We run Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription licenses for our users that we manage with a Teams account.  There are 5 RDS/terminal servers and people sign in/out and it puts them on the server with the most availability.  No issues for a couple of years on that setup.Starting a month ago, users are getting Device Activation Limit Reached prompts when they sign in, not always, but once-in-a-while whereas before it never happened.  It makes sense, but I'm curious about 2 things:1) Why this didn't happen before for the last couple of years on the same setup?2) Does signing out of Windows on a device using Adobe Acrobat deactivate an instance?  If not, how does it deactivate not including going in manually and deleting a session?

I get the following error when trying to add a new user via the Admin Console:

I’m unable to access the admin console for our account and there are no other administrators set up. Please advise how my account can be setup as the administrator. I can access our Adobe VIP marketplace account and see the licenses we purchased but without admin console access, I cannot administer or change our licenses.  

Hi I have built an app using the developer sdk. I now want to go live but nobody in Sales is getting back to me. I have logged an enquiry on the sales page twice and created a support ticket here last week.  My support ticket has been deleted. Can someone please explain to me how to get ahold of sales?

I've been using Photoshop and Premiere Pro for a while now, and all of a sudden it stopped working. I tried restarting, reinstalling, but now I can't install it back because it says "Sever disconnection (error code 206). Does anyone know how to fix this? (It's on mac to be specific)

Hello, I’m facing an issue with my Adobe account. I have a personal paid subscription, and everything was working normally. However, a third-party store (external provider) added my account to a shared team / group without my permission or knowledge. After being added to this team, team settings started appearing in my account, and some features now behave as if I’m part of a team subscription. The main problem is that I cannot leave the team.The “Leave Team” option does not appear for me, and I don’t have any permissions to manage or remove myself since I’m not the team owner. I want to use my personal paid plan only, without being linked to any external group or team.Please help me completely remove my account from this shared team and restore it to a standalone personal account. Thank you.

We originally purchased three 7,000-credit Firefly packs and assigned them to three designers. One designer used all 7,000 credits very quickly, so I purchased an additional 7,000-credit license, thinking I could unassign his depleted pack and reassign the new, unused pack to give him a fresh 7,000 credits.Here’s what happened:We now have 4 total 7,000-credit licenses.3 are assigned, and the newly purchased one is unassigned.I unassigned the depleted pack from the designer, leaving 2 unassigned 7,000-credit licenses:one new/unusedone previously assigned/depletedHowever, the Admin Console doesn’t let you choose which unassigned license to apply.When I assign a 7,000-credit pack back to the designer, their Firefly credit balance still shows 0 credits, even after logging out/in.My questions:Is there any way to ensure the new, unused 7,000-credit pack is assigned so that the user receives credits mid-cycle?Is it expected behavior that reassigning a 7,000-credit pack to a user who has alrea

Last month, our team ran out of Generative AI Credits. Once I looked into how many are included with our CC Teams plan, I wanted to see how the usage breakdown was across my team in the Admin console.  I'm shocked to see that there is no report or log for team admins that show Generative AI credit usage by users. 😱🙎🤦🏻‍♂ At a minimum, it is crucial to know: Credit usage by team memberPrompt history  A link to the generated assets would be nice as well. I just finished a chat with Adobe support and was told there is no consolidated report for AI credit usage for Teams admins. To get this information would require asking for screenshots of the individual user's generation history in their profile.  What a huge oversight by the product and engineering teams. I'm disappointed but not surprised. 

We are a school in Sweden. In March 2025, we purchased a K12 subscription for our students. Everything was fine until yesterday. Our admin console was completely deleted by Adobe, without explanation. When we contacted our account manager or the Adobe hotline, we were told that Adobe couldn't see the contract number or our payment, even though we sent them a bank check and the invoice Adobe sent us confirming the payment was successful. Is there any way that I can switch or send the website from one account to another so I can get the perks of having Creative Cloud with the university.

I have spend almost 30 minutes trying to find a way to setup a normal billing email address for my company business account.  I did not find any solution.  Please help me to setup a billing e-mail. I want the adobe invoices to be delivered to billing@xyz.com... (example)  How can a company for design and user flows make it so hard to setup something so mundane. 

Hi everyone, Please look at the screenshots for my problem. The profile dropdown on account.adobe.com shows "ACME Sample, LLC" while the Admin Console settings shows the correct "Acme Sample, LLC".  I looked everywhere and found no place where the first company name can be edited. Chat support set the company name in my profile and told me to wait 2-24 hours. But they don't seem to see more settings than I do, so I doubt there will be a change. I'm the contract owner, so I supposedly should have access to all settings.

If I apply Generative Fill on an existing, proprietary client design that has not been publicly released, I need to ensure the following:1. Data Training: Will my original client image, the accompanying text prompt, or the generated output ever be used by Adobe or Google to train any AI models?2. Third-Party Access: How does Adobe  ensure that this confidential data is not retained or accessed by third parties, including Google or other service providers, for training or analysis purposes outside of the immediate generation process?3. Data Retention: What is the precise data retention policy for the input image and the generated content? Is the data immediately purged from Adobe's servers after the result

Updated Photoshop via Creative Cloud. Now it won't start because of 3-4 dll errors like:     Tried to uninstall and reinstall - no avail

I have a business account from the company I work for and a personal profile with different software. I constantly have to log in and out between them, which is a real pain with 2-factor authentication and just in general.Why isn’t there a simple button to switch profiles in Creative Cloud - or even better, directly in the software itself - so I don’t have to go through CC every time?This feels like such an oversight. I honestly don’t get it.

I accidentally started a second profile under my account on my company's Teams setup. I'm not able to delete it. The administrator of the account at my company isn't able to see this profile, so can't delete it. And when I went to the help chatbot, since I'm on a Teams account, it won't connect me and tells me to ask my Team's administrator. Fun. Can anyone please help me delete it? I believe it is causing me log-in issues.
