Using the Community

Hi all  I'm trying to login to adobe community. But each time I pad in this restricted view page. After some Google, as far as well could see the posts. It looked  like I'm blocked coed or banned. I've checked my email and never received any messages related to this. This is my regular profilehttps://community.adobe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/11060664 Does any one know if this can be lifted? I find it awkward, that we don't receive a notice for this. Possibly, I would want to adjust any wrong doing I perhaps did. I'm not even sure why I was blocked. I've tried deleting cache and cookies. Still happens after that.    

Good morning,the sysadmin closed my previous account and created a new one.This has the side effect of disconnecting all my posts from my previous profile from my new Adobe profile.Is it possible to merge the two community profiles?Thanks

I want to be able to flag a post/comment so that it pins in my account for easy referrence in the future. For example, I find a solution in a post that I want for ref later - so i can then click on a PIN icon that will do that. Place that icon beside the Follow button???

There's a great feature in the Insert Photos tool on the forum that allows you to browse through your Saved Photos.  There is even a section called My Albums. Unfortunately, I don't see and can not find any way to edit these albums. I thought it would be somewhere in my Profile. It would be a great time saver if the albums could be edited like you can edit the Macros. It would make my life easier.

Hello, I recently created a post in the InDesign Community with the title “AI Translator Plugin for InDesign”. This is incorrect. The plugin actually works only with ChatGPT. Unfortunately, I don’t see an “Edit” option on my post. Could a moderator or community expert kindly help me correct this? Hi. (I’m posting this from a free account using a different email address, because my Adobe account can’t access the site.) When I'm logged into my paid Adobe.com account, every page on community.adobe.com returns an error message. I am completely locked out. The site displays the message “You are not allowed to access this site,” then usually, not always, immediately redirects to another URL (https://community.adobe.com/t5/errors/FilterErrorHandlerPage),  displaying the message “An Unexpected Error has occured.”  Even though I’m signed in, the error pages have a “Sign In” button at the top-right, but clicking it returns a 403 error from the server. This happens on every browser I’ve tried: Mac Safari, Firefox, and Chrome, and on iPhone Safari. I spent about 2-1/2 hours with Adobe support, and all we accomplished is getting me logged into a new free account to access this site. Am I banned? Is there something wrong with my account? Thanks.&n

I try to editar my post and receive a message with ERROR ERROR UUID: 2a551e5b-c9b9-4705-995b-05da274fd369Try to Update or going back to Home

I had already selected 'windows', clicked post, then this error message came up but with no 'topics' left to pick from! See screenshot. It'd be great it Adobe outsourcing tech support to their own customers then didn't also get in the way of that.  

For a main functiionality for this subsription service it is totally unacceptable. When text box is selected, tyoing in letters or numerous you see nothing. Like what we are gettting for our payment. Nothing!

Hello to y'all,I need some help.  An MP4 file was sent to me that was important. I watched and listened a few times but yesterday the video did not open properly and only the audio worked.  Instead I got an aqua colored screen and no video. Instead of any time line under the video I just got a red line moving quickly across the screen and I had no control whatever. Can someone help me correct this situation?Thank you,Photodoc16

For the past four hours or so, I can't reply to many threads in the Lightroom Classic Bugs forum.  When I click Reply, the browser scrolls to the second post in the thread or the green-boxed correct answer if there is one, but no reply box appears.  With two threads, I waited for about an hour and then was able to reply, but I can again no longer reply on those threads.   I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (Mac); logged out and in; deleted all "adobe" cookies and site data.   @Bob Somrak is experiencing similar symptoms with this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-bugs/p-default-metadata-shows-original-and-cropped-as-same-dimensions/idi-p/12874469#comment-on-this

Hello, I received a strange letter to my work email from Julia from adobe work account, that I’ve been selected by creative community fund to receive $ 10 k. And I want to be aware that it is not a scam.

I know adobe softwares are English first software, but you are a design software company, you should see the horrible chinese character rendering shown in the app UI across all apps. please please fix it with a new font or do a better rendering. 

Some months ago I received an email stating that my account had been reset to "newbie" status, but when I logged in I didn't see the change, so I ignored the notification.Today I posted a comment on a blog post and I discovered my account has somehow been split into two different accounts. Hi - I posted a picture to the Lightroom Community earlier today, and all day long, I've had this error message. I've tried uploading from different Macs, iPhone and iPad, but with no joy. Is there a known problem? I've used my own presets etc.... Thanks - and I hope you can help

When I try to click to add a comment it keeps telling me that I need to verify my email even though I have multiple times
