Hi, I'm currently subscribed to the student creative cloud plan in the UK (16,24£/mo). The other day whilst checking my bank account, I noticed that Adobe stock had taken 24£ out of my account. I never subscribed to Adobe stock! As part of my student subscription I get 10 Adobe stock files for free and I've downloaded 2 in the past but that's it, I never subscribed to a full plan. How can they just take money out of my account like this?! How can I get a refund and cancel the subscription? Thanks,Josh

Please tell me why you guys make it so difficult to communicate or get real answers? I have tried numerous times to download a RF stock image but it constantly pushes me towards a "plan". I don't want a "plan". So I go to my profile and check my info and all is fine but I still can't download an image and still get pushed towards some BS plan. You clearly have a "pay as you go" option but it never updates. Then after a lengthy search I find an area to communicate and it is just a waste of time "response fields" to fill out with no results.Quit making stuff so difficult. Don't end up like Quark Xpress, they were so arrogant involving customer service and thought they couldn't be replaced. Don't join the ranks of Blockbuster, VHS, CDs and other dinosaurs. Stop hiding behind BS menus and questionnaire fields and provide good customer service. I have a business to run and can't afford the downtime trying to incessantly fill out your forms and whatnot. NOT USER FRIENDLY!

I signed up to Adobe Stock - 40 images a month (month-to-month) at the end of April. I only needed this amount of images for one specific project so I then cancelled my subscription in May before the first month was of my subscription was out. I received an email to say Cancellation Confirmation. But now I see that this week 40 image downloads have been added to my account!! I haven't yet been charged for them but don't want to be. Hi, I'm new to adobe and have been learning to edit with it. But while working I clicked on a template and without warning I was billed for it.Why did it not asked my if I would like to purchase? It's got my extremely cautious about using adobe stock now.Could anyone offer advice on this for me... like is it possible for my to return the template or exchange it?

I am self employed and trying to get  website traffic, I subscribed on 5th March for 16 adobe images, so far I have licensed 7, although of the the last two one isn't the correct format and the other has failed to download in a format I can use or that wordpress or my computer can recognise.I checked my account and I was surprised to see my account has expired, after only 3 months and not even half way through my allowance?   This is really frustrating as I was not aware of a time scale for this subscription, the nearly £100 was a big investment for me and I had planned to use the images as I slowly build up my website with key word rich blogs and I really thought that I had at least one year to use the images.Can someone please help?

Hello,My question is: how can i get my money back from Adobe Stock 10 pictures. Today I have payed for it but I didn't want to. Though i cancelled it but i didn't get my refund. Last mounth it was a free trial (I suppose) due to my Creative Cloud subscription. But now i payed full price and i don't need it. Do i get my refund? Thank you!Philipp Dogaru

How do you give your Adobe Stock license image to a client? I understand once given, I would need to buy another one if I want to use it again for another project.

Hi.  I too am experiencing absolutely awful customer support.  I have been trying for almost 2 months to get the remainder of my refund.  I am still owed $252.00 USD as a refund for charging me when I cancelled my subscription over $300 USD.  I keep getting told that the “senior team” will get it resolved but nothing happens. No phone call, email or refund.  I have called over 7 times and get the same answer but no solution.The Adobe customer care and support is an absolute joke.  I have never been treated so poorly.  I even posted my concern on the adobe forums. I had someone reply saying they will look into it.  Guess what .... no reply.  A company as large as Adobe should care about there customers.  I have kept a record of all my online chats.  I keep getting promised the refund but never get the matter resolved.  Not sure what else I can do.  Maybe looking into legal recourse would get their attention.

What happens if I don't need the license anymore and I cancel it before the first month ends? How much will you charge me if I do so? I want to try the annual plan of 40 standard assets a month.

Is possible to change the colour profile that images are downloaded as? I would like to have my pictures in CMYK rather than RGB.

Hello, I used 10 pictures per month for free. I wanted to cancel my subscription before renewal but I couldn`t find the way to do it. Today my Paypal was charged with Payment for Stock. I did not get any photos, just canceld subsctiption, and now would like my refund for something I dont want to use.Best Regards

Hallo liebe Gemeinde,ich bin recht neu bei Fotolia daher habe ich einige Fragen. Ich freue mich wenn Ihr mir helfen könnt.Gibt es die Möglichkeit sich die Fotos EINES Anbieters anzeigen zu lassen? Ich stelle mir bspw. vor, einen Link an Interessenten zu senden der auf meine eingestellten Fotos bei Fotolia verweist.Oder zumindest möchte ich diesem mitteilen, wie er meine Fotos findet.Ich finde die Release Verträge nicht. Soweit ich Informiert bin hat Fotolia eigene Verträge und akzeptiert auch nur diese. Habt Ihr da einen Link für mich?Kann man nicht mehr benötigte (nicht mehr bestehende) Emailadressen bei der Konvertierung löschen? Hier besteht die Gefahr, Einnahmen an ein falsches Paypalkonto zu überweisen.Vielen Dank für Eue Hilfe.

Accidental purchase for FILE #: 117324194   Is there a future un-licensing button in the works?

I licensed an image (FILE #: 91126185). I'm new at this and should have used the preview to make sure the image would work but I "licensed" it and it doesn't work for our purpose. Is there a way to un-license an image so it doesn't count as one of our 10?

I have a client that has two websites. He wants to use some of the licensed images we added to his first website and added those images to his new website. Does he have to pay for an additional license for the images on the second site? Also, can he use the licensed images in a catalog? Is there an extra fee?Thank you.Stephanie Mondello

This is an endless feedback loop with no actual chat options.  How can I really contact someone.  I'd like to have my credits back.

Recently I contacted a rep. for Photoshop because I was having an issue where I couldn't download any stock templates from any of the categories apart from "Photo". The rep's have been trying several things for the last few months, but a couple days ago the rep took control of my PC and removed a folder from somewhere in either the Photoshop Files, or Creative Cloud files, and since then I'm unable to load any of the images for the Stock templates (apart from ones I've already downloaded) in any of the categories. I've been trying since then to get ahold of someone to fix this, but the person's been playing email tag for a few days and nothing's been resolved.Does anyone know where the "stock" folder goes in any of the CC or PS files? Inside the folder is - 2  "JSON" files, and one folder called "assets" which contains all of the stock template images.

Can you help me too? I logged in this morning and had 30+ credits left (from adobe stock not DPC) and they are not showing anything.

Hi, I posted as a reply in a similar thread but not entirely sure if someone from Adobe will actually see it so starting a new one.Like so many others I have also managed to license a photo I do not want by clicking on it.
