In the Mac OS Finder (Tahoe 26.2), the system icons for external drives are replaced by the Creative Cloud app icon. If I go to System Preferences > Login Items & Extensions and turn off the Core Sync and Creative Cloud extensions, the correct icons for external drives are shown again in Finder.Please see screenshot of Finder window showing incorrect icon for my external drives. 

I'd appreciate some help on an issue I keep experiencing for years. The problem is that after every major update to Photoshop, Lightroom and Lightroom Classic, the settings (or should I say "preferences") in these apps get reset to their initial state. It means that after single update I have to manually restore all my settings to the desired state and I must say it takes quite some time to do it for all the apps I use. To take Lightroom Classic for example, it means that after every update I open the app and it looks like it was just freshly installed - all my develop presets, export presets, app settings, interface settings are gone, reset to initial state. It's extremely inconvenient and I'm wondering if I'm the only one experiencing such problems.I would greatly appreciate some feedback from those who may know something about it, because I didn't manage to find a solution for this and at this point I'm just a bit desparate.I have had the same problem for several years even though I

Hi. I have a MacBook Pro running Sonoma and bout a week ago, I started having an issue with high CPU usage from the Creative Cloud Core Service. It is running at around 100% of my CPU when I check it on activity monitor. Doesn't matter if I'm running an application or not. I've tried restarting, quitting the process, and reinstalling CC. 

Hello,I am experiencing a persistent issue with Adobe Creative Cloud on Windows 11. My subscription is active and valid, but Creative Cloud shows the error:“Couldn’t connect to Adobe’s servers. Retry the operation later (Error code: 510)”Because of this issue I also cannot access Adobe Fonts and other cloud-based services.Additionally, I am currently unable to download Creative Cloud directly from the Adobe website. The download button does not work properly, and the only way I am able to install Creative Cloud is via the Microsoft Store version.I already completed a full troubleshooting process with technical guidance and followed all recommended advanced steps, including: Fully uninstalled Creative Cloud and all Adobe applications Ran the official Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool as Administrator Updated Windows to the latest version and installed all available system and driver updates After the Windows update, I again cleaned Adobe components and reinstalled Creative Cloud f

Hola, Alguien tiene el problema que adjunto en foto, hoy 21 Nov 2025? Estuve hace 2 dias trabajando sin problemas y hoy al volver abirlo me sale este cartel. El problema tambien es que tengo la version mas nueva del soft (25.6.2) por lo que el aviso es algo paradojico, No se si esperar a que Adobe solucione algo que no sé.  Pero no puedo entrar mi proyecto y tampoco con versiones anteriores.    

I went to see if Premiere Pro had updates since my button layout are jumbled on the preview screen. When I go to see if there was an update, there was.... but it was incompatible. It's says I need to update to Windows 11 or higher; I have Windows 11 PRO!  Why does the updates not include Windows 11 PRO??? Rediculous to say the LEAST!  To report a bug, please provide:1. Photoshop v 27.1InDesign v 21.0.1Lightroom v 9.0Lightroom Classic v 15.0.1 2.Windows PRO 11 3.Went to Creative Cloud to download latest app updates and found I couldn't update due to being INCOMPATIBLE! 4.I expect to be able to download updates to a product that I PAY A MONTHLY subscription for when my operating system is beyond what is required. I expect your software developers go back and include WINDOWS 11 PRO to the accepted criteria for downloads and updates.  REDICULOUS TO SAY THE LEAST,  Not a fan of the way things are running.

There are NO files open in ANY program on my computer, and Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop are hogging ALL of my RAM. Since the last update, my computer has been glitchy, so I had a little check this morning and see THIS. We pay entirely too much for this subscription to have it bring our computers to a halt this way.

I've removed the app en installed it again, but the problem is not solved.

I received an email my Photo plan was going up from 9.99 to 14.99 plus tax in december but if I paid annually it would be 119.88. I logged into my account followed instructions clicked on change to annual billing only to get repeated errors. I tried the chat and after waiting for a human first thing i am asked so you want to cancel your account can I ask why. I was where did you get that from. Got tired of waiitng ten mins each time for a reply I called the customer service. Got another guy barely speaks english and his comprehension was even worse. Got very frustrated with is responses and asked for a supervisor which he wasn't willing to do. hung up he called me back telling me some more nonse wanting to cancel my account and I tried telling him I calling because the change button on my account was giving me an error. I asked again to speak to a supervisor in the US he kept on witrh god knows what I told him I just wanted to speak to a supervisor have them call me back. No call back

Si intento desisntalarlo desde CCD, también se interrumpe inmediatamente...

Granted, my Intel iMac isn't new, but just as fast as when it was brand new. Adobe has done a decent job improving Lightroom performance, so the computer is great for photo editing, as Apple still doesn't offer another computer with a 27" display.However, keeping CC in my login items adds 5–10 minutes to the time it takes for the computer to start up. I've tried removing and reinstalling to no avail. Frustrated with waiting for my iMac to get ready loading CC, I open M1 macBook. It's faster, but with the 13" display, I don't like editing photos on it. But to my surprise, the battery got nearly drained over the weekend. I see that Adobe CC has been using 'significant battery'. And that it made many failed attempts to do app updates.After a reboot, the Adobe CC app alternates every few seconds between showing its homepage and a 'No internet connection' screen. I recently migrated from an Intel Sequoia MacBook Pro to a Tahoe 26.0.1 MacBook Pro M5. On my new Mac, I reinstalled Creative Cloud (6.8.0.821) and the Adobe applications included in my account. Every time I turn on my Mac, the Creative Cloud application launches and opens its own window on the desktop, but the icon doesn't appear in the menu bar like it did on my previous Mac. I've attached two System Settings screenshots showing that Creative Cloud is included in login items, is a background app and is allowed in the menu bar. Despite this, the icon doesn't appear in the menu bar.

I observed that I couldn't place my hands on previously saved files which lead me to thinking I didn't save it at the very beginning. Though I was sure I saved it from the beginning, but I had to give in to a reality that I probably didn't save it in the CC.A similar edit came up and I worked it out from scratch and made sure I saved it in the Adobe Clouds (CC).Another job came in within this same period, it was clearly seen on the history (when you open Adobe PS - Adobe Recent Files), but it wasn't in the folder where I had it saved.In essence, I can't see my saved files in the creative cloud.Please, what do I do? This isn't making sense.

Tras las actualizaciones (error fatal) archivos creados por mí y con mi cuenta ahora cuando necesito abrirlos me aperece que debo comunicarme con el propietario porque inicié con otra cuenta ¿cómo, espera qué? ¡Es mi cuenta y los cree yo mismo! Necesito ayda urgente,  (HE TENIDO QUE VOLVER A CREAR LO QUE YA HABÍA HECHO FUERA DE LOS TIEMPOS ESTABLECIDOS POR MIS CLIENTES) ¿Qué me sugieren? Just updated all my subsciption apps. tried to open all and had issues with lightroom CC.  I uninstalled it only to have LRC get uninstalled. I was able to reinstall LRC but still having the same error message trying to open LR. I tried multiple times. All was working fine prior to the updates. Any help appriciated. - Thanks 

How do I shut down Creative Cloud Desktop in Windows 11? Internet searches produce nothing useful. This app is a memory hog that I don't want running in the background. AI search says right-click on the Show Hidden Icons menu and choose Quit or Exit, but doing so does nothing. No exit option appears. I see so many users looking for a solution to this ridiculous omission by Adobe.

We are teachers who have been using using CC license but cannot use full AI features across all apps like PS, FF and others. The genAI features that we cannot use are Nanobanana, flux and when we try and use it, the apps won't allow us to do it.  This is a big issue and we want to use full AI features to get things done.  - Matthijs and Jeroen

Hi everyone,I’ve been stuck with a Creative Cloud issue for the past three days and can’t get past it. I manually stopped / cancelled all upgrades, because I wanted to install Acrobat Reader first. All updates were stopped but for the Camera Raw update says “Process is aborted”. (I am using the App in German, so the literal term is "Vorgang wird abgebrochen". Meaning, the stopping of the update is being processed. It has been like this for days. I quit Creative Cloud, re-started my MacBook etc. But the message stays the same.Because of this, I can’t install or update any other apps, and I can’t cancel the process myself either.Here’s what I’ve already tried:Closed and reopened the Creative Cloud app multiple timesRestarted my computer several timesTried the Repair option in the Creative Cloud uninstaller — but that also fails because the Camera Raw opertion is still activeTried uninstalling Creative Cloud, but that would require uninstalling all my Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustrat
