I have a page on my portfolio website where, for some reason, the text box modules do not fill the entire content area.https://stormmcglashan.myportfolio.com/design-portfolioThe headers and descriptions for each of the sections within my design folio all have center aligned text, but the text box module itself does not fill the full content area and I don’t understand why. I have tried adding in new text boxes but the same thing happens. The same issue happens on my bookings page: https://stormmcglashan.myportfolio.com/bookings 

How can I disable this update popup. I tried editing registries too, but it is not working can someone help me here please. Currently I am on 6.8.1.865 version

I know this is not the support channel but I want to broadcast in public.Somewhere in the last couple of months, Adobe added some new tech to try to catch people violating the license agreement.  As someone with multiple Adobe accounts who pays a lot of money, I respect and agree with enforcing licensing.  But your new tech is broken!As an individual, I am allowed to be logged into CC on 2 computers.  I have a primary Mac and a secondary MacBook.  For example, I am using Lightroom Classic on my main Mac and Lightroom or Photoshop on my secondary Mac on a regular basis.  Well, on a painfully regular basis, I am getting hit with these new “are others using your account?” nag messages.  Then, after about 10 days, I am forced to change my password and then I have to re-login on every device (including my mobile devices).Again, I appreciate the need, but your implementation is broken.  I have called support and reported this.  They concur that what I am doing (same person logged into CC on

The blue sync arrow symbol on top of the CC icon in the macOS menubar reapper infrequently – I rarely, if ever, user Files or Libraries. Most often, this happens before or after an update. I’ve tried the reset shortcut, uninstalling, using the CC Cleaner Tool, solving the problem, but only temporarily. Opening the Files tab helps, too – sometimes there’s a blue dot on there, even if I have not changed any cloud documents whatsoever. It’d be great if there was anything I could do to keep this annoying clutter away.

I did not see a Creative Cloud app forum so I will post this here.For the last few weeks when I start the Creative Cloud app it has a message at the bottom that says there is a new version available and it has an Update button.  I have seen these in the past over the years and I would click it to update.  It then has a popup asking for my Creative Cloud app password and then it updates.For the last few weeks though I cannot update because it will not accept my Creative Cloud app password.  I know the password is correct and today I used it to log into my account on the Adobe website.  Any ideas?  

3 problems to report:1) Ever since I updated creative cloud a few weeks ago, now the dropbox desktop icons (for dropbox desktop app) have disappeared. And I went over it with dropbox and they instructed me to go to System settings on mac → general → Login Items & Extensions, and scroll all the way down to the “extensions” section and find where its says “creative cloud” and hit the circle i icon, and toggle on and off “file provider” then my dropbox desktop app sync icons come back. Dropback says creative cloud is notorious for hyjacking desktop icons. I must note this fix is temporary and resurfaces later. I’ve provided a screenshot below of what the dropbox desktop app sync icons look like. 2) Ever since I updated creative cloud a few weeks ago, my external hard drives on the left hand panel are defaulting to the creative cloud app. 3)the authenticator app on firefox. when im on firefox it asks me to type in a number but doesnt give me a box to type it in. but when I go to safari

Which Program Files folder is the CC.exe supposed to be? My installs are going to both Program Files folders. I just need to know where the main apps are supposed to be.

For about the last 5-6 months, I have been getting the 10000 error when entering the “Creative Cloud”, “Photoshop” and “Illustrator” programs.I reinstalled the computer (Windows 10) but the problem still persists. I cannot log in in any way.The errors I keep getting;1) The libraries are not synchronized.2) 10000 error codes when I open Photoshop or Illustrator.3) It kicks me out every time I try to log in.

I cannot seem to make Lightroom recognize that I've already paid the yearly sub. I can only use the app on Iphone, doesn’t matter how hard I try but the MacBook doesn’t want to let me use it and suggests me to buy the monthly or yearly subscription again

Google denied my refund request and I am now left no choice but to contact Adobe. I was charged for an annual subscription at around March 13, 2026 9pm GMT+8 and I processed a refund on google at March 14, 2 am. Please help. This was from Adobe PS Express and it was a yearly subscription. I only intended to try the 7 day trial but I forgot about it and now I got charged for it and google wont let me refund. Please help, it’s a large amount.My ShopeePay was charged an amount of PHP 2,800

 Is there a faster way to download all of my documents in the creative cloud at once? I've got over 200+ projects in here I really don't want to manually select 10 and waste time over this.

We use to have a the ability to turn on/off or pause library synchronisation in the past.If a user want to disable or pause synchronisation, how can a user do this today? Mac and Windows.

Hello,I’m have issues with shared CClibraries.I have an adobe account with a full subscription, and I am working with an animator that have an adobe account but not a subscritpion. I created a Library for him to have access ton brand assets and illustration, that’s is working for me but not for him : it’s loading indefinitely.Is there a way to fix this problem ?  

Ich habe im Dezember 2025 über Lizenzpate ein Jahresabo Adobe Illustrator gekauft, Installation der Creative Cloud ging problemlos. Die darin enthaltenen Applikationen konnte ich auch nutzen. Seit einigen Tagen kann ich diese aber nicht mehr öffnen, es erscheint die Meldung Zugriff anfordern. Und in meinem Profil steht plötzlich die Organisation GRN ???Neuinstallation, abmelden, wieder anmelden etc. war bisher erfolglos. Kann mir jemand helfen? 

On the Creative Cloud desktop app, when I go to the Stock & Marketplace section and then to Plugins, I can search for plugins like Motion Bro and others, but instead of an ‘Install’ button I only see ‘Learn More’. When I click on ‘Learn More’, it redirects me to the ‘Manage Plugins’ window, where the only available options are ‘Search all plugins’ or ‘Manage plugins’. There is no option to install or add any plugin at all. I’m on a Mac, using Creative Cloud 2025 and Premiere Pro 2025.Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi!I have been having an issue with my libraries being extremely slow for uploading, viewing, and even scrolling through the panel. I am drawing in Fresco, using Photoshop to label and upload to libraries, then animating in After Effects. My drawing canvas is large (6000x6000px) so I can zoom into the assets when I animate and there are a lot of assets in my libraries, but I've never had a problem in the past.The past few weeks, I've only been able to upload two or three assets at a time before the library gives me spinning wheels in all the thumbnails and takes about five minutes to freak out before letting me put anything else in the library. At times, all the asset thumbnails are loaded, but it just won't let me drop in an asset. In After Effects, the library panel will freeze and I won't be able to click or scroll. Closing and reopening the panel does not work. Restarting the program only lets me upload a few assets before it reloads or freezes again. This has made librar

Hi everybody,one of my students (we are on a k12 school plan and each of my students got a gmail school address linked to their adobe account) got this problem when using Adobe Color where he can’t access the LIBRARIES page on adobe color via browser to check the saved color wheels. All he gets is a white background without any room for interaction.I tried to use a different browser, even changing machine (we are on macOS) but on both machines the LIBRARIES page works flawlessly with my account logged in, doesn’t work with his. Other students haven’t got his problem. What could it be? Thanks

Instead of all CCLibs downloading to my computer - why aren’t they available as selective sync like Google Drive or Dropbox? Libraries are for differerent purposes, different projects, different clients etc - WE DO NOT NEED ALL OF THEM, ALL OF THE TIME, TAKING UP LOCAL HARD DRIVE SPACE!!! What is the point of a cloud service if it always dumps everything on your local drive??  I’ve seen numerous queries on this and they always seem to get shut down by Adobe….
