Solved

Hello, I need help with automatic removal of highlights from eye photos in Photoshop. When i take the picture of the eye there are 4 key higlights that need to be removed: 1. flash highlight + specs around it2. regular light highlights3. eyelash reflections4. Sometimes eyelid reflections on top or bottom of the iris I have a way of fixing geometry of the iris like you see on the attached image (so that it is a perfect circle). I tried using content aware and generative infill, but the results are not the best. What seems to work best for now is spot healing brush tool plus using other parts of the image to fill in the parts where there are highlights. But this can be a bit tedious, so I need an automatic method, because I have many photos to edit. Any help will be greatly appreciated! 🙂

For example, I set the measurement from Point to Millimeter, but every time I start Illustrator it is still on points. I tried to reset with STRG+ALT+SHIFT, but didn't change anything.

Okay... The app of Lightroom CC kept having problems in synchronizing my photos to creative cloud despite it being the latest version. So, I thought reinstalling the app might resolve something. After doing so, it did start synchronizing, however, I am not sure how or why, but it seems like it actually removed all my latest photos that were in the sync queue. There were about 50 photos on the cloud and +200 that where pending. Now, those 200 + photos all disappeared.I can't figure out where they disappeared to. I would absolutely hate to have lost those photos.Anyone who has any idea what might have happened and where they might have gone?Thank you kindly.

Hello all! Thanks to an interesting question from a PPro scripter, I've written some example PPro ExtendScript that extracts the dimensions of a projectItem.      var kPProPrivateProjectMetadataURI = "http://ns.adobe.com/premierePrivateProjectMetaData/1.0/"; if (ExternalObject.AdobeXMPScript === undefined) { ExternalObject.AdobeXMPScript = new ExternalObject('lib:AdobeXMPScript'); } var firstItemInProject = app.project.rootItem.children[0]; // make sure first item is media. if (firstItemInProject) { var projectMetadata = firstItemInProject.getProjectMetadata(); if (projectMetadata) { var projectMetadataAsXMP = new XMPMeta(projectMetadata); if (projectMetadataAsXMP) { var dimensionsFieldName = "Column.Intrinsic.VideoInfo"; var dimensionsInfo = projectMetadataAsXMP.getProperty(kPProPrivateProjectMetadataURI, dimensionsFieldName); if (dimensionsInfo) { var widthArray = []; var heightArray = []; var dimensionsVal = dimensionsInfo.v

Hello, I'm using Lightroom 8.4 desktop, and since version 8.4 the “subject” masking no longer works, whereas the “subject masking” option works perfectly on the web version. Any advice? Thanks.

I've been trying to learn this for days and every method I eventually hit a brick wallI'm trying to fragment this word into several shapes. As such:I want one layer for each colored segment shown above.I know how to turn the word into shape layers, outline each letter, have them on a distinct layer each.I was able to do the W using the Pen Tool + Pathfinder Panel. But other segments are much trickier. The dot of the i for instance. Not only do I have to separete each parte but as you can see on the images I also have to connect the central part of it, other wise the dash is going to be open.I know this is so far fetched but ideally I would love to have someone on google meet watching my screen and teaching me step by step. But if not...Maybe you guys have a general idea on how I should go about this.I know there are several different methods but I'm looking for one that I can finally do this.It has been a struggle.

Nearly every time I open a jpg, or tiff (but not pds files) Photoshop crashes. I have uninstalled and re-installed, and reset preferences to no avail. This happens evern for files I created in Photoshop. I have 79 GB on my hard drive. All my software is set to update automatically.  Up until about 2 months ago, it worked just fine and I use it every few days. Any ideas?Howard

Hello! Hoping someone may be able to help.I've created this worksheet for a client which calculates a spending and retirement budget. I created all of the calculation fields in Acrobat 2025 (Mac). The "Total spending" section calculates a monthly and annual amounts. The annual amount basically multiplies the monthly by 12. Simple, right? When entering values starting at the top left, the first section performs as expected, but the remaining sections don't totally calculate the annual correctly until you tab to the next section and enter a value. Not ideal, but we can live with that. The real problem is in the "Discretionary spending" section - the annual cell doesn't calculate properly until you tab through the cells and enter a value in the first "Social Security" cell. Very much appreciate any insight into why this is happening.

Hi there! After latest update I have a model 3 that doesn't work, but a model 1 is available and works, what could be the problem? Is there a way to disable the Firefly selection altogether?

hi, how can i get this effect? appreciate the help

Hi AllI have licensed a number of icon sets from Adobe Stock, and would like to know if it is possible to get the individual icons from the .ai file into a set of symbols? I have access to all the layers/groups, etc, but how do I get them to appear as a symbol set? Thank you in advance!!

I have been trying to create a large panorama of a mountain, and for somereason, two photos just will not merge. I've tried merging them seperately, one at a time, but nothing works. The two photos dont have ideal overlap with eachother and the others, but you are still able to tell where they do overlap, and I'm not sure why lightroom merge cant tell. Could it be some issue with the files themselves? Anyhelp is appreciated, thank you.
