Our team has two active and assigned Adobe Substance 3D collection subscriptions. The users with the licenses are unable to download assets from Substance 3D Assets (adobe.com) as it doesn't recognize their licenses. Per the subscription they should each be able to download up to 50 assets per month. Both users report being logged into Substance 3D Assets (adobe.com) page with the same email that the Substance 3D collection license is assigned to. Contacting our Adobe account rep led me to the Adobe Admin Console where he recommended submitting a support ticket. There is no option to submit a support ticket on the Adobe Admin Console and the enterprise support phone number continues to ring without being answered.. Any help to link the Substance 3D Assets (adobe.com) to our active Adobe Substance 3D Collection licenses will be much appreciated!
Its been spinning like this after i enter my old account credentials. Is this normal?
I am having a slight issue not being able to download .sbsar, but whenever I try to download I get this error message pops up: Access denied! You don't have permission for this action!
Hi. What is the reason for not being allowed to transfer old Substance3D account points to the Adobe account just because I didn't have a previous Indie subscription? This seems like a strange cutoff, seeing as how I've been a loyal paying customer over the years by buying and upgrading many different perpetual versions of Substance Designer and Painter as well as buying the old Substance Database. This matters to me because according to the old Substance3D website, my existing Substance3D points are going to expire in June 2022, whereas if I were to be able to transfer those points to my current active Adobe Substance 3D Texturing subscription account, those points wouldn't expire. The message shown when trying to link accounts and transfer points says, "Not Eligible". It would be greatly appreciated if the Adobe Substance devs could remove this arbitrary eligibility requirement, as I'm being unfairly punished for having spent way more money over the years than many people w
Hello, I have a little question. I just subscribe to a monthly Substance texturing plan because i noticed my substance account will shot down tomorrow. I did that to transfer my points to my adobe account. My question is : what happen to my credits if I cancel the subscribtion to substance texturing plan (and only keeping my Adobe account) ? Could i always have access to Source (like before) or my points will be frozen until I resubscribe to a Substance plan ? Or lost forever ? Can you clarify that ? Thanks for your reply, Cordially
Hello. Short version: 1. I'm on the Substance 3D Collection plan with monthly payment using the 50% off Launch offer. Is it guaranteed this price won't change for the first 12 payments?2. I currently have 1211 points, gathered throughout 3.5 years of subscription with Allegorithmic. Will these points disappear after June 2022?3. Will I lose my points if I cancel the subscription?4. Where are the exact terms of my current plan? Let me explain my doubts.(I know it's a lot, so in advance thank you for your patience) 1In the "Transition to Substance 3D Collection at 50% off" e-mail, and at the bottom of the website it leads to, it says the offer is for a year ("one-year term"). But at the bottom of the e-mail confirming my purchase, it says that Adobe has the right to change the plan's price while it's renewed for the next month. Unfortunately that e-mail is in Polish, and I can't find these terms anywhere else (hence question 4). Also, when I view my Plans on the
Why I cant´t download Substance assets form the new assets browser? I have 500 point but in the new assets browser i have 0 points !!!!!!!!!!!!! Yep, I have an Adobe account for all the apps..........
Hi, I have sofa model in 3dsmax 2020 and I am putting substance source fabric material on it. The problem is that scale it too big on the material and I would need to scale it smaller. Substance material does not have scaling parameter. Original sofa texture was hand painted texturemap so it was not tiled texture. I have no idea how to make substance material scale smaller.
I just bought a 3D Texturing monthly subscription and tried to transfer my account over, I got none of my points saved up (over 500 I believe from two years of subscription) and when I log into Substance3D they have dissapeared from there also!I was presented with a screen saying I could transfer my points later so I wasn't worried about it. However as I said they have dissapeared from my ongoing Substance3D account. 😞
Hello,I am using an asset from Adobe Substance 3D Community Assets and I would like to render a preview image just like what Adobe Substance 3D Assets displayed on the asset page. The example preview image provided by Adobe Substance 3D Assets can be accessed here1 and here2. Is there a way to do such preview rendering in any adobe software? Or is that possible to get the preview rendering options(e.g. meshes, lightings) so that I could do it by my self? Thanks in advance.-D
Hi there. I have downloaded some SBAR assets from adobe assets and want to export a seamless tile but am unsure how to do this. I am able to use the sbar as a material in painter which seems to generate a seamless tile but i dont know how to export this. if i export the textures from painter they will be projected onto the UV which i dont want, i just want a seamless tile which can be used in other 3d software. thanks.
Hello,I already have Adobe All Apps from my company. Is there a way to add my personal Adobe Substance collection account to the existing CC Services? Everytime I need to use one of them, I have logout and log back in using my apps' original account. If we can add multiple accounts to 1 CC Service, it will be very helpful. Is there a solution for this? Thanks in advance.-D
Hello, I've just tried to transfer my Substance points to my Adobe account using the process shown here:https://substance3d.adobe.com/documentation/scdoc/points-and-assets-transfer When I get to the final step it says:An individual 3D Subsription is needed to allow download and points transfer. You will be able to transfer your download points later if you decide to start an Adobe 3D Subscription I still have an existing Substance Indie subscription which expires next month, and I have an existing Adobe account (photography plan). So why won't the points transfer? What the page linked to above says does not suggest that I have to end my current Indie subscription first. So what do I do. Do I have to get an Adobe plan first? (so I am paying twice?) This is all so confusing. I have a lot of points I do not want to lose.
Hi, I used all my points. Is there a way to buy more? Thank you
Hi all, I would like to know if there is a way to simply hide all model assets in new source/3d assets. I will never use models I didnt make myself and frankly they are just cluttering my view. I would like to be able to filter them out of ALLof my interactions with the new system by default. Is this possible? And if not, Adobe, please consider separating those assets out more clearly. Yeah models are assets, but when I use painter for my own objects I simply do not care to see the others, it isn't what I am looking for.
When Adobe decided to do away with the old Substance accounts, Substance users were told repeatedly that we should cancel our Substance accounts, sign up for an Adobe Substance account, send the invoices to Adobe customer service, and our points would be transferred and the remainder of our Substance account payment would be refunded on a prorated basis. Today I found out none of this is true. I was informed by email of the following: "Any unused Substance 3D assets ( formerly Substance Source) points remain in your legacy Substance account until further notice. You will have credits to use via your Adobe account as well. We will communicate to eligible users in the future on the process to transfer your licensed assets and unused points to your Adobe account." So if I want to use my 700 plus points to purchase 3D assets, I will have to purchase another Legacy Substance account on the old site?!! Allegorithmic was known for their reworking of the terms of their TOS--I once ha
I have a lot of assets licensed to my original Substance account but now have several months of content in my Adobe account. When is this going to be resolved so I can see all my assets under a single account? It is exceedingly difficult to search or to avoid duplicating assets as things are.It is difficult to understand why Launcher was depreciated so quickly with nothing to take its place. Not perfect, but at least it helped manage large asset collections locally.
Hello, Thanks in advance for any advice on what to do? I have been trying to download all of my substance assets that have been accumilated over the months, so I will not have to go back in the old substance source account and all of a sudden I cannot login? I had about 115 points left in that account and I want to finish it and now I cannot login, yet they have not been transferred to my new Adobe 3d Assets subscription? I don't want to lose those points, and I was told originally via phone they would be transferred. Please advise.
I subscribed with my adobe account this month, I had 24 unused points, after cancelling I see 0 points. bad service, it's not financially sustainable to use this service.
I upgraded my subscription to Adobe 3D Collection plan. I am able to download .sbsar, but whenever I try to download .fbx and .glb files, this error message pops up: Access denied! You don't have permission for this action!
This was posted by me in the Substance Stager discussion before I realized it would be better to post it here: When Adobe decided to do away with the old Substance accounts, Substance users were told repeatedly that we should cancel our Substance accounts, sign up for an Adobe Substance account, send the invoices to Adobe customer service, and our points would be transferred and the remainder of our Substance account payment would be refunded on a prorated basis. Hi, I recently subscribed to the "Substance 3D Texturing" plan. I did it to acces to the "Adobe Substance 3D Assets" as I already posses Substance Designer and Substance Painter. I used 3 of the 30 points the subscription give me access to and I was led to believe (reading the forums) that I could keep my points without any time limitation. But after cancelling the subscription so it doesn't renew next month I am now unable to download any new assets (it shows that I have 0 points). Did the terms of use change? Is it any kind of technical problem? Or did I sleep too less? 🙂 If the terms have changed why is it that I now have 0 points, knowing that I subscribed for a full month and that I have access to my plan till the 18.04.2021? (the "system" doesn't even allow me to pay once again because my plan is still active). Thank you
Hi,My Adobe Substance 3D Texturing subscription has expired.I'm financially worried, so I'm thinking of purchasing a license for the Steam version. Can I use the assets downloaded in the subscription version with the Adbe Substance 3D Painter for Steam?Thank you.
When does the monthly quota of 30 downloads for Substance 3D assets reset? I'm in second month of my Substance subscription, but the download quota has not been reset to 30 (still at 0).
Hello, I was looking to upgrade to a perpetual license, but it looks like that's no longer possible, so I'd like to unsubscribe. I can use the sbs/sbsar files with other software though, so I was wondering what happens with the 600+ points I have for Source. Will they be lost or will they remain there to be used even without the subscription? Thank you.
