I accidentally clicked on "license" on an image while scrolling ( #420736646). I am hoping I can get my image credit back. I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone on chat or the phone so I am trying here. Thanks!

I downloaded a stock background in AI format and expected to be able to isolate the individual elements to use just the ones I want but it is not a vector file. Why does Stock give the option to download in AI format if the file is NOT vector?

Hi forum! I mistakingly bought an "improved" license to clip #171754810. Ordernumber AE01336100350CSE. I was looking to upgrade it to "extended" (it would probably run on TV) but somehow downloaded the "improved" one instead.  Is there any way to upgrade it to "extended" or to cancel the transaction? I hope the terms are correct since I've translated them from Swedish. Kind regards,  Max

I have a adobe corporate account that recently lost access to all my previous libaries due to some updates.Is there a way to regain them?

None of my libraries are accesible. 

Hey, I'm new in using adobe stock, just purchased an extended licence for a pic and wanted to some simple adjustments on photoshop (contrast and shading). It doesn't work. When I add the layers, the changes are mostly lost. With a screenshot of the photo that doesn't happen. So are adobe photos restricted for editing? Is there something I'm not doing right? I never experienced this problem with photoshop...  

Hi Everyone.  I have had to have my Enterprise Adobe account reinstated due to an issue. In this process I have lost my Libraries and can no longer create new ones.  Does anyone have a solution for this? I need access. Thanks! 

If I download audio tracks now, and then cancel my account, will I be able to use them in future videos I create and post on youtube next year? (Will the licenses be valid/available?)

I licensed an image that has a spelling error, I wish to unlicense and obtain a credit please. It was an image of 2023 calendars and APRIL is spelled ARRIL. I don't wish to mess around with cleaning up the mistake and would rather find a new image please. Thank you.

Good-Day,   So, I get billed on the 1st of each month for Adobe Stock. Perfectly fine. However, I am no sitting here on the 5th of the month and I have not been allocated my 10 Asset Quota in order to download.    Does anyone know why this is happening?

I signed up for an Adobe stock trial. I did not wish to continue however I missed the trial end date and so was happy to pay £23.99 on 29th September 2022 as it was my own oversight. Even although I cancelled the trial I am receiving messages every month to say that my payment has failed. I have since changed my account and it would seem the only way I can "manage" my account is to update my bank details which I do not want to do for obvious reasons. I am finding it stressful to revive these messages every month. I have canceled this service. Please stop trying to take the funds form my account. Thank you. 

I found a very serious plagiarize problem. The "4am" logo is used as a team logo of Chinese Pubg Club "4am" which is very similar to the logo "Spartan warrior" created by Makstrv.  4am benefits millions dollars a year, but I don't think that they buy this license.  So my question is: 1. Do you guys know the email of Makstrv so that I can contact him immediately about his serious problem. 2. Do you guys know the process of authentication of plagiarizing? 3. Hello! I have used stock photos on Adobe CC to create a temporary website. Can I use those in my permanent website or are those proprietary to Adobe CC? I see credits on the temp site for a few of the photos. I will retain those credits, of course, and add a credit to Adobe CC for them, as well. Thank you for your help! Hello! I love using the Adobe Stock subscription. I do the 10 downloads a month pack, and it works great. But now that it's time to invoice, I need invoices for specific images that I have downloaded. Is there a way to get specific dummy invoices so that I can bill for the 7ish images that I used for a client? Thanks!

A client has recently asked me for the working files of a doucment I put together for them containing several free Adobe Stock images. How can I legally give them the document with the links to the images? Does this breach licensing terms?

Hi,  I accidentally click the licence button on a random image (#169065816). I did not even realise there was a licence button, and there was no popup message asking users like, "Are you sure to licence the image?" before licencing it, which made me feel like I was scammed.  Is there any way to unlicense the image?  Many thanks.

In 2021 my card was charged for Adobe stock unbeknownst to me. Didn't realize it until I was looking at my account to switch my card for auton renewal for Photoshop this September. When I contacted Adobe through Chat I told them that the original payment method had been closed and no longer existed. I was given a link to provide a new card in which they could process the refund. I thought nothing of it until I never received the refund.    I have been going around in circles trying to get my money refunded to the correct card. I have contacted the bank that the original card was through and confirmed that they never received the payment because my account was closed. I have talked to about 5 supervisors who say they'll call back and resolve it. I have barely received calls. I have talked to numerous individuals and one even offered me $130 less than entitled and told me he was sorry that was all he could do. I've been told over and over (including in an email this m
