaded “Scratch Disk Full” error? It can seriously slow down or even crash your workflow. I’ve compiled a few tips to fix it:✅ Free Up Space – Delete unnecessary files to clear storage. ✅ Change Scratch Disk Location – Go to Edit > Preferences > Scratch Disks and select a drive with more space. ✅ Clear Cache Files – Use Edit > Purge > All to remove temporary data. ✅ Limit History States – Reducing undo steps in Preferences > Performance can free up memory. ✅ Upgrade to SSD – If possible, an SSD dramatically speeds up scratch disk usage. Have you found other solutions that work for you? Drop your thoughts below!

Good afternoon!  I am currently working in InDesign 13 and would like to know if there is some way to globally change the strike through text DEFAULT option for the width of the strike through line. The perfect world answer would be to change the default so if I open a NEW document OR an EXISTING document - the new default I set would apply. If that is not possible - at least change the default so it applies to everything in the document - not just one text box.  Can anyone help? I'd be much obliged.  BTW, interesting that the strike through option on this Adobe webpage is a standard width that works exactly the way I'd like InDesign to work: strikethru

After the automtic update to Premiere 25.5, the program will not start and Windows error 0xc0000142 suggesting a missing dll. I have rolled back to 25.41 and 25.4. Same error both times. Any idea how far I might need to roll back to get it t work again?

Never had this issue before, but when creating a PDF from inside MS-Word (Save as Adobe PDF) all image hyperlinks are lost. Text hyperlinks remain intact. A workaround is to overlay an invisible textbox over each image, but we have hundreds of images in our document so it's impracticle. Anyone know of anything that might have recently changed. We follow the same Save as Adobe PDF process for every MS-Word doc we have and it's never been an issue.

I couldn't find on the Internet how to change the language of the Creative Cloud itself. Since the layout is poor in the native language, the letters move out.

How do I install the Creative Cloud Desktop app in another language? The default install is in the system default language. Another particularly annoying feature of Adobe is that it confuses Brazilian Portuguese with Portuguese. These languages are quite different and I always have to manually change all applications to English instead. Ideally there should be a Portuguese from Portugal (pt-pt) version available. If this is not possible, do not assume that a Portuguese system will use PT-BR by default instead. Many thanks

How can I change the language of the "Creative Cloud Desktop" application itself (not the programs like PS, Illustrator & Co)?No matter if I download the setup from the US site or not - its always installed in German (as my Windows 11 is german) and there is no option to change this obviously. Thanks

Hello, How can I change the language of the Creative Cloud Desktop app itself? I know how to change it for the apps itself, but where is the setting for the launcher? Thanks!

I GOT INSTALLED IN SPANISH WITHOUT ASKING ME FIRST AND EVEN AFTER CHANGING THE PREFERENCES TO ENGLISH, THE INTERFACE IS STILL IN SPANISH AND THE APPS INSTALLED AFTER THAT ARE STILL IN SPANISH.
