Solved

Hi, is there an Adobe API that can be used to automatically assign Adobe licenses to users? Because the licenses frequently need to be transferred to different users, and the manual transfer process is very time-consuming.

Why can I not add comments to a pdf? I have to make notes and marks on a project pdf. It allows me to select the tool, circle the object, and then disappears. There is a comment that does show. It seems like it's below the surface of the pdf? How do I bring the comments to the front of the page so I can see them?

I just downloaded the latest version of Adobe Reader (18.011.20040) on my new computer. I create files all the time through Microsoft Word and Excel. When I save these files as PDFs, Adobe Reader automatically opens. I do not want that to happen. I simply want it to save as a PDF and go on with my life. How do I stop it from opening automatically?

I just bought a new computer (i9 Ultra 285K, 64GB RAM, NVIDIA 5070 16GB) to speed up my video exporting process and allow myself to multitask while exporting. However, as of the last week, I've found that if I try to pull up my web browser (Microsoft Edge) during the export, the export time estimation and percentage will freeze. Additionally, when I go to cancel the export, my Premiere timeline scrubbing will remain frozen, and I can only access certain features in Premiere. If I try to close the app, it freezes and stops responding. Even after forcing it to quit, it remains in my task manager and cannot be ended unless I restart my computer. I have more than enough RAM to accommodate my browsing and exporting at the same time (both processes combined take less than 35%). It's also interesting to me that Premiere itself seems to freeze after cancelling the export--almost as though my browsing shocks it into not or barely responding. I'm wondering if anyone else has the same proble

I own many PDF patterns and would love to know if there is a way to select layers ( sizes) from my iPad or iPhone. I don't always have access to a computer, this would make my life way easier. Thank you in advance for any input.

Hi,I have a bunch of footage shot in log, without stabilization.  We show the client, who then tells us which clips they want for their archive.  It's easiest to drop each clip into a single timeline and then "render and replace" the timeline, which bakes the coloring and stabilization.  However, we now have a few clips that are also getting nested (mostly for speed and duration + stabilization, etc.).  Those don't work with Render and Replace. Is there an easy way to render multiple in/out points, with the effects, including effects within nested clips?  I know I can select a clip, mark in and out, and then add to media encoder, but doing that 20 times would be a pain, especially if there is an easier way. Thanks!

I'm trying out After Effects CC and doing a simple position animation with an easy eased keyframe. I'm hping to adjust the bezier handles in the Graph editer as I've done a thousand time but I can't get them to appear. Am i missing a check box or something somewhere?

I am using lightroom Classic v 13.0.1 on my Mac OS and am trying to import Nikon Z8 raw files. I do so just as I did before with my Nikon D780 and the previous LrC version and it doesn't find the photos. Apparently it only creates smart profiles and thinks the images are only on the card (which they still are) even after importing. Also, I am unable to use the denoise function. What is going on?

This never used to happen, but recently when exporting to PDF from InDesign, each line of a paragraph is being tagged (as opposed to the whole paragraph). I haven't been doing anything differently so I wonder if InDesign changed something? I work on a P.C. (not Mac)

I have a text field with a default value of "NAFID1" and a mouse up action: on blur that works to always keep the preset text in the field and to protect the preset text from deletion.  In other words, if any character of the preset text is deleted, it will reset the field automatically to the preset text.// Define your preset text var presetText = "NAFID1"; // Get the current value of the field var currentValue = event.target.value; // If the field is empty or doesn't start with the preset text, add it if(!currentValue.startsWith(presetText)) { event.target.value = presetText; } I have paired the on blur action with a custom keystroke script that works to automatically add a hyphen after the 6th, 9th and 11th characters.  I also have a limit of 16 characters set for the field.// Get the current value of the field, removing any existing hyphens var v = event.value.replace(/-/g, ""); // Check if the input has reached the 6th character if (v.length > 6) {

So I notice that  if I drop a clip on the time line and make several edits.  On my long form sometimes its100s of edits.  When I ad an effect onto a track it makes a list of attributes of that track in Effects controlsIf I make an adjustment to one clip, 90% of the time I want that effect on all of the edits on the time lineie. audio adjustments ect.  But, when I copy a clip and paste attributes to my other 99 clips I WOULD LIKE IT TO REPLACE ATTRIBUTES NOT ADD TO THEM!  anyone else have this issue?

On pages 30, 31 of this pdf, any text box i add is showing up on the other page and vice versa, what is the fix?

I have created a document in Adobe express, exported into Adobe Acrobat pro, and  created a form, so that fields can be completed by the end user.  I understand the principle of selecting a font that is widely available (doesn't seem to matter if I select Helvetica, arial or times roman) but no matter what size font I select (12, 14, 18 or auto) in preview, the font is unreadably small.  I know that changes are made, because I can change the font colour for example successfully. But I need the text to be bigger.

Ingreso a una sitio (Htal Italiano de Buenos Aires)que tiene archivos PDF de Acrobat, los leo y cuando quiero descargarlos me indica que me suscriba, yo ya inicie sesion con mi suscrpcion.

Hello community,I opened a .aep file that I hadn't opened in 2 to 3 months. Upon launch, I didn't receive any message indicating missing files, and I don't have any Photoshop files. However, when I start the preview, it works for a while then abruptly stops and displays an error message.I cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled After Effects, updated Camera Raw, but to no avail.I'm lost because I can't seem to solve this problem. I've searched everywhere on the internet and haven't found a solution to my problem, so I hope you can help me here. Thanks in advance.

Hi all! So, I have been having this weird problem while I am using the media replacement option in Mogrts. Whenever I try to to replace more than one video in the respective mogrt, apart from the first video, all the subsequent ones come out as black and white, regardless of  their actual color. So far I have tried everything, but have been unable to figure the reason or the solution to this problem. Basically, it has stopped my work dead in its tracks. Any, insight or clue towards solving my problem will be very helpful.

I recently shot the finish line of a marathon for some 7100 imagesApprox 40 were out of focus so I flagged them as rejected and put them in a seperate folder.I used the Focus Point plugin for LrC to see what I was aiming at and sure enough the problem was me. I somehow stumbled across Black Forest Lab's Flux Playground website and ran those out of focus images through it, using this prompt:"Improve this image and put the subject in clear focus and blur the background like an f2.8 lens". It did exactly as instructed and runners who were totally out of focus, were generated clearly, other than some of the illegible text on their bibs remaining garbled. The background f2.8 simulation was nearly as good as I could get from my 70-200 lens. OK ...I've used PS for over 20 years and it has generative Ai so I thought I'd try that on some of those photos just as a test. Using the same prompt just produced absolute garbage, so I tried first selecting the subject onto its own layer

I am using Premiere Pro on Windows 10. I am editing a vertical video and I changed the program monitor to 9:16 aspect ratio however when I open any clips in the source monitor panel, the monitor is set horizontal 16:9. I applied a 'transform' master clip effect to the files to get them in the right orientation but that doesn't make the source monitor flip. How do I do this? Thank you.

Hi, I have noticed that PPRO unpredictably scales/crops to fit to sequence's resolution dragged adjustment layerso adjustment layer of 1920x1080 dragged into 640x320 or 1280/720 seq becomes 640x320 or 1280/720 accordinly,  scaling from lower than 100% shows that the layer gets croppedwhile for 4k footage it doesn't upscaleI am building script that has to set adj layer scale in accordance with the seq's resolution, but cannot get to understand how to ensure the scale is correct as there is no way to extract real clip's box

I've been using Adobe Spark Video and Adobe Express for years. It is by far the best (and easiest-to-use) digital storytelling tool I've ever used with elementary students. It is so intuitive that I can give it to a 5 year old and they can make a video. I just looked at the new Adobe Express. I see that there is a video editor tool, but nothing that replaces Adobe Spark Video. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is the Adobe Spark Video app going to be discontinued? It is literally my favourite app to use with students 😞

Trying to wrap my head around this new error I have popping up trying to send an email. This seems to have worked through update 19. I cannot speak for Update 20 because we updated to 20 and then 21 within a few days of each other. I am running the latest approved JVM 11.0.27 from Adobe's site, on Server 2019.  Below is the error I am seeing when I try to send. The page does not end up doing a redirect, but hangs after submit.  Running out of ideas for how to resolve, I have followed another Adobe post but that didn't work either so I reverted back to the old bouncy castle: Solved: CFMAIL Stopped Working After CF2018 Update 14 - Adobe Product Community - 13035484Any suggestions would be welcome, thanks!Jul 10, 2025 12:21:07 PM org.apache.catalina.core.StandardWrapperValve invokeSEVERE: Servlet.service() for servlet [CfmServlet] in context with path [] threw exception [Servlet execution threw an exception] with root causejava.lang.VerifyError: Bad type on operand sta

I hope someone can help me here.  I am JUST now learning about 3D normal maps and was happy to see that my beloved Photoshop can do this trick.  The issue I am facing is everytime I go to try and create a 3D Normal Map of my image I get the following error..."The 3D features require that "Use Graphics Processor" is enabled in the Performance prefrences.  Your video card must meet the minimum requirements and you may need to check that your driver is working correctly." "Use Graphics Processor" - is enabled and still no joy. PC Spec:GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 64gb RamRyzen 7 7800X 3D 4.2ghz Is there any way around this never ending error?

My IMac which I bought in 2018 says that I need macOS 14.6.1 or later for maximum performance. Does that mean that  all my colors in my projects will be different when printed off? Do I have to buy a new Imac?   If I buy a new Imac and upload all three of my Adobe apps ( Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign) will my projects be able to have the correct colors or do I have to scan and enter all my illustrations all over again to get my correct colors in my illustrations?
