Solved

So, this issue is closed out in other places, but It clearly is not fixed.  I am getting a security alert every few minutes on my Win 10 machine.  If I kill Creative Cloud it goes away, but keeps coming back when it turns itself back on.  I need to use the suite (its how I make money), but I can do without the continuous stream of pop ups that remind me of the Web 20 years ago. Anyone with any insight???Please don't tell me its my machine.  Looking for real answers.... Thanks JKB

Previoused using Photoshop at work as part of a bussiness license however recently lost access, Account shows no products with a valid lisence.Contacted our Admin team who have said the lisence was definately renewed and paid for and is linked to the account however they've also lost access to the Admin console ( no sure on further details there.) I have a VIP number and account login details but i need support from an actually Adobe person , either via Email or Chat etc ... how do i get the support i need to actually do my Job as my Admin department seem incapable of helping.

When using 'Export layers to files' I would realy like 'File Name Prefix' to be empty by defaut. Can anyone please tell me what to change in the script to have this box NOT containing the current file name by default? EDIT: My first post was not clear. I also wanted to get rid of the leading sequential numbers.Thank you!

Hello everyone, One of layers have Bevel & Emboss effect to apply metallic effect to shapes. Everything works great, but I miss click and press something instead Ctrl+Alt+E and now Photoshop is broken. This effect looks broken now with sharp edges, and when I merge layers it become brigher. I attached how this effect looks previously and now. The pixeled edge is where the effect ends and another solid layer under it.Color mode is the same 16bit and Srgb, no opacity, fill or blend mode changed. I tried to restart photoshop, open the document in older photoshop version, create a new document. And when I apply this effect it always looks ugly when zoom in and same after merging layers. Previously it looks perfect at laest after layer merge (I didn't zoom in  earlier). It was smooth in visual transition between layers but now very pixeleted. Very strange problem because it save even I restart a Photoshop or create same effect in new documentSo what bad buttons I pressed what brigh

When Create Outlines is invoked for a multiline text, the Grouping could be much better.Currently, when choosing to ungroup the result, every character becomes a separate object. How great would it be when Create Outlines makes a 4 level Group hierarchy this way: Text > Paragaphs > Lines > Words > Characters So 4x ungroup results in separate characters.3x gives separate words (separator = space), 2x gives separate lines (separator = return), 1x gives separate Paragraphs (empty line / double return = separator). Makes sense, doesn't it?

I have always been able to click on the heart symbol to add my generated images to my favorites, but I'm now unable to locate the heart, or find any other way to add to favorites. Is there an issue, or has there been a change I'm unaware of? The only way I have been able to keep my images has been to add them to favorites, so without this function I'm unsure how to manage the images I want to keep. Are all of my images accessible anywhere other than favorites? Any info on how to save/favorite images will be appreciated. Thanks

Glassmorphism designs are quite difficult to create using Adobe Illustrator as vectors, but it's much easier to design them in Figma or Adobe XD. The problem is, when exporting these designs as vectors from Figma or XD, the only option is SVG. And once you open that SVG file in Illustrator, all the glassmorphism effects get lost. So, the question is—do the contributors who upload glassmorphism designs or icons actually create them directly in Illustrator? If they create the design in Illustrator, like a glassmorphism icon design, then how is it done, and where can I learn it? I didn’t find many videos on YouTube about glassmorphism icon design using Illustrator.

Year 2024 - Installing both versions of Adobe Pro and Adobe Reader on the same machine Hello,We have multiple users working on a terminal servers A few have license for Adobe ProThe rest of the users need access to the 'regular' Adobe Reader that does not require a license. Tried installing Adobe Pro on the terminal server -it uninstalled and canceled out Adobe Reader. We need a way to keep both versions on the same machine Major problem with Adobe Pro is - It wouldn't let users use reading functionality without logging in with an email address that has a license attatched to it. It just force quits, leaving reading PDF files impossible for users without Adobe Pro license. How can we keep both versions? Or, is there a way to tell Adove Pro not to force quit while not in 'logged in' mode and keep reading functionality? Thank you!

Hi. Our users access Adobe Acrobat Standard on an RDS server, but one has asked if he can have the ability to compare documents. I believe that function is only available on Acrobat Pro, so just wondering if anyone knows if both versions can happily live alongside each other on the same RDS server? Many thanks in advance.

I have a client who is running Server 2019 Remote Desktop server and want to have both Reader and Pro installed on the same system. Adobe support have tried to assist with this but they have not been able to resolve so looking if anyone on here who has setup this way or some insight to why its not working. The process support instructed me to go through is to install Pro from: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.htmlThen install Reader following https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/install-reader-dc-windows.html If we do this, Reader will not install, it error with "Old/New Acrobat vesion alread installed."If we install in the reverse Reader then Pro, the Pro instyaller removes reader as part of the process. I have also tried the cleaner utilities to completely remove both Reader and Pro and tried again but no different. Any guidance would be appreciated.

As a team working heavily in packaging and print design for education, we've found Share for Review incredibly helpful—but there are some key collaboration features missing that would significantly improve usability in real-world workflows.🔁 Missing Feedback Loop to Original RequesterOnce a reviewer resolves a comment or approves, there’s no automated update back to the original requester/artworker.We need:An email notification when all assigned reviewers have completed feedback.A second notification when the artworker has completed the final edits. These should include a summary of activity (comments resolved, edits made) so nothing gets lost in follow-up.✅ Reviewer Assignment + SequencingCurrently, anyone with the link can review at any time.
